The issue in GetHuman-joheanbr's own words
On January **, ****, I visited My Sprint Account on their website. Sprint offered an upgrade for my four lines. The eligibility plainly stated that if the old phones turn on, go to the main page and turn off, the phones where eligible for a new Galaxy S** Ultra at $**.** plus $** credit beginning on the * month after the new phones activation. That is on my receipt. Now over a month since a got the phone and out of return policy they sent text message that two of the phones are not valid for the eligibility and raise my Monthly Fee to $** and only gave me $** credit because the screens on the phones were cracked. They never mentioned anything about damage to the old phones on the eligibility offer. This is clearly a bait and switch. I would not have agreed to the offer if this were true. They need to set me up back to the original offer of **.** per month plus the service plan discount on the four lines.
GetHuman-joheanbr did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
