Basically I was with T-Mobile but their service was poor to say the least I outright paid for my phone but use will not unlock them I was with you people for years but because I'm not an active customer used can't find any record and therefore you won't give me the unlock codes to unlock my phone so that I paid for I left two people because of poor service and it's continuing with my phones that I want to use but can't unlock because you people won't give me the code because you can't find my number reason for that is on the longer with you
