During our visit to your Yorba Linda, CA location on Saturday, December 8th, my husband and I did some shopping. While trying to redeem the offer for a $5 gift card when purchasing 3 babyganics products, we encountered an issue at the cashier. Despite buying the required items, the cashier seemed rushed and failed to provide the gift card. When I raised this concern, the cashier insisted the promotion should have automatically applied after payment. However, upon checking the receipt, I realized the offer was not applied, and the cashier was unhelpful in resolving the matter. This experience left us feeling dissatisfied as we did not receive the promotion we were entitled to.

First off, I want to compliment the amazing speed of the online service - thank you so much! This was my first time ordering online, and it was an enjoyable experience. I ordered two sim cards from unreal mobile.com, but I only received one. The missing one was meant to be a gift for three people at a homeless shelter looking for work. Since it wasn't a large amount of money, it's not a big deal, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. I'm currently tight on funds as I'm saving up for a car. I'm familiar with the stores as I've worked there before, including store 70 in Henderson, Nevada. I love shopping at Target and have worked in various roles there. I'm looking for a Christmas job, and I've usually been contacted by them, but my contact number has changed to [redacted]. Feel free to reach out if there are any opportunities. Merry Christmas, and thank you! - Pamela Sullivan

I used to be an avid Target shopper online. However, I am dissatisfied with the recent changes to the website. I faced issues trying to pay my bill online and logging into my account, requiring me to repeatedly change my password until it finally worked. When I bought a crockpot as a Christmas gift and used a $10 gift card towards the purchase, a shipping delay resulted in a charge of $23.67 to my Red Card, despite the gift card supposedly being applied. After contacting customer service through chat, I was directed to call a gift card specialist who gave me a reference number but did not resolve the issue. Tonight, when I tried to buy a toaster, I was unable to check out because the item was under $25, forcing me to spend more than intended. I find these new policies frustrating and plan to shop elsewhere if these issues persist.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Target Order #[redacted][redacted] I am writing to provide evidence of the delivery of two packages that I have not received credit for from Target. Despite returning three packages from the same order, only one has been credited back to my Visa account. I have engaged in an online chat with a Target Customer Service Agent (transcript provided) who acknowledged my concern and escalated my case. UPS tracking numbers confirm the delivery of all three packages to the same location on the same day. I seek assistance in receiving credit for the outstanding packages. Charges to my Visa account: - NOV 26 Target $36.89 - NOV 26 Target $26.53 - NOV 26 Target $63.23 (credited on 12/6/18) I appreciate your prompt attention and hope to have this matter resolved efficiently. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, [Initials]

I made an online order and updated my card and address details but my package was still sent to my old address, even though I tried to change it. Target and UPS were contacted, but there was confusion about intercepting the package. Target said UPS couldn't update the address, only leave it at the pickup location. The pickup location is where I live, so I could have just gone to the store if I wanted that option. After contacting UPS again, I learned that Target never requested a new address, only the pickup location. Now, due to this address mix-up, my items won't arrive on time for Christmas, and I'll have to wait almost two weeks. This situation isn't my fault as Target updated my address correctly, which didn't carry through at checkout.

During a school field trip to Palisades Mall in Rockland County, New York, one of our multiply handicap students required medication urgently. I rushed into Target to purchase it, opting for the electronics department due to the busy front lines. Upon request, the employee, Lorenzo, mentioned he was busy with another customer. After a 10-minute wait, I explained the urgent situation to Lorenzo, who continued to delay with another customer before heading to the register. Lorenzo's unprofessional behavior and lack of urgency were disappointing, especially considering the child's need for immediate assistance. While I understand this might be an isolated incident, the impact on the student was significant. Thank you for addressing this matter. - R.A.

