I've purchased and activated Steam Cards. Your system took my money, but is not allowing me to access or change my account or to access the products that I have paid you for. the codes you sent by e-mail do not work. Your system does not allow me to send proof of purchase. This is completely unacceptable. * Some human support would be appreciated. My preference would be to update my account information and access the products that I paid for. But if that is not possible, I'd like a full refund and to close my account. I have proof of puchase and can be contacted by phone (***-***-****) or by e-mail below.
