Since August [redacted], I have been receiving unusually high phone bills. Despite contacting customer service every month to resolve the issue, my phone gets disconnected regularly. I faced challenges when my bank card was lost, causing automatic payments to fail, resulting in hefty reconnection fees and skyrocketing bills of up to $[redacted] for 3 lines. Even though I have diligently made payments each month for over three years, my bills never seem to decrease, and no one can provide a satisfactory solution or explain the sudden increases. Recently, my bill spiked to $[redacted] for one month, and I am unwilling to pay such a steep amount. I feel misled by a Sprint employee who sold me phones under the guise of a payment plan rather than leasing, leaving me with outdated, faulty devices still in payment. Moreover, I have been unknowingly paying for an unused line and malfunctioning phone, which has significantly impacted my credit. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, I have only felt deceived and financially burdened by the lack of resolution from the customer service team.

My iPhone XR suddenly stopped working at the end of January. I've been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and always paid my bills on time. I've referred many friends as well. With the rollout of 5G, I suspect this may be the cause of my phone troubles. I visited Sprint, T-Mobile, and Apple stores, as well as several cell phone repair shops, and spent over 15 hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue with no success. I haven't been able to access my contacts, emails, apps, or photos for over a month. This has been devastating for my self-employed business, and I urgently need assistance to fix this problem. I think my new Galaxy A52 5G might need to be unlocked. It was bought from an eBay store, which assured me it was unlocked for any T-Mobile network provider, even though it was labeled as a Sprint phone. The phone was factory sealed and came with a Sprint SIM card. I intended to use Tello, which operates on the T-Mobile network, but I encountered issues with voicemail. After researching, it seems I may need to unlock the phone. I read that Sprint customer care could assist with this process. I entered into a contract with Sprint on January 14th to purchase one phone and get a second one free by adding an additional line. I paid $[redacted] in taxes for both phones and received them by mail. Since then, I have been repeatedly charged taxes for both phones and have faced difficulties trying to resolve the overbilling with Sprint. Recently, Sprint informed me that they will not honor the contract, and instead, they want me to return the phones for a refund. This situation leaves me without phones or service, and I will have to wait to see if they actually credit me approximately $[redacted]. The treatment I have received from Sprint since January has been extremely frustrating, especially considering I have been a customer since [redacted].

I am a Sprint customer in Dubai, UAE. My husband handled the account before he passed away in February. My son and I have lines on the account, but I am unable to access the Sprint website from here even with a VPN. My son made a payment at the T-Mobile store in Burley, Idaho, but his service hasn't been restored. He can't access any information since he's not currently on the account. The store advised me to contact customer service to reinstate the account. I need to restore his service and add him to the account for future access. In February, I visited a Sprint store to take advantage of the offer to trade in my old phone for a new Apple 13 for free. After mistakenly paying off the phone with the T-Mobile clerk (which I later learned was not necessary and got refunded), I had to contact Sprint India for assistance when the store employee left for lunch. It was a complicated process involving returning phones to the warehouse and receiving the new ones. Since then, every month I've had to call to adjust my bill to reflect the terms of the deal where the phones were supposed to be free, and I should only be charged for services and usage. Despite multiple calls over the last 6 months, my bill continues to be around $60 after adjustments. The account has been elevated for resolution for half a year now. As a 74-year-old veteran and still working as an HR Director, dealing with this every month is exhausting. I've been a loyal Sprint customer for a decade without any prior issues until now. I sincerely hope for a resolution to ease this ongoing situation and alleviate the stress it causes, especially considering my PTSD.

My Samsung Galaxy J7 Refine is currently limited without 2G and 3G cellular service in the United States. I would like to fully network unlock and unlock its operating system to maximize its use over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth since traditional cellular service is no longer an option. I am seeking any unlocking codes or methods that do not require a PC or remote access in order to resolve this issue. I believe that due to the device being unable to connect to cellular services, I should have the ability to unlock its full potential using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, as I am the rightful owner of the device.

I am disheartened by the disrespectful and unprofessional response I received. Richard informed the authorities about the harassment we have been enduring from a stalker. The authorities confirmed that they have a substantial amount of evidence against the perpetrator. Justice will be served soon, and the stalker will face consequences for their actions. Hello! In [redacted], I purchased an iPhone 6S Plus in Russia. Unfortunately, it is currently blocked by Sprint. The device does not recognize Russian SIM cards and requires activation, which I am unable to do with local operators. Apple support suggested reaching out to the operator for assistance in unlocking the phone. I reside in Kazan, Russia, and possess all the original packaging. I have been a Sprint customer since December of [redacted] and have always paid my bills on time. Unfortunately, my family has been going through a difficult time lately. My husband had surgery, my son was hospitalized due to a medical mix-up, my brother had a serious health scare, and my grandmother passed away. On top of that, my ex-husband has been causing problems for me, and I need my phone in case authorities need to reach me for legal reasons. Despite making recent payments, I fell behind due to a delay in my husband's work check. I can make a payment of $[redacted] on 11/21 and $[redacted] on 11/22, with this month's bill pushed until 11/19. I have been a loyal Sprint customer since the company first started. Recently, a person from the corporate office contacted me, but since then, I have been unable to make or receive calls. I received a text from Sprint stating that there is a malfunction with my and my wife's caller block feature. Despite paying almost *** dollars monthly, the service is unreliable. Every time I inquire about the issues, I am told it's either the towers or the system. I am frustrated with the lack of clear answers. If Sprint no longer values me as a customer, I would appreciate being informed. Please stop affecting the functionality of my devices. I have already contacted the BBB, and they are looking into the matter. I also reached out to Tim Baxter, the CEO of the North East region. If the problems persist, I will consider protesting.
