I recently went to Taco Bell with my 11-year-old son who craved their food. Despite their website stating they were open until 12:30 AM, I encountered confusion when I tried to get takeout. Initially being told to use the drive-thru without a car, I eventually placed my order at the window. However, the service I received from the staff member there was unwelcoming and abrupt. Even though it was an honest mistake on my part, I felt uncomfortable with the treatment I received, especially in front of my son. I believe that customer service could have been handled more tactfully in this situation. This incident occurred at the Taco Bell location on Rockville Pike in Maryland.

On October 15, [redacted], I placed an order through a delivery service at your Taco Bell in Danbury, CT. I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service as my order was incorrect. Despite requesting extra of everything and no tomatoes, the order was not made according to my specifications. The drink was only half full as well. I attempted to contact the store at [redacted] multiple times, but no one answered. I also tried calling today, October 16, with no success. Customer Service at [redacted] kept disconnecting my calls, and when I tried calling the Corporate Headquarters in CA at [redacted], they were reportedly closed. I am seeking a refund of $32.56 plus a $5.00 tip for the delivery person. I hope for a resolution without escalation. I am representing my grandson, Joseph Spoto, who is your customer. I funded the order, hence my complaint. I possess a receipt without an order number, only showing the delivery by Berliann from Taco Bell at [redacted] Main St, Danbury, CT. I am Sandra Argenio, 84 years old, reachable at [redacted].

My husband and I dined at the Taco Bell on River Road in St. George, Utah, last night. We were disappointed with our $19.46 order. We ordered 3 beefy burritos, a chicken Gordita crunch, 2 beef soft tacos, and a large Baja blast. Our order was missing hot sauce and napkins. The food was unappetizing; the burrito beans tasted old and dry, and the tacos lacked filling. Even the Baja blast tasted off. We've been loyal customers for over a decade - my husband even worked at a different location as a teenager. This is the first time I've considered asking for a refund. We still have the bag in our fridge for proof. We hope this feedback helps.

Hello, my name is Evan. I have worked at store #[redacted] for the last four years. I have been out of work for the past 2 1/2 months due to breaking my ankle. Two days ago, when I tried to return to work, my walking boot broke while I was there. I explained the situation to my boss, but he responded by telling me to use a rubber band and figure it out. Not only that, he scheduled me for 8-hour shifts which was extremely difficult for my ankle. When I told him I couldn't work under those conditions, they fired me for job abandonment. They even let someone else who just had surgery and is on crutches work, which is completely illegal. I am considering legal options due to how they mishandled the situation. I have doctor's notes and all necessary documentation.

On October 30th, [redacted], I visited the location at [redacted] Highway 99 in Lynnwood, WA, around 10:04 pm. The employee at the drive-thru informed me that they were not taking orders due to a system issue. I mentioned I had a mobile order and wanted to ensure I wouldn't be charged. She assured me that as long as I cancelled on the app, I wouldn't be charged. Following her advice, I canceled and placed a new order at a different branch. However, upon checking my bank account the next day, I noticed I was still charged $34.15. I kindly request a refund for this charge. Thank you.

Please consider bringing back the tostada. As a recent heart attack survivor now watching my sodium and saturated fat intake, the tostada was my go-to low-sodium and low-saturated-fat option at Taco Bell. I used to enjoy ordering two and making a salad to accompany them, allowing me to still enjoy Taco Bell within my dietary restrictions. Since its removal, I haven't visited Taco Bell as my other options don't meet my dietary needs. I don't consume beef or chicken products, so the tostada was the perfect choice for me. Please bring back the tostada and spicy tostada as it was a significant part of my Taco Bell experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I visited the Taco Bell on Kingston Pike with my family. Although I ordered 4 bean burritos and requested sour cream on 2, it wasn't added. I also did not receive 2 large drinks, 2 steak quesadillas, 2 chicken quesadillas, 4 taco supremes (which were regular, not supreme), and 2 Mexican pizzas without sour cream. When I tried to address the missing items inside, they wouldn't correct the order. I was so embarrassed, and I don't plan to return to that location. If you rectify this, I can pick up the corrected order at the Taco Bell on Lovell Rd in Knoxville, TN. I'll be available for the next 30 minutes.

I experienced poor service at store #[redacted] on Wheatland Rd. in Dallas, Texas on 10/27/[redacted]. I have reached out multiple times to customer service, speaking with Zoe (10/28, 11/10), Gloria, and Andrea, emphasizing the need for a call back regarding the issues with David, the manager. Despite promises of a call by 5:00 p.m. on 11/6, no one contacted me and I was only offered $10 in "Taco Bell bucks" as a resolution. David's dismissive attitude and refusal to address my concerns, even over a $1.20 discrepancy, was extremely disappointing, especially considering the impact on young customers present. I seek further assistance and resolution for this concerning experience. Louis A.

I ordered the $5 Chalupa Cravings Box, but it came with beef instead of beans despite me requesting beans multiple times. I went back to the store at 10:30, right after opening it, and found the mistake. The employee at the window was rude, implying I was lying. I showed him my card charge, but he doubted it was from their location. Even after showing the bill location on my credit card app, since I didn't get a physical receipt, he only gave me a chalupa and dismissed me. This happened on Tuesday, December 1st, at 10:30 in the drive-thru. I feel disrespected for being accused of lying. I'm frustrated for driving 15 minutes to fix my order and only getting one item replaced. I would appreciate compensation for this whole ordeal.