I placed an order for an Echo Dot with same-day pickup at Target on the 10th. After waiting two hours with no notice, I discovered the item was not at the designated store. I opted for 2-day shipping, only to find out today that it hasn't even been shipped yet. Despite speaking with customer service via chat and phone, I am still facing delays. The representative offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience, but I am frustrated by the lack of efficiency. Moving forward, I hope Target can better coordinate pickups and shipments to prevent such issues in the future.

I want to share my recent experiences with Target in Woodinville, Washington. After my visit today, I have decided not to return. The clothing section consistently lacks stock, with empty shelves and a disorganized display. Basic items like socks, underwear, and kids' black stretch pants are frequently unavailable. Despite multiple attempts to shop on different days, I have faced the same issue. The store appears unkempt, with a lack of staff assistance and messy aisles. The overall shopping experience has deteriorated, reminiscent of Toys R Us before its closure. I fear the store may face a similar fate if improvements are not made. It's disappointing to witness this decline as I have nostalgic memories of the store. I hope Target can address these concerns and revive the shopping experience. Good luck to Target in the future.

Dear Target Community, I am concerned that due to the closure of Toys-R-Us stores this year, there may be a 20% decrease in toy donations to The Salvation Army and Toys For Tots. Reports have shown that on December 7, [redacted], the Minneapolis MN Salvation Army faced a 20% shortage in donations. This shortage translates to approximately 1.5 million toys nationwide. I believe that Target should encourage its customers, both online and in-store, to purchase toys to support these charitable organizations. If some customers are hesitant, Target should still make the appeal, as it is crucial to support those in need during the holiday season. I urge Target to lead by example and prompt other retailers like Walmart and Amazon to also engage their customers in toy donations for Toys For Tots and The Salvation Army. Let us remember how meaningful and impactful a simple toy can be to a child during Christmas. I advocate for extending the toy collection period if necessary, to ensure that every child can experience the joy of the holiday season. Warm regards, Monte Stinson

Today, I added the Cartwheel offer for the Minnie Mouse Spin and Sing Scooter. When I tried to purchase it online, it showed as sold out and no store near me had it. I decided to visit the store in Princeton, NJ. Even though it wasn't on the shelf, I asked an associate who found it in the back. I then went to customer service to price match it to the online price of $29.99. They explained I could only use either the Cartwheel offer or the online price but not both. This feels deceptive, making the item seem unavailable in-store just to prevent combining the online price and Cartwheel discount. I've been a RedCard member for a while and usually enjoy shopping at Target, but this practice seems shady to me.

I made a purchase at Target in Temecula, CA on 11/15/[redacted]. My receipt number is 8[redacted]-0[redacted]-9. I received a promotional gift card from this purchase with the number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] and access number [redacted]3. Despite checking the balance online, when I tried to use the gift card in-store, I was informed there were no funds available. After contacting the [redacted] number on the card, I was told my balance was compromised due to checking on a non-secure site. My reference number is [redacted]6. Following up on December 3rd, I was assured a replacement gift card would be sent via email. I recently had a distressing experience at Target that has left me feeling disappointed and unsafe. On Tuesday, December 4th, while visiting my local Target store to use a coupon, my car was vandalized with the rear emblem being removed. Feeling violated, I approached customer service for assistance and was disheartened to learn that this was not an isolated incident. Despite being promised help from the individual responsible for monitoring the video cameras, I was repeatedly unable to reach them after numerous calls. It has been ten days since the incident, and I am still waiting for a resolution. This lack of response and concern from Target has made me question their regard for their customers' safety and well-being, forcing me to reconsider my loyalty to the company that I once held dear.

I set up a payment plan with your company. I've been waiting for two weeks for the payment to be deducted. After informing the representative that it was withdrawn from the wrong account, I provided the new account number a second time. Unfortunately, it was still withdrawn from the incorrect account. I updated the details on the 13th, but the payment was once again taken from the new account, resulting in insufficient funds. Upon consulting my bank, they confirmed the payment attempts but were unable to explain the issue. I am dissatisfied with this experience and request immediate resolution.

