The balance was not overdue*delinquent.*My final bill was paid in full. T-Mobile informed me that my account was NOT in collection or sent to collections as delinquent.**Convergent Outsourcing Inc. (acct. * R-********) has sent me a collections notice with the exact amount previously owed to T-Mobile*($***.**) when account was closed ********.**Convergent Outsourcing Inc. are preemptively trying to collect a debt and harm my credit by unscrupulously attempting to extort funds from me not owed to T-Mobile.**Again T-Mobile did not report my account as delinquent and in collections or send my account to Convergent Outsourcing Inc. for collection.**I have filed a complaint with the Consumer financial protection bureau***Please advise on next steps to be taken.
