The issue in GetHuman-philbud's own words
Make or receive a call! ... Purchased T-Mobile SIM & prepaid plan last night at a T-Mobile store. I am not able to make or receive calls. Spent ** minutes on the phone, was bounced around, and finally the call dropped. My receipt says my new number is (***) ***-****. The SIM number is *******************F
It took a long time in the store last night, and whatever they did probably was not correct. Spent ** minutes on the phone today, only to be told my SIM wasn't from T-Mobile, was given a bad phone number, and then my call was dropped.
Correctly activating my account*phone.
Tried https:**prepaid.t-mobile.com*bring-your-own-device but it will not accept the IMEI printed on my phone
