Hello, I have been trying to contact Ticketmaster for several months now without success. I am unable to access my Ticketmaster account as the original email address associated with it is no longer valid. When I try to sign in, it prompts me to change my password. After changing the password, it requires me to confirm by clicking a link sent to the old email address, which is not accessible. This loop continues. I need to update my account email from [redacted] to [redacted] to regain access. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you.

Hello, I am Camilo Vasquez. I have tickets for the Simon & Garfunkel show in Section ORCHL, Row F, Seats 27, 29, 31, and 32. I purchased tickets through TicketMaster for the Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel Exhibition in St. Louis on Dec 10 at 10 AM. Due to a Covid quarantine, I needed to change the date. I requested this during a Live Chat and was charged for the exchange as expected. The Fan Rep processed the request but did not confirm it; instead, they mentioned I would see the new date in my account. After the exchange, I couldn't find the new date, and Live Chat was unavailable. Fan Support responded to my email, stating that my tickets were switched to Dec 17 at 7 PM, even though I requested Dec 17 at 10 AM. Unfortunately, my account now shows no tickets, causing confusion. If this issue is not fixed promptly, I would prefer a refund because attending on Dec 17 at 7 PM is not possible for me without confirmation of valid tickets. My order number is 12-[redacted]/CH3.

I've had a Ticketmaster account for approximately 10 years. After changing jobs and email addresses to [redacted], I faced an issue accessing my tickets due to password reset requests being sent to my old email, [redacted], which is no longer valid. I have the necessary details like my order number 8-[redacted]/FL2, the event for Bert Kreischer in February, three tickets on VISA ending in [redacted], and my name, Thomas Fleck. I would appreciate guidance on how to print these tickets or have them sent to me, as the system prompts me to reset the password. Kindly advise on resolving this for my upcoming orders as well. Thank you, Tom Fleck.

I purchased 3 tickets for the Supercross event scheduled for May [redacted], which was initially postponed and later canceled due to the pandemic. I was informed via email that I would receive a refund within 30-90 days. However, I have not yet received the refund. Additionally, I was notified that a credit would be issued to my Ticketmaster account for future purchases, but I have not seen it reflected in my account. I am still waiting for the money to be refunded and the credit to be applied.

I bought tickets for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl recently. Ticketmaster sent me an email to accept the tickets by clicking a button, but I keep getting an error [redacted] when I do. Hello, I am Jeffrey Tolen, and I am facing an issue with my Guns N' Roses event tickets. The event was moved to a different venue, and the new tickets I received are not what I had initially selected. I need 8 consecutive tickets together for my family and my friend's family, as we have 4 kids with us. The new tickets have us separated into 6 on the field and 2 in a different section, which won't work for us. I am looking to swap my current seats for seats in section FIGUROA CLUB B, rows E and F, seats 11-14, to have everyone together in the stands. I have been trying to contact Ticketmaster for months to resolve this issue but have had no luck. Please assist me with this matter as the kids need to be able to see the event. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I am in need of urgent assistance. I believe I have fallen victim to a possible scam and require help. The situation involves my attempts to obtain a refund for Ticketmaster tickets for Andre Rieu's Atlanta, GA concert on March 8, [redacted]. Originally purchased for a concert that was rescheduled due to the pandemic, my circumstances have changed, and I must cancel due to health reasons. Unfortunately, I am facing difficulties accessing my Ticketmaster account as the email associated with it has been deleted. This has led me to encounter numerous issues with retrieving my ticket information and communicating with Ticketmaster support. Furthermore, I fear that I have been deceived by an individual claiming to be a Ticketmaster employee named Justin, with the employee ID CP875-[redacted]. Justin suggested an alternative refund method involving purchasing gift cards and providing sensitive information, leading to a series of unexpected financial demands. The unsettling experience culminated in Justin abruptly ending the call, leaving me feeling vulnerable and seeking guidance on how to proceed.

I have been trying to get a refund for a concert that has been postponed multiple times due to COVID-19. However, the automated response I received states that the refund window has expired and encourages me to attend the rescheduled date or sell my tickets. I was not informed about this refund window previously. Given the current increase in COVID-19 cases, I am not comfortable attending the event and would like a full refund. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for a cancelled event. Despite repeated attempts, I have not received a response from Ticketmaster regarding the status of my refund of $[redacted].30. After contacting Caesar's in Las Vegas, they have refuted Ticketmaster's claim that they are holding my funds. The website states refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days of event cancellation notification. I received notice on 2-8-21, which exceeds the 10-day window by 1 day. Given the challenges of the current COVID situation and people resuming travel, I am disappointed by Ticketmaster's lack of responsiveness and customer support. I will reserve further comments until I address this matter directly. I have evidence in the form of screenshots documenting the incorrect information provided to me. Thank you. - Gaye G.

I bought a ticket from Ticketmaster on Thursday for £25.95. I received the receipt and confirmation email. However, I found another charge of £46.95 from Ticketmaster in my bank account today, which I did not authorize. It is pending. I contacted my bank, and they advised me to reach out to Ticketmaster first before reporting back to them. I am struggling to find assistance from Ticketmaster to resolve this issue.

I requested a refund for my Harry Styles ticket last year during the specified time frame. I was informed it would take approximately 30 days to process, but I never received it. After 3 months, I reached out to Ticketmaster for an update with no response. Recently, my Ticketmaster account indicated that my refund was being prepared for transfer, taking 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the $[redacted] refund, likely due to an issue with the card I used for the purchase. I have tried to contact Ticketmaster to update them that the card I used is no longer valid and provide the new one, as the old card was replaced by my bank. I am still awaiting my refund.

I have tickets for the Daryl Hall and John Oates concert originally scheduled for March 27, [redacted], in Hawaii. It has been rescheduled multiple times, and the new date is November 13, [redacted]. Despite having an account with Ticketmaster, I never received any notifications about these changes or refund options. I'm frustrated that I can't see the rescheduled event in my account to contact support. I specifically requested disability seating when purchasing my tickets over the phone, but it doesn't show up in my account details. My seats are in Sec. G, Row WC2, Seats 9c and 10w. I hope to receive some assistance with this situation.

I bought tickets for the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert last year, but due to multiple cancellations related to Covid-19, the show was eventually called off. I used a debit card ending in [redacted] to make the $[redacted].45 purchase. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to secure a refund. I contacted Ticketmaster to explain that the original card was replaced, but they insisted refunds must go back to the initial card. I even sent a letter to their Charleston office without success. I need assistance getting my money back, which is crucial for me, especially as a cancer patient. I hope someone from management can review my case and either mail a check to the address on file or accept my new debit card information for the refund. My order number is 70-[redacted]/SCS, and the refund to the old card was declined, meaning Ticketmaster still holds my funds. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention. - K. Adcock
