I placed an order through the mobile app as a guest. When I went to pick it up at the store, a crew member mentioned it might have gone to a different location. Despite ensuring it was the correct store since I rode my bicycle there, I noticed a bag with my name on it and assumed it was my order. I took the food but felt uneasy about the situation, so I decided to return it and request a refund from the manager. Unfortunately, the manager was unhelpful and directed me to seek the refund through the app without providing guidance. I simply wanted to receive credit for my purchase or exchange it at another store. The experience at the Taco Bell on Greenleaf and Whittier Blvd in Whittier has left me dissatisfied, and I do not plan to return to this location.

Yesterday at 7:45, I arrived at the Taco Bell location and noticed only one employee sweeping the parking lot. There was no one inside the restaurant or in the kitchen. I called out three times with no response. The employee, who had headphones on, glanced at me and then walked around the rear of the building. I had six orders to pick up for the firefighters from the firehouse around the corner. I decided to go to Chick-fil-A instead, where I had a wonderful experience. I, along with most of the firefighters, will not be returning to this Taco Bell due to this negative encounter, which is not the first bad experience I've had at this particular location.

I visited Taco Bell on Rockford Street in Mt. Airy yesterday. I ordered the twelve-party package, all soft supreme. Unfortunately, after waiting in the drive-thru for fifteen minutes, I realized they had given me all hard tacos instead of soft ones. When I tried to call the restaurant to complain, no one answered, and by the time I could return, they were closed. Today, when I called and explained the situation, they requested a receipt which I didn't receive. They said without it, they couldn't assist me. I am disappointed as I paid for something I cannot eat. I am hoping they can replace my order.

As a long-time customer of over 20 years, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through tonight. Despite dealing with my father's recent stage 4 Lung Cancer diagnosis, we came to Taco Bell as it's one of the few foods he can enjoy. While waiting for our order, an employee rudely demanded I extinguish my cigarette immediately or leave the drive-through. I remained calm until the employee's behavior became unacceptable. I requested a refund, which led to confusion with my payment. If the refund is not processed promptly, I plan to escalate my complaint to the BBB, District Manager, and Regional Manager. I will also leave reviews on YELP and Google, as well as share my experience on social media with thousands of friends and followers to shed light on the disrespectful treatment of customers.

On April 12th at 11:38 a.m., I visited Taco Bell store number 0 2 6 4 5 6 in Tallahassee, Florida. After ordering two combo meals and drinks, I discovered my order was incorrect. Despite contacting the manager and being promised a replacement, my recent experience was disappointing. On May 6th at 9:11 p.m., I returned to the same Taco Bell drive-thru, hoping to redeem the complimentary offer. However, I was informed only the store lobby was open due to staffing issues. As someone with an injured leg, it was inconvenient to enter the store just to place an order. I value fast and friendly service, but the interaction with the evening manager was unpleasant. This ongoing situation is concerning, as I am a regular customer of Taco Bell. I hope this feedback helps improve service quality and retains loyal customers like me. Thank you for addressing this matter for future patrons.

Tonight, I placed an order through the drive-thru, and I encountered a young man who was quite rude while taking my order. I had a substantial order to place, so I was taking my time to communicate it clearly. However, he kept interrupting me before I could complete each item. After a $30 order, I reached the window to pick up my food; there was no courtesy greeting or thank you. Disappointingly, when we got home, we found that half of our order was missing, the hard shell tacos were all smashed, and they were lacking in meat. Despite trying to call the store multiple times, nobody answered. This experience was very disheartening considering the lack of quality service provided.

Tonight at the Prattville, AL location, my friend and I experienced a mix-up with our drive-thru order. I requested "a salad with only meat and cheese," but was given just a bowl of steak and cheese initially. When I asked for the lettuce to be added, the employee refused to take back the incorrect order, stating they weren't allowed to do so. After a frustrating back-and-forth, the manager, Tonya, intervened and asked for the wrong order to be returned for correction. Meanwhile, my friend's tacos were soggy and lacked the hot sauce she had asked for. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order at this location. Two weeks ago, my salad was missing cheese. Despite the mistakes, there was no attempt to make things right or compensate for the inconvenience. The lack of attention to detail and customer service is disappointing. I hope this feedback can help improve the service at this Taco Bell location in Prattville, AL.