I made an order on the Taco Bell app. Everything was fine until it came time to pay. After attempting payment, I received a notification that the charge went through to my bank account, but it was for an amount higher than what was shown on the app. Additionally, the app froze. I tried again, but the same issue occurred - the app froze, I was charged a different amount, and now there are two charges on my bank account from Taco Bell. Unfortunately, my order was never completed due to these issues.

The customer service provided at the window of the restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was not given a receipt, was overcharged, and did not receive all the items I paid for. After attempting to contact the restaurant for 45 minutes, I drove back to address the issues in person. The window staff member was unhelpful and even brought a sheriff deputy into the situation when I requested to speak with a manager. Eventually, I was able to speak with a manager named Dell inside the restaurant, who corrected the overcharge and provided a refund for the missing items. The whole experience was frustrating and the rudeness of the staff was unacceptable.

I have noticed that despite the marketing efforts for the new Grilled Cheese Burrito, the two Taco Bell locations near me in Stoughton, MA [redacted] do not carry this item. Even when I checked the website and selected these locations, the item was still displayed on the menu. I made two trips hoping to try this new item, only to be disappointed both times. It's frustrating to see it advertised but not available in stores.

My wife, Michelle H., placed a $65 order for our son's baby shower in Waycross, GA. We arrived at 12:15 on Saturday only to find the Taco Bell closed. Despite ongoing discussions, the store refuses to refund our money, offering only $65 in food instead. This experience has left our family and friends disappointed, and we may not visit Taco Bell again. I am frustrated by this situation. - James H.

I recently visited the new Taco Bell in our small town which I appreciate having. I saved the receipt to do the survey, but couldn't find the 16-digit number requested on the site. While dealing with the COVID crisis, I was disappointed to find that my favorite item, the taco pizza, was removed from the menu. This was a blow as it was a suitable option for my health issues. I don't understand why the menu constantly changes when the ingredients are similar. I now stick to value menu items but haven't found a replacement I enjoy as much as the taco pizza. It would be helpful if the survey numbers were included on the receipts and if there were more consistency with menu offerings. Sincerely, Pryscilla H.

I encountered an issue with the Taco Bell app while trying to place a mobile order. Although the payment showed as pending in my bank account, there was no confirmation on the app, and the staff at the store couldn't locate the order either. I ended up paying again in-store to get my food but missed out on earning rewards points on the app. Now, I have noticed that my bank statement shows four pending charges for the same amount, which has left me short on funds. The order only consisted of a beef and cheese burrito and a beefy 5-layer burrito.

I placed an order on the app as a guest without logging in or signing up. I saved the confirmation picture for the store visit. However, upon arrival at Taco Bell, they claimed they did not have my food and refused to take responsibility. I requested a refund, but they mentioned they couldn't issue one since the order was not in their system. This experience is unusual for me, as I have never encountered this issue with online orders previously. Kindly reach out to me when you can. Thank you.

I am having trouble obtaining accurate information about a Taco Bell location in my town whose hours have changed due to Covid. There was talk about a possible employee testing positive, affecting my family member who works there. When I commented on Facebook regarding the changing hours and the information I had heard, I was unfairly attacked by a "Food Champion" member and others. I prefer to remain anonymous and don't want this to impact my family member, as his job has already been threatened over this issue. I believe action should be taken against the staff attacking customers and members of the community. Deleting all the comments later and threatening a minor's job is unacceptable. I have removed my comment from social media to protect his job, as the family member is saving money for college.

I went to the drive-thru at the store on [redacted] S. Jellison Way in Littleton last Wednesday around 10:30 pm. I ordered a #1 combo with regular tacos (no lettuce), a diet Mtn. Dew, and a chipotle chicken wrap. Unfortunately, when I got home, the only thing they got right was my drink. The rest of the order was completely wrong, and I couldn't eat any of it; it definitely wasn't a #1 combo. I'm extremely disappointed with this level of incompetence and find it completely inexcusable. I am requesting a full refund for the order, which should be around $8. I tried calling the store multiple times, but either got no answer or the phone system hung up on me after a few rings. This situation is unacceptable. I used to work at Taco Bell in high school, and it never operated this poorly back then. There seems to be a serious issue at this store that needs to be addressed.

I placed an order through the Taco Bell app for a $5 Cravings Box using a promotional offer that made the item free. The app showed the total as zero, but I was still charged $5.49 on my PayPal account to complete the order. I am requesting a refund for this charge to be returned to my PayPal account.

I requested to use the bathroom, but the employee informed me it was not working, only to later confirm with his manager that I could not use it. The manager initially denied me access but eventually allowed me to check it out after I insisted. To my surprise, the bathroom was in working condition. Since this is the only bathroom in the restaurant, I found it strange that they were restricting access despite it being functional. I am concerned about the frequency of bathroom issues at this establishment and how they handle such situations. It seems unfair to deny customers access to basic facilities based on the whims of certain employees.
