I have a credit line with TD BANK to be used at samsung.com for **** since November ****. After almost a year I called and requested a credit line increase that was approved for **k (that was * days ago). I was wondering if TD could use the same hard pull report they got from my credit bureau since I wanted to apply for a cash back credit card with TD but customer service said that wasn't possible. Sadly I don't want my report to be pulled again, TD is just losing the opportunity of giving a credit card to an excellent credit score with an ***% payment history everywhere. I have no credit cards with TD since the credit line for online retailers doesn't provide physical cards. I feel really disappointed about this and don't understand why if you pulled my report once can't use that report for issuing a credit card on my name. Thanks
