Hello, I am Gift O. residing in Dubai with a Glo number [redacted]4. I am facing the issue of my SIM being disconnected while it was in my phone. This SIM has been in use for over a decade and is linked to important services. I reached out to Glo customer service last year when it first happened and was promised to be contacted during the SIM registration process, which did not happen. Despite contacting customer service thrice since then, the options given were not feasible for me as I am abroad. Even sending my mother, who knows all the necessary information, was unsuccessful due to security measures. I had a similar problem occur five to six years ago, but it got resolved. I am puzzled by this recurring disconnection. My MTN line has never had such issues. I urgently need my [redacted]4 line back and seek guidance on the best approach since I am currently in Dubai with potential plans to visit Nigeria next year between Easter and Christmas. I eagerly await your response and proposed solutions. Thank you.

Last night, while watching Hulu on my phone around 10:30 PM, my data suddenly cut off. It has been almost 14 hours now, and it's quite frustrating. I have an unlimited LG 4G plan for $60, and not having access to it is disappointing. I would appreciate assistance in fixing this issue and perhaps a refund, as this has occurred multiple times.

I have been a loyal customer for 11 years without any issues until this past year. My husband and I both have $90 phone cards, but my phone consistently runs out of service 2-3 days early while his does not. Additionally, we are supposed to have 10GB of Hotspot data, but this month it was increased to 15GB. Despite my phone only showing usage of 1.80GB from October 1-31 and 2.64GB from November 1-30, my Hotspot stopped working. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I had used up all my Hotspot data, which I believe is incorrect based on my usage tracking. This issue has recurred multiple times, and in the past, my high-speed data would deplete too quickly as well. I am frustrated by the lack of clarity and reimbursement for unused data. I purchased the $40 BYOT SIM kit and data plan, but when I tried to activate it for my tablet, the Straight Talk agent claimed there was no such plan. He converted my SIM card to a phone plan instead and assigned it a phone number, rendering my $40 useless as the SIM is now for a phone I don't own or want activated. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they just mark it as a non-active device on my account. It's frustrating having to explain the situation repeatedly, only to be told to power cycle my tablet. The agent set it up incorrectly as a phone with the $45 plan, not the $40 BYOT plan I bought. To make matters worse, I can't even send my email receipts to prove my purchase. Please refund my money promptly; the mistake was on the agent's end, not mine.

Hello, I have been attempting to transfer my phone from Bluegrass to Straight Talk's Verizon since Monday. Initially, I placed the SIM card incorrectly, but I have since corrected that mistake. Despite seeing the error message stating that there were no devices with the information provided, I tried the activation process again. After speaking with tech support on Tuesday and being advised to wait 24 hours for activation, my phone still displays "Roaming" without service, unable to make calls properly. I have attempted to reset the phone and verified its compatibility with CDMA, as used by Verizon. The network mode is set to global. When I log into Straight Talk's website, the phone number I am activating does not appear in their records. I noticed that my contact phone number on the Account Info page differs from the one I am trying to activate; could this be the issue? Could the initial SIM placement error be the cause, or is this due to bad timing for the switch from Bluegrass to Straight Talk Verizon? I am hoping to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I've had service for 2 months, but it's only been operational for 1 week after spending hours trying to resolve issues. I was on the phone with a representative for 4 straight hours to no avail. Additionally, I tried to purchase an iPhone 12 Pro 128GB for $[redacted].99 as advertised on the website, but was told it's actually $[redacted].99. I also have evidence of the advertised price for an iPhone 13 Pro 128GB at $[redacted].99. I kindly request the advertised price for the phone and for my 2 months of service to be renewed, especially since my budget is limited and I rely on the EBB program. I have a Samsung S8 Active phone through Straight Talk. Unfortunately, I dropped it over the weekend, and now it won't turn on. I transferred the SIM card to another compatible phone to recover most of my data. I've heard that companies like AT&T and Verizon can extract all the data from a broken phone by hooking up a cable. I'm wondering if Straight Talk has this capability as well.

I've been having an issue with Straight Talk deducting funds from my bank account through auto-renewal for the past six months, even though my account with them has been closed. Customer service claims it's someone else using the service, but it can't be from Straight Talk because my account is closed. I contacted the bank, and they indicated that the charges were indeed from Straight Talk since it was charged to my debit card. However, they could only reverse charges for a few months. This is frustrating as the charges continued even after I got a new debit card due to other fraud incidents. I'm baffled and simply want Straight Talk to refund the money they've been deducting from my account after it was closed.

I received a Moxee Street Talk Mobile Hotspot that operates on Verizon towers as a birthday gift from my younger sister on November 22nd. I needed a reliable prepaid hotspot using Verizon towers after recently moving. I've been a satisfied Street Talk customer from [redacted] to [redacted]. I recently noticed two unauthorized charges on December 1st and 3rd totaling $65 and $10 on my account. I was approved for the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) free cellphone service through Straight Talk. It mentions that I am waiting on a SIM card, but I already have a current SIM and number from Boost Mobile. Online, it seemed possible to use the same number and current phone on the Straight Talk network. I am looking to expedite the process because my monthly service plan with Boost is ending soon, and I prefer not to spend more money on another month with them when I can switch to the free service plan with Straight Talk. My past experience with Boost was awful, and I used to be a Straight Talk customer in the past, looking forward to returning.

I need to transfer my current Straight Talk service and number to a new Simple Mobile device. I don't have access to my current phone to receive the verification text from Straight Talk because it has stopped working. Live agents are not answering my calls to either customer service line as it's after hours. The website doesn't have a chat option available. I need to activate the new phone now/tomorrow. I can't wait until customer support opens at 8 a.m.

I am encountering an error message stating "This device is in an invalid status and is not eligible for this transaction." I require help resolving this issue. I have verified that the SIM card is undamaged and correctly inserted. I prefer not to transfer my old number and would like to obtain a new number with my new service. I received multiple tracking numbers from the company, along with an order number. They mentioned reimbursing my money and sending a form by email for me to sign and return. They claim the phone was already sent out on the 8th, but I received another tracking number later on. I'm unsure about the status of my reimbursement. I have been a loyal customer of Straight Talk for many years, and recently I discovered an issue with my account. They added another line to my account without my consent and transferred my earned bonus points to this new line. When I contacted customer service to resolve the matter, I requested to speak to a supervisor but was left on hold for over an hour without any assistance. They refused to provide me with corporate contact information, claiming supervisors were unavailable while asking me to wait on the line. I felt disrespected and ignored during the call, and I believe this situation needs to be addressed promptly.

We seem to be getting charged more than expected for our phone service. We only have two phone lines through your company, not four.
