After reviewing, I see that the $** payment made to $kingdom*** on was authorized on ******** at *:** pm from your bank account ending in ***. It was then voided and declined at ******** at *:**am EST by your bank. Again, we don't receive the reasons for the decline - just the banks request for the funds back. When the funds were requested back from your bank - you didn't have enough in your Cash App balance to cover the $** payment - therefore, we still pulled from your balance - leaving it in the negative. You'll have to contact your bank directly for the reason of the decline and work with them to find a resolution. This is what I was told by their customer support… Doesn’t add up especially when my bank said that it never requested funds back
