I have an old phone that is paid off and I want to upgrade to a new phone so I called T-Mobile and they told me I could do jump on demand for ** months and then I can only do that in a T-Mobile store and then I came to the T-Mobile store and they told me that didn’t exist so I was extremely inconvenienced and may consider switching to Verizon if someone cannot help me rectify this