I have reached out to customer service five times about an order I placed through the mobile app on the 1st. Unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address, and I am now seeking a refund. During my initial contact, I was informed that I would receive the refund within 1-3 business days, but subsequent representatives told me they have escalated the issue to the mobile team for urgent processing. They assured me that I would be notified via email about the refund timeline, but I have not received any such communication. I urgently require the refund back on my card today, 05/10/[redacted], as promised. Failure to do so may result in me reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau. The delay in processing is unacceptable, especially since the initial transaction was swift.

I recently watched a video on Facebook that was quite disturbing. It was filmed in Asheville, NC and posted on my friend's timeline. As a loyal Taco Bell customer, I admire your company values. However, seeing your staff smoking inside the dining area while there was a long line of customers waiting is disappointing. When I worked in fast food, we never took breaks during busy times. Although I do not know the exact location, I believe your district manager in Asheville, NC could identify it. I hope this feedback contributes to enhancing your customer service and quality control standards.

I visited my local Taco Bell for breakfast at 7:00 am, according to my iPhone. The employee told me they weren't open yet, as her clock showed 6:55 am. I returned after 7 minutes and was informed they still weren't open. I decided to wait, but was then told it would be another ten minutes. Despite agreeing to wait, I was then told to come back later. I explained that it was already past the 7:00 am opening time. The employee was initially friendly but turned rude after my repeated attempts. I find this situation unacceptable. If a business opens at 7:00 am, they should be ready to operate by then. Accountability should apply to all. Despite enjoying Taco Bell’s food, this experience left me frustrated. This location has had previous issues, but this incident compelled me to voice my dissatisfaction.

I recently visited the Draper UT location for lunch and was disappointed with the service. Despite usually receiving excellent service, today's experience was subpar. I understand that large orders ahead of time can cause delays, but the woman on the phone was rather blunt about this. My order was completely wrong and the food was cold, requiring me to wait for at least 10 minutes. By the time I returned to work to eat, my break was almost over. When I asked about a refund, the staff member at the window was unsympathetic and unhelpful. I did not receive a receipt, so I filed a complaint on the website, providing the employee's name and requesting a full refund. Upon witnessing them return my food to another customer, the lack of sanitation was concerning. Despite saving the food, the experience was disappointing. I will seek a refund of $4.96 and expect better service in the future.

I visited the store in Highland Plaza, Marietta, GA, to grab lunch. I had to wait a while for an employee to take my order, and then had issues with the register. The employee mentioned the ice machine wasn't working, so I skipped the ice. The diet Mountain Dew from the dispenser was awful. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than assisting customers. The nacho box I ordered lacked flavor. The manager was hanging out in the back. This store has had issues for a long time. I used to frequent it for 8-9 years but stopped about 8 months ago. I gave it another shot after the remodel, but it was even worse. I suggest a complete overhaul of the current staff; the service is subpar.

This is our second visit to this Taco Bell despite my initial reservations. During our first visit last week, we were asked to wait after placing our order, but no one attended to us, even though we were the only customers. Today, when we tried to add more items to our order, we were rudely told to drive back around instead of accommodating our request, leaving us without a receipt or sauces. The experience at the Southaven, MS location today seemed to be affected by racial bias, which is disappointing. While issues of racism are often highlighted in the news, it is equally important to address how different races are treated in everyday situations. If this is the standard of service at Taco Bell, it reflects poorly on the company.

My friend and I had an unpleasant experience at Taco Bell. I complained about a chalupa with dry, stale, and chewy bread that was not remade or exchanged by a rude employee. Meanwhile, my friend's meal was cold and not reheated when requested. We believe these issues could have been resolved easily by providing fresh food promptly. I am now seeking either a refund or a complimentary meal to make up for the poor experience and subpar food quality. Given the situation, it is disappointing to spend hard-earned money on food that does not meet expectations.

