I used an online service to purchase in-game currency for an online game. The process involved inputting my phone number, receiving a code on the website, and sending that code from my phone. Despite the money being deducted from my phone credit, I did not receive the purchased item. Game support directed me to contact OneBip.com, the provider of the pay-by-SMS service. OneBip.com acknowledged one transaction but not the second one, totaling 12 EUR. I am planning to reach out to Telekom service to investigate the missing payment and verify where the 12 euro went if not received by OneBip.com.

My contract and phone insurance with Telekom were canceled by CONNECT WORLD. I am requesting assistance in contacting the manager for a refund for charges dating back to January. Despite canceling both services due to military orders, I have been billed every three months erroneously. The last representative I spoke with mentioned a February resolution, but I am still being charged. I seek a refund for the mistaken charges.

Should we detect robot registrations within the next month, we will have to suspend the site until the necessary measures are taken on your end.

Hello, I recently signed up for several Telekom Mobile phone offers and now need to cancel some of them within the 14-day cancellation window for online subscriptions. I am searching for the English-speaking customer service contact number. I attempted calling 0[redacted] but found it to be out of service. Hello, I am Nikhil Vemuri. I have canceled my Telekom WiFi contract and settled all payments in full. Here are the details: Customer Number: [redacted] Address: Unterewöhr Str. 1, [redacted], Aalen. I returned the router to the address provided by Telekom via post three months ago. However, I have received a bill for [redacted] euros again. I am disappointed by the customer service charging me [redacted] euros erroneously.