Hello, I am a bicycle commuter who rides past your store at [redacted] Grand Street in Manhattan regularly. Each morning, the protected bike lane on Clinton Street is obstructed by trucks delivering to the Target store at the same address. This is not only illegal but also poses a serious danger to cyclists like myself who are forced to navigate the narrow and busy Clinton Street alongside traffic heading to the Williamsburg Bridge. I trust that Target values the safety of pedestrians and cyclists. Can you please provide me with an actionable plan to prevent your vendors from blocking the bike lane? I eagerly await your response. Sincerely, Jim D., Cyclist and Commuter.

On December 11, [redacted], I placed an order for tuna fish and protein drinks with order number [redacted][redacted]. Initially, I used my post office box in Canaan, NH for delivery but was informed that a physical street address was needed and provided my address in Enfield, NH. The tuna fish successfully arrived at my house on December 14 via FedEx. However, the protein drinks were sent to the Enfield post office by USP SurePost, resulting in them being returned to Target. After contacting Target on December 14 and speaking with Ideanna, the protein drinks were re-ordered with order number [redacted][redacted]. Ideanna requested that I instruct Target to deliver the items to my house in Enfield and not the post office. Following up on December 15, I spoke with Mark, who informed me of the expected delivery date for the re-ordered protein drinks. Despite a somewhat confusing conversation, Mark assured me that the items should arrive successfully this time. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you. -John Heilman

My family and I visited our local Target in Fort Smith, AR. We were ready to purchase items with our Target RedCard but were told the cards weren't working when we reached the cashier and manager. They didn't provide an explanation and asked how else we would like to pay. I was frustrated after spending an hour shopping, and my son couldn't get his toy. We took our business to Kohl's instead. It's disappointing to think of others who may have left items behind. This experience makes me consider taking my business elsewhere to avoid facing similar issues with the RedCard system at Target during future shopping trips.

Dear Target Customer Service, I am a big fan of Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt, particularly the salted caramel flavor. Unfortunately, this product is often only stocked at the Centerville Utah store, which is quite a distance from my home, making it challenging for me to buy in bulk due to expiration dates. I find myself making the 30-mile round trip journey every other week to obtain it. I was wondering if there is any possibility of having this item stocked at the Riverdale Utah store, which is much closer at only 5 miles away. Additionally, I am curious about the availability of other Dannon Light and Fit Greek yogurt flavors at your stores. Despite my efforts with Walmart and Smith's, I have not made any progress in resolving this issue. I have been faithfully purchasing this yogurt for over a year and would greatly appreciate having access to it closer to home. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Nancy O.

I was given a Threshold pintuck blanket (item number [redacted]-13-[redacted]) as a gift from my grandma in January. Unfortunately, I don’t have a receipt to address the quality issue I've encountered. The outer fabric on the blanket tends to slide around and becomes tangled with the inner fabric, even after dry cleaning. This results in a messy and frustrating situation where the blanket forms awkward balls and becomes unwearable. I tried contacting chat support, but they directed me to a phone number that did not provide a resolution. Despite loving the color of the blanket, I am disappointed with the functionality as the cover doesn't stay secured to the inner fabric, causing inconvenience and discomfort. I attempted to return it at Target, but they declined due to the lack of a receipt. Any suggestions on how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently placed an order through the Target app for pick up in store and had a disappointing experience. I reached out to customer service twice and received conflicting information from both representatives. Initially, I was charged $[redacted] on December 6th when I made the purchase. However, I was charged again separately when I picked up some of the items, despite being assured I wouldn't be. The second representative explained that Target has to charge the card initially and then refund, similar to a hold process. Yet, as I still have an item pending for pick up, my card was charged again. This caused an overdraft fee from my bank, adding to the frustration. This situation, with charges happening at different times and amounts, has complicated my finances as I live paycheck to paycheck, especially with Christmas approaching.