I visited Taco Bell #[redacted] located at [redacted] Sam Ridley Pkwy W Smyrna, TN [redacted] on 5/15/19. During my visit, I ordered two chicken taco salads, tacos, and a supreme chicken chalupa with a total of $22.21. Unfortunately, the cashier handed me the two taco salads in flimsy boxes at the drive-thru. When I requested a sack due to the boxes being unstable, the cashier claimed they did not have any sacks, which led to sour cream spilling on my slacks. Upon returning home, I had to clean up the spilled salads. I believe I should be reimbursed for the two salads, totaling $13.81, as I found the situation quite unfair considering the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell #[redacted] recently. Despite being understanding of the service industry, I felt mistreated and feel the need to share my concerns. I visited the drive-thru at 8:45 pm and ordered two grande nacho boxes. When I was informed they were out of shredded chicken, I agreed to switch to beef. The employee, Tayvion W, assisted me with the change. However, another employee loudly claimed it was too late to alter my order even though the nachos hadn't been prepared yet. I declined grilled chicken and requested beef instead but faced more pushback. The employee continued complaining and even made disrespectful comments about charging me for the grilled chicken. I patiently waited, received my food without an apology, and left. The manager didn't address the employee's behavior. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately. Thank you for allowing me to share this incident.

I had a challenging experience at the Taco Bell location near my house recently. After receiving multiple incorrect items in my order, I initially tried to overlook the mistakes. However, after finding more than half of my order was incorrect, I felt frustrated. The two crunchy tacos I ordered fresco style had cheese on them, while the soft tacos were missing pico de gallo. Additionally, the five-layer burrito had sour cream despite my request for it to be omitted, and the bean burrito had onions despite my request for no onions. The total cost was $13.74. Upon contacting the store, the manager, Nester, was unhelpful and rude. Despite offering to remake the order with extra items, he insisted I return the food. When I asked to receive the additional items another day due to our inability to consume them all, he refused. Nester's sarcastic tone and disrespectful behavior left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. Despite my willingness to overlook the errors, the manager's unprofessionalism led me to seek a refund and decide not to return to that location in the future.

I visited the drive-thru at 12:42 pm today. As a vegan, I specifically requested no meat in my meal. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it contained all meat. I parked and sent my daughter inside to request a correction. After waiting for over 15 minutes, I decided to go inside myself, where I waited an additional 10 minutes. I had ordered nachos without meat, but when I finally received my order, it was cold. I asked for a refund due to the food being cold. The employee mentioned the nachos had been prepared earlier and were just sitting there. After opening the cold meal, I requested a refund since the employee refused to remake it. The situation escalated when another staff member began shouting and using inappropriate language towards me. Despite this, the manager did not address the situation or apologize for the behavior. Eventually, after some time, I received a refund without any form of apology for the inconvenience or disrespect I experienced, especially with my daughter present.

I've noticed that the sizes of the burritos at Taco Bell in Ocean Springs, MS have been smaller than usual on multiple occasions. Additionally, on 05/21/19 at the Taco Bell in D'Iberville, MS, I encountered a new cashier who seemed to show some bias. When serving customers, she gave the white women 32oz cups with their meal orders, while I typically received smaller 16oz cups. The Loaded Burrito, advertised for $1, was not as satisfying as it had been when served by the previous manager. The Black lady manager discussed the portion sizes with me, mentioning the low price as the reason for the smaller servings. This is a stark contrast to our experiences at El Rancho, where we pay the same price for generously filled tacos every Tuesday. Over the past 10 years, my family and I have frequented the D'Iberville Taco Bell, but we've noticed a decline in food quality and portion sizes recently. The wrappers seem larger than necessary, with fillings like ground beef appearing to be quite minimal.

Hello, my name is Niral. I visited the Taco Bell located on Highway 85 in Riverdale, Georgia. I ordered a Baja Blast during happy hour. I paid $2.76, but they did not fill up my drink properly. When I asked the cashier to fix it, they just shook my cup without refilling it. I requested to speak to the manager, who asked if I still wanted the drink. I declined and insisted on a full refill. The customer service was lacking, and I mentioned contacting corporate. The staff refused to provide their names or write them down, and none of them wore name tags. My receipt shows the cashier's name as James P. Store number [redacted], and my order number was [redacted].
