I bought tickets and parking for the UAB vs. Liberty football game on October 2. I purchased them on August 17, and my account was charged $[redacted].10 the next day. The tickets were initially visible in my events, and I had seats in Section [redacted], Row S, Seats 1-4. A friend mentioned he had tickets, so I checked the Ticketmaster app only to find my tickets and parking pass were marked as "VOIDED". Despite multiple emails to Ticketmaster, the issue wasn't resolved. I didn't want a refund, just my actual tickets. Later, I discovered I could repurchase seats 4-7 in the same section, confirming they had resold my original seats 1-3. I ended up using alternate tickets from a friend to attend the game as my original tickets remained voided on the Ticketmaster app. Despite requesting a refund on October 7 and explaining the situation, Ticketmaster responded that the event was proceeding as planned, and refunds were not authorized by the Event Organizer.

I eventually found similar seats for re-purchase but realized my original seats (1-3) had been resold by Ticketmaster. I used alternative tickets to attend the game. Even on game day, my original tickets were labeled as "VOIDED" on the app. After emailing Ticketmaster on 10/7 for a refund, I received a response stating that refunds are not authorized by the Event Organizer at this time.

I was all set to purchase tickets for the 30th anniversary concert on Friday, October 8, [redacted]. After creating an account through the app, I arrived 15 minutes early, only to find [redacted] people ahead of me. Despite the queue moving fast, I encountered an issue right before my turn, as I received a message indicating a problem that kicked me out of the line. This concert was going to be a special celebration for my husband and me, reminiscing about our last NYE show in Boston back in [redacted]. Unfortunately, this year has been tough with my son's heart attack and the passing of my mother-in-law, making this event even more significant. The experience with the "smart queue" has left me feeling deeply disappointed and I am struggling to move past it.

I received a notification from Ticketmaster indicating that my account was accessed in Boston today. I reside in Hoschton, Georgia, not in Boston, MA, USA. I was using a device with WIN10 and Edge on October 12, [redacted]. The only entity with access to my account details is the Barrow County Sheriff's Office in Winder, Georgia, following the theft of my identity, which included my Ticketmaster Account information. I have attempted to contact Ticketmaster via phone, but upon reaching the end of the recorded message, the call disconnects. I am concerned about the unauthorized access to my account and would like to identify the individual responsible. This is not the first time such a breach has occurred. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out through my account on the website since I do not currently have any tickets purchased. Ticketmaster's policy only allows emailing for ticket-holding customers. The current contact system appears to be flawed.

While trying to purchase TSO tickets, we encountered repeated errors asking us to use a different device. After trying multiple laptops and phones, we entered our card details but still couldn't complete the purchase. The next day, we finally succeeded, but it double-booked one order from the previous night. The confirmation for the second purchase came first. We then resold some tickets, specifically two for November 20th at 8:00 in section [redacted], row E, seats 5 and 6. Our original seats were 1 through 7. Hello, I purchased tickets for Rob Beckett's show on May 21, [redacted], at 20:00 at The Bristol Hippodrome. The event was rescheduled to Sunday, October 10. My order number is 36-[redacted]/UK3. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend, so my husband and a friend went in my place. Upon arrival, they discovered there were two shows scheduled that day. Their tickets were for the earlier show at 16:00, not the evening show. This led to confusion at the box office, with many others facing the same issue. By the time they reached the staff, the show had started, and only single seats were available. As a result, they opted not to attend. I did not receive an email notifying me of the time change. The only email I received was a generic reminder about Rob Beckett, which did not specify the updated time. Only upon checking my order did I realize the change. I find this situation unacceptable and am requesting a refund for the tickets.

I received football tickets through the Florida/Ticketmaster site from a friend. I used the Ticketmaster email and password to access the tickets. I successfully accepted and viewed the tickets on the mobile app. However, I noticed that the option to save the tickets to the Apple wallet is missing. The site suggests saving to Apple wallet, but the only available buttons are for selling, donating, or transferring the tickets. When attempting to transfer, there is no Apple wallet choice. This feature is specifically for transferring tickets to someone else. Saving tickets to Apple wallet has not been an issue in the past; I recently did it for Jeff Dunham tickets from Ticketmaster. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I purchased two tickets for the Andrea Bocelli Concert on December 19th at the Amway Center in Orlando. The tickets were sent to my email [redacted] and I paid $[redacted].00 for them. I have been unable to download the tickets to my mobile device and am having trouble transferring them to another email, [redacted] The website keeps sending me codes, but I'm unable to proceed without starting over. I had purchased tickets for Tenacious D before COVID for a show in October [redacted]. Following cancellation, I opted for a credit instead of a refund. While checking Ticketmaster monthly, I haven't found any events that interest me at the location I need to use my credit for. I would like a refund of my original ticket purchase amount rather than the credit, without needing to transfer venues. Although I'm open to having a credit for future ticket purchases, the expiration date next November concerns me as I may not find an event of interest by then. I made an error while registering my email on Ticketmaster.com. I mistakenly entered [redacted] instead of my correct email [redacted] I kindly request Ticketmaster to allow me to update my email address from the incorrect [redacted], which does not exist, to my correct email [redacted] I need Ticketmaster to send the verification codes to my correct email address [redacted] so I can access my tickets. Currently, when I try to correct my email on Ticketmaster.com, I receive a notification that a verification code was sent to the wrong email address that I can't access.

I bought 6 tickets for the Dan and Shay concert at the SLC Vivint Center. Originally scheduled for October [redacted], it was rescheduled to Oct 23, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't find the email with the tickets or access my Ticketmaster account due to computer issues. Luckily, I took screenshots of each ticket when I received the email, so I have them stored with the QR codes. Can I just show these screenshots with the QR codes at the concert entrance? I'm concerned about the tickets being worth $[redacted] each and not working for my teenagers if they go alone. I've tried getting answers without luck. Can someone confirm if using the screenshots will guarantee entry?

Hello everyone, I seem to have lost access to my Ticketmaster account as it requires a password change, but I can't access the email linked to the account anymore. I have tickets for Harry Styles: Live on Tour in Boston on October 25th in that account that I can't attend unless I regain access. I'm having trouble accessing my Ticketmaster account to view my John Legend tickets for tonight's concert. Ticketmaster flagged me as a bot or suggested I have JavaScript issues. I tried to follow their password reset instructions after an attempted sign-in from Chrome Boston (possibly my wife's laptop). I changed my password, but now I can't view my tickets or sign in, even though Ticketmaster said I was all set. I have to leave for the concert at Foxwoods Casino in CT soon and need help. I was unable to request a full refund in time due to a confusing ticket transfer situation. Despite wanting to purchase tickets from Ticketmaster directly, my transaction was rerouted unexpectedly to a third party seller named "Christy." The process involved downloading unfamiliar apps and unclear instructions. Attempts to cancel and return the tickets were met with unhelpful automated responses and no clear guidance. I reached out to authorities for assistance due to the lack of proper support. I missed the event due to illness and circumstances out of my control, resulting in significant financial loss.
