Unable to open the Thinkorswim TWS for the last few days. Everytime upon loading the software it keeps on installing updates for a very long time lately for more than a few hours without opening the logging in screen. Previously the maximum for installing updates takes only a few minutes after which the logging in screen would appear. Is there something wrong with your server that is causing this major issue? Would appreciate your urgent assistance to resolve logging in issue. Thank you.
