On 12/12/20, I placed an order for $11.71 using the mobile app and paid with a debit card. However, upon reviewing my bank account, I noticed that I was charged twice for the same amount. I am seeking clarification on this matter and instructions on how to resolve the duplicate charge. I made the purchase at the store located at [redacted] Murfreesboro Rd Nashville, TN [redacted]. My order number is #[redacted], and it included a free chalupa box with upgrades, 2 chicken quesadillas, and 1 soft taco. I am requesting a refund for the overcharge. Thank you.

I recently visited the drive-thru and encountered an attendant with a bad attitude. I was charged extra for sour cream instead of being offered the Supreme crunchy taco. When I questioned the pricing, the attendant became upset. I requested my food without lettuce, tomato, or onions, but it seemed like my order was intentionally made incorrectly. I called the store multiple times and was met with rudeness by the female manager. After explaining the situation, she dismissed me and refused to provide her name. I mentioned my husband's tomato allergy, but she insisted the burrito was made correctly. She then abruptly hung up and ignored further calls from me. This experience has caused my husband to seek medical attention and has disrupted my day. I plan to escalate this issue to corporate as I believe such behavior is unacceptable and unfair to customers like myself.

I placed a mobile order to benefit from the Christmas deals, but unfortunately, I have consistently received incorrectly portioned fries. Despite ordering a medium, I receive a small amount in a medium box, and when I order a large, I get a medium portion. Today, I tried ordering a small hoping for the right portion, but it looked more like a happy meal size. I have been patient and polite throughout, but the manager on duty had a terrible attitude and failed to resolve the issue after admitting it would be the same. She didn't provide the correct fries and I had to leave with just the purchased double hamburger. I want a refund, but there's no option on the app for mobile orders. I placed an order for pickup. When I got home, I noticed that EVERYTHING had sour cream on it, even though I specifically requested for no sour cream. To make matters worse, I didn't even order supreme tacos, and they were missing tomatoes as well. I've emailed the store twice but haven't received a response yet. When I went back to the store for a remake, the manager accused me of lying and after a 45-minute wait, refused to provide a replacement.

I bought $27 worth of food from Taco Bell on [redacted] Street and 23rd Avenue in Edmonton, AB. The burrito was unpleasant, with lettuce that smelled like old garbage, and the fries supreme I ordered had minimal beef and just one small tomato. Yesterday, I arrived 15 minutes before closing time at the drive-through. Initially, the employee mentioned they were closed, but after I highlighted they should close at 1 AM, not 12:45 AM, they agreed to take my order. They mentioned they were low on ingredients, yet the car ahead ordered numerous items. I suspect they might have lied to leave promptly at closing time. As someone with food service experience, I understand the desire to finish on time, but it seemed unprofessional. I feel I should receive compensation for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, when I received my order, it was cold, and items like the chicken chipotle melts had melted cheese but were cold. It appears that the food might not have been heated properly due to an early closing mindset. This level of service is unacceptable.

I recently ordered the Nacho Bell Grande meal from Taco Bell on Sunday, and when I got home and opened it, I was extremely disappointed with how it looked and tasted. The Taco Bell locations on Alexis Road in Toledo, Ohio have been consistently disappointing this year. I used to be a regular customer, but the quality has gone downhill. I always pay extra for additional toppings, but I end up receiving very little. I don't like the idea of going inside after going through the drive-thru, so I just accept the mistakes and move on. However, sharing such a small portion with my two-year-old Sony has become a challenge. I hope Taco Bell can address this ongoing issue because I used to enjoy this meal, but the recent experiences have left me feeling unsatisfied.

On December 23, [redacted], around 2:15 pm, I visited store [redacted] on Tiny Town in Clarksville, TN. I'm puzzled as to why it required five employees to fulfill my order. With only two customers in the store, I observed the lack of efficiency firsthand. The employee who handed over my food did so carelessly and walked off chuckling. I then had to request hot sauce, followed by napkins, a cup, and finally a lid. This series of events left me questioning the service standards at your establishment. I am not seeking free food; rather, I, like everyone else, simply desire a pleasant dining experience without unnecessary complications. My husband and I went through the drive-thru, hoping to order a Baja Blast with our meal, only to be told they were out of it. To our surprise, they were out of Dr Pepper, pink lemonade, and sweet tea as well. I then tried to order a shredded chicken burrito (a regular menu item) but was informed they were out of shredded chicken. Adding to the frustration, we received our drinks in Pizza Hut cups at the window. It seems like either their inventory management is lacking or the staff are not diligent in restocking supplies.

I placed an order online around 6:56 PM, but my food was completely wrong. I ordered 3 nacho fries boxes with meat swapped for beans in tacos and burritos, but they had meat in them. Additionally, I ordered a beef burrito swapped with beans, they used black beans instead. I also didn't receive the nacho Doritos Locos Tacos I ordered. When I called and visited the restaurant to address these issues, the manager was rude and yelled at me. They claimed to not have the tacos I ordered and were uncooperative, even using abusive language and slamming the door on me. I forgot to get the manager's name, but she had a black cap. The behavior of the manager was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful.

I have the Taco Bell app, and I keep getting numerous emails, texts, and notifications, even though I've turned off all notifications and unsubscribed multiple times. When I tried to contact customer service through the website, it only leads me to more food advertisements. I am frustrated. I frequently order from Taco Bell, and it's my go-to place for meals out. Usually, they fix any order mistakes without any issues. However, today when I mentioned a previous order mix-up that I hadn't noticed until later, they said they couldn't replace it as promised. My husband went to Taco Bell for dinner. The one thing he would never order me is a soft taco because I hate them, but he ended up getting a whole box of soft tacos. I called the store and spoke with the manager. She claimed he only ordered soft tacos, but there isn't an order for just soft tacos, only soft and hard. She insisted I bring them back for a fix, but it's 20 miles away and it's New Year's Eve. On top of that, we were short a 5-layer burrito. I feel disrespected as there was no receipt in the bag, and he had to wait for them to make it. I don't want the food; I would like a refund. This isn't the first time my order was wrong. This new store in Hartselle, AL, doesn't seem to care about customers. I won't go back. I used to rely on Taco Bell when I was sick, but after this experience, I won't be returning. Store #[redacted] at [redacted] SW Wanamaker Rd in Topeka, KS [redacted] is not listed on the menu. Every time I visit the drive-thru, items are left out of my order. Due to the drive-thru setup, it's inconvenient to return promptly. Today, my order was once again incomplete. Since the lobby is closed due to covid, I knocked on the door, and eventually, a staff member brought a bag acknowledging the mistake. However, the order was still incomplete. Subsequent interactions lacked apology, refund, or satisfactory resolution. Customer service was disappointing. A mobile order at the drive-thru consumed 23 minutes. Is this an acceptable wait time? Moving forward, I plan to check my order thoroughly before leaving the window. Unfortunately, my attempts to report this to customer service were unsuccessful. I noticed that Taco Bell employees are supposed to wear masks, but during my visit, not a single person was wearing one.
