Hello Supercell, I received your email a few minutes ago. Unfortunately, I do not have the ID needed to access my attack logs to figure out the ban reason. I strongly believe that my recent ban is unjust. After a successful raid where I achieved a perfect score, I was promptly banned without cause. I suspect the player I defeated may have retaliated by reporting me to their clan for unfair play. As a dedicated player, I have abided by the game's rules and regulations and do not deserve this ban. I am willing to cooperate fully and give you permission to investigate my account to clarify the misunderstanding. At my age of 24 going on 25, I understand the importance of fair play. Dear Sir, Yesterday night, when attempting to switch accounts, I encountered an error stating no game account was found. Believing it to be a glitch, I reinstalled the game but my village remained hacked. I conversed with the hacker and have screenshots as evidence of the illegal hacking. My TH15 village, built over 6 years, means a lot to me. I implore you to assist me in regaining access to my village. I've lost my village in Clash of Clans and have been trying to get it back through the in-game help and support with no luck. After creating a new account and reaching out for help, a support team member attached my new account to my Supercell ID with the same email address. However, every time I try to address the issue of my lost village, the conversation gets closed by a bot named Otto. I've tried over [redacted] times but haven't seen any real human support. When I requested my data, they only sent information for my new account. I've been asking to speak to a real person for help in recovering my old village, but I keep being told it's for general inquiries only. It's been 4 days, and I'm still struggling to get assistance. Hello, I am writing to report that my account was hacked on February 2, [redacted], at 9:00 pm. The hacker, who seems to be from Russia, changed the email linked to my Clash of Clans account, which I have had for at least 5 years. The stolen email is [redacted] The hacker also took control of my village named Humam Wakfu #8uuv9gucl, a Townhall 13 that was almost fully upgraded. The hacker disconnected my account from Supercell ID. Although I managed to secure my Facebook and Steam accounts, I am unable to recover my Clash of Clans account since the email associated with it has been changed. My Facebook email is [redacted], also linked to Clash of Clans. The hacker tried to access other accounts as well, but I managed to regain control over them. I have sent detailed information and photos to my Gmail account. Your assistance in restoring my account would be greatly appreciated as I have invested a lot of time in it.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my hacked account. On 2/2/[redacted] at 9:00 pm in Iraq, my email linked to my Clash of Clans account for at least 5 years, [redacted], was changed by a Russian hacker. They stole my village, which was connected to Supercell ID. My Facebook account, [redacted], was also targeted. The village name is humam wakfu #8uuv9gucl, a Townhall 13 nearly at max level. The hacker left my clan "بغداد الحبيبة 3" and joined different clans like Human and Allince2.1. I have also contacted in-game support, with no real assistance provided, just automated responses. I have attached detailed pictures to an email I sent and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue as my Gmail is still connected to the game but the Supercell ID has been changed. I have invested significant time in that account and would like to recover it.

Hello, I recently experienced a hardware problem with my iPhone, leading to data loss on my iCloud. I recently deactivated my Clash of Clans account from Supercell ID. After disconnecting it and linking my account to another Supercell ID with all my other saved games, I activated the Account Protection feature, requiring my phone number. Since then, I am unable to log in to that account on my other devices. When attempting to sign in to my Supercell ID, I do not receive the verification code. Although I can access my accounts on my phone, I am not receiving codes from Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, or Brawl Stars. Hello, my name is Dimitrios Fekos, and I am also known as Mr.HotShot3 on Clash of Clans. Recently, I encountered an issue while trying to load my village (Town Hall level 9, no clan, XP level [redacted], #822CYJ09 or O9). The game requested a confirmation code be sent to the email linked to the account, but I did not receive it. When I tried to reach out to customer service for help, my account was banned for alleged "phishing," despite providing accurate information about my account. I believe that I was wrongly banned, and I simply wish for my account to be reinstated.

I have several accounts, all linked to a Supercell ID except for one. Despite my attempts, I am unable to create an ID for this account due to an error message that keeps popping up whenever I try. Additionally, I have been unable to access support for this specific device as it is malfunctioning. When I reached out for assistance through customer support chat using another account, I received a ban, preventing me from playing on two out of my three accounts. I enjoy playing on three different villages and simply want to create a Supercell ID for my third account to ensure I do not lose it when my current device eventually fails completely. Please assist me in creating the ID and refrain from banning accounts that may not be as profitable.

I recently switched to a new phone and encountered issues transferring my Clash of Clans and Boom Beach accounts. Although I successfully recovered my Clash of Clans account through customer support and SuperCell ID, I'm facing challenges with my Boom Beach account. Unlike Clash of Clans, Boom Beach lacks a support form for assistance in my region. Despite attempting to use a different email address to link to my Boom Beach account, I'm unable to receive any codes for verification. While Clash of Clans support helped me resolve email delivery issues, I'm uncertain how to address the problem with my alternative email account to retrieve the necessary verification code.

I need help recovering my account that was banned instead of restored. I have been using this account for nearly a decade and have plenty of e-receipts and proof of ownership. I established a clan six years ago and managed it until reaching level 8. After I stopped playing due to studies, a friend took over, but somehow someone else became the leader without my knowledge. I recently returned to playing Clash of Clans and started a new account, but later realized my brother and I had an old account named trico on our iPad mini from about 6 years ago when we were younger. We were at Town Hall 10 back then. After contacting Supercell's customer support and providing details and my player tag, I was informed that I couldn't retrieve the old account and my new account would be banned for 31 days.
