I am seeking help regarding an issue with Supercell's false accusation of account phishing. I play under the account Vu_Guy1106 (Level [redacted]) and also own another account called Commander Erwin. Initially, I reached out to the team about trouble recovering my th7 account, which led to being locked out due to suspected foul play. While trying to resolve this, I was asked for my th7 player tag, which I had difficulty providing as I was using both my iPad and iPhone to play the game. After multiple attempts, I managed to retrieve the tag by taking a picture. However, I was locked out of my main account when asked verification questions about my first purchase, devices used, and name changes. Due to having multiple emails for purchases, obtaining the receipt was challenging. Additionally, accessing my th7 account on a different device led to that account being compromised. Despite having evidence to support my case, I am unable to play on either account and have faced restrictions in contacting customer support.

Hello, I have been playing Clash of Clans for 9 years. Recently, some strange things have been happening on my account: armies being trained without my command, Clan Castle emptied without my input, and occasional unsuccessful attacks launched. As my email address was hacked, I am looking to change the email linked to my Supercell ID and revoke access to my account from any other devices other than mine. My wife's SMB account was changed to (vader09) without her permission, indicating that her account has been hacked on Supercell. She is now experiencing sign-in attempts on her Yahoo email account, [redacted], after her Clash of Clans account was compromised. Despite spending over $1,[redacted] on your game, Supercell has not been helpful in resolving this issue. There are concerns about Supercell's security, as this is not the first instance of hacking. To prevent further unauthorized access, please log her out of all devices connected to Clash of Clans and send a password reset link to her email address, [redacted] She has been dealing with this stressful situation for days and needs assistance promptly. I hope for a swift resolution before legal action needs to be taken.

When I started playing CoC, I used my dad's email because I was too young to have one. Later, I got my own phone and email. Trying to transfer my account to the new device led to numerous failed attempts. This caused the servers to suspect I was trying to access someone else's account. I can still access my CoC account on the old device, but the account on the new device has been banned. As a result, I cannot load the game due to a pop-up banner issue.

Hi Supercell, I would like to apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused. My Town Hall 14 account, linked to [redacted] with the account #9URP989JO, has been permanently banned. I want to clarify that the actions leading up to my ban were not done by me. While I was asleep, my friends used my phone to open the game and engage in disruptive behavior to get others banned as a joke, leading to my account's ban. I cherish this account as it holds years of memories and friendships. I do not endorse such behavior and regret what occurred. I humbly request the team to reconsider and understand the significance of this account to me. I deeply apologize and am willing to ensure this will not happen again. I am expressing my concern about Clash Royale's imbalance. It seems that some players are acquiring high arena cards in lower arenas, such as Mother Witch in Arena 7, due to card trading. This gives an unfair advantage to those who spend money on the game. I am frustrated when facing opponents with high arena cards and losing trophies because it is challenging to compete against them. I suggest addressing this issue by restricting card usage based on the player's arena level. For example, if a player in Arena 4 trades for an Electric Giant from Arena 11, they should not be allowed to use it until reaching that higher arena. This would create a more balanced playing field and ensure that victories are based on skill rather than financial investment in the game.

Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to play a game yesterday. When the game loaded, I accidentally pressed play without my Supercell ID, resulting in a new game appearing. I attempted to log in with my Supercell ID, which contains four bases, but was unable to switch and my attempts were unsuccessful. I reached out to Supercell for assistance, answered their questions to the best of my ability, and found out this morning that my account has been banned for 31 days. My main account is under the name #Y99YUGPU, and I usually play on an iPad mini. I am based in Middleton, England, and I have four accounts named the one .red.blue.black on Supercell. I am seeking help as I play daily and serve as the leader of my clan.

After providing all the necessary details to confirm ownership, such as previous name, first receipt, models used, and email verification, my account remains locked. I have been struggling to regain access to my account after it was permanently banned. Today has been stressful as I tried to understand the reason behind the ban, only to discover that my 8-year-old son was using my account for a third-party application. I kindly request a review of the decision because I have been a loyal player for a long time, investing a significant amount of money in the game. Greetings, I have invested significantly in this game and derive great pleasure from playing it. However, I recently changed my phone number and have encountered difficulties in purchasing items such as the game pass and other features. The game is sending a verification code to my old number which I no longer have access to. As a result, I am unable to make purchases. My account name is Raging Bull of Chiraq. Whenever I attempt to input my new number, the system rejects my purchase claiming that the phone number is invalid. I am in need of assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Replenishing my items is important to me, and not being able to do so is causing me stress. Supporting the game financially and enhancing my village is a source of joy for me. My brother and I used to share an Apple ID, but he has taken over the account, playing games like Hay Day, CoC, and Boom Beach. He, and perhaps others, have created a Supercell ID using the email [redacted] Despite my attempts to stop this, it continues. I want to remove all users from the previous accounts, especially since the new Supercell ID was not created with my email. I wish to create a new Supercell ID with my email [redacted] (which is also my Apple ID), remove all other users, and have sole access to decide where I play these games. I am a member of a level 20 clan called Warriors and recently had an issue during a Clan War League match. During the game, my clanmate, Newland, attacked my mirror war base. I reprimanded him for this, but he responded with inappropriate language. In response, I also scolded him. Unfortunately, he took it a step further by involving a leader who kicked me out of the clan. Despite this, some of my other clanmates invited me back, so I returned to confront Newland for his actions before ultimately deciding to leave the clan. Initially, the situation escalated due to Newland using offensive language, which led to me confronting him and being removed from the clan. Subsequently, 2-3 of Newland's friends teamed up to report my Clash of Clans account.

The ban occurred after I inquired about regaining access to an old account lost when my previous phone broke, and I did not have the SuperCell account details for that account. The assistant requested information, and although I provided some details, I could not locate a receipt after nearly two years had passed. This is my second attempt to have my account unbanned. The account details are as follows: Name: Ace, Tag: #QPGR08CQ9, Clan: ATK, Town Hall: 11. I have also purchased a gold pass on the banned account and hope to have the ban lifted to not waste the benefits.

I am currently unable to access Clash of Clans on my iPhone. When trying to open the app, a pop-up message appears saying I have been permanently banned due to alleged account phishing attempts. Strangely, I can still play on my iPad without any issues. Despite not being banned, I cannot play on my iPhone as the game won't open, only offering a "cancel" option. I am frustrated as I use my iPhone more frequently and find it inconvenient to switch to my iPad just to play the game. I have contacted support multiple times, emphasizing that I am not banned since I can play on another device. Please assist me in resolving this issue on my iPhone so I can enjoy playing the game seamlessly.

I was banned from Clash of Clans without reason. Supposedly, I tried to log into an account that doesn't belong to me, even though it actually is my account and I have the emails for it. I contacted Supercell for help because I never received a pin to connect the accounts they suggest I link, but now I'm banned. I'm a good player, I have never been rude and would never try to steal an account since I have already created 3 accounts myself. Please help me.

Hello, I uninstalled "Clash of Clans" around 4-5 years ago, and I've been wanting to play it again. However, whenever I try to access the game now, I receive a message stating my account has been banned for phishing attempts. I am not entirely sure what that means, but if I did something wrong years ago, I apologize. I encountered an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 screen, so I placed an insurance replacement order through T-Mobile. Upon receiving the new phone on Monday, I had trouble logging into Clash of Clans as I wasn't getting the verification code. After contacting support, I was asked security questions and had to provide proof of my first Clash of Clans purchase via Google Play Store screenshots.
