Hello, I purchased 5 tickets for the Philadelphia vs. Mets game, but due to the new Covid-19 regulations requiring vaccination cards for entry after September 13, 2 of the tickets are now unusable. The change came after our purchase, and the individuals affected cannot get vaccinated at this time due to health issues. We are requesting either a refund or compensation for the 2 tickets affected by this new rule. We initially would have only purchased 3 tickets had we known about the requirement, limiting our group to attend the event. Any assistance with this matter would be highly appreciated.

Hello SeatGeek Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding my upcoming event, the Notre Dame vs Wisconsin football game at Soldier Field, just under 48 hours away. I am concerned because I have yet to receive the two tickets I ordered and purchased. The order number is 6P2-466LGD8 for two tickets in Section [redacted], Row 2. Although the SeatGeek app on my phone shows that my order was fulfilled, I have not received any tickets or an email confirmation to my email address, [redacted] It's worth noting that I did order two other tickets that I have already received (Order # 6P2-YRR63EZ for two tickets, Section [redacted], Row 3). I'm worried that there may have been confusion in the system, thinking that I received both sets when, in fact, I have not. I urgently need assistance in accessing my order for the two tickets in Section [redacted], Row 2. It's important to me to ensure that I have all four tickets before the event. I am inquiring about my order number 6P2-46MKYZE. I recently received an email stating: "Due to a security policy at Folsom Field, your ticket needs to be delivered outside the SeatGeek app. The seller has confirmed transferring your ticket. You should soon receive an email including a link to accept your ticket." As I have not received this email yet and the game is less than 24 hours away, I am worried that I may not get the ticket in time for the early event. Do I need a printed copy of the ticket? I have plans to leave at 8:30 AM tomorrow, leaving me very little time. I have been waiting on hold with customer service for an hour without any answers. Please respond promptly so I can attend this football game I have been looking forward to all year.

Last year, I purchased tickets for Chris Stapleton and Hank Williams Jr. at Truist Park in Atlanta for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled due to COVID, and instead of a refund, I received a line of credit valid for 12 months, which I found challenging to use due to the global pandemic restrictions. As a 64-year-old, attending concerts during this health crisis was not safe for me. Now that concerts are resuming, I am unable to utilize my credits. I am disappointed in the company's handling of the situation and feel they profited unfairly from the pandemic. I hope to explore options to convert my credit back to a refund to address this issue with SeatGeek.

Upon receiving an email from AXS that the tickets were ready, I logged into the page only to find no official barcode displayed for the tickets. I have not received my tickets for the Georgia/Auburn game today. I have checked my email, including spam and trash folders, and have not found them. I am currently en route to the game without tickets. I have been on hold for over two hours. I purchased these tickets to take my Dad to the game, and this situation is upsetting and unacceptable. I purchased Elton John tickets in fall [redacted] before Covid. The concert got rescheduled due to the pandemic, but the tickets were accessible in my account for the new date. Dear Get Human, I have a pressing issue with SeatGeek. With less than 24 hours before the event, I've yet to receive any tickets from them. Despite confirming the bank transaction and checking the SeatGeek app, we haven't received any e-tickets from the supposed vendor. Our attempts to reach out resulted in long wait times of over an hour, adding to our frustration. We are eager to attend the Steve Martin & Martin Short event at Grand Ole Opry tomorrow and are worried about not having our tickets in hand. We travelled [redacted] miles for this special occasion to celebrate our 38th anniversary. Despite being promised a callback from a representative, we are still ticketless. I had purchased 2 tickets for the 10/26/21 rescheduled Doobie Brothers concert at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN. The tickets were supposed to be emailed to me, but I never received them despite checking all folders. I tried to access them through the app without success. Four hours before the concert, I had to buy two more tickets at the arena as the originals never arrived. It was frustrating dealing with Seatgeek's customer service, which led to a wasted day of chasing down the tickets. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted].70 or at least a credit for the same amount. I strongly prefer a refund and have no desire to do business with Seatgeek in the future.

I bought 2 tickets for the Seinfeld Show in March [redacted], which got postponed due to COVID-19. The rescheduled date we were given is Friday, November 18th, but as Sabbath observers, we can't attend on Friday. We asked for tickets to the show on Saturday, November 19th, after sundown, but we haven't received a response. I bought four tickets for the 'Lit AF Martin Lawrence' tour at the Barclays Center yesterday. Unfortunately, two of the tickets went unused because the ticket holders weren't vaccinated. The host said they needed to be vaccinated or provide a negative COVID test, but the Barclays website mentioned the negative test option for those not fully vaccinated. I'm seeking a refund or credit for the unused tickets.

My name is Jeff Smith, and I am 58 years old with one son. We both share a passion for the Miami Dolphins. For a special occasion, my son surprised me with a trip to Miami, including tickets for the game against the Falcons on 10/24/[redacted], which he bought from your site for over $[redacted]. Excited for this unforgettable experience, we encountered a major issue when the tickets didn't arrive as the game day approached, causing substantial distress. Despite attempts to contact your support, we didn't receive assistance until just four hours before the game, advising us to find tickets elsewhere. Thankfully, StubHub saved the day. Now, nearly 10 days after our disappointing trip, my son is struggling to obtain a refund from your company. While mistakes happen, the difficulty in securing a refund and the lack of compensation for our trouble is unacceptable. If this matter isn't promptly resolved with a refund and additional compensation, I will not hesitate to share our ordeal on social media. I need assistance with my SeatGeek account. I recently installed the SeatGeek app on my phone to purchase New Orleans Saints tickets. While I can view one ticket in the app, the second ticket is only accessible via a link sent to my Gmail account. I suspect I may have two SeatGeek accounts, one linked to my AOL email and the other to my Gmail. Furthermore, I bought three tickets in July for the American Utopia show on December 4th at 5 pm at the St. James Theater in New York City using my AOL email. These tickets are not visible on the app as well. I am struggling to reset my password. Your help resolving these issues would be appreciated.

My friend purchased two tickets for a Broadway play in December, but we're unable to access the SeatGeek app as their iPad is outdated. We are concerned about waiting until the last 24 hours before getting notified by SeatGeek for the tickets. If we don't receive the notification, we're told to access the app, which we prefer to avoid. Is there another way to receive the tickets via email instead of the app? This process seems overly complicated, and we are hoping for a simpler solution.

I bought tickets to see Harry Styles at the forum nearly 2 years ago before Covid affected the event dates. After a second postponement, I requested a refund. Despite not agreeing to any contingency terms involving medical procedures, I've been trying to get my money back. My daughter and I are well and do not wish to undergo any unnecessary health checks. I purchased tickets for an event a while back, only to discover that proof of vaccination was required for entry. I returned the tickets and received a refund in the form of a promo code. I recently used the promo code towards another concert that only requires a negative test, spending a little over $[redacted]. The original promo code amount was around $[redacted]. However, after using $[redacted], the remaining balance is not showing up in my account. It seems as though the promo code has disappeared, despite knowing there should be a substantial amount left. I am frustrated by this situation as I initially couldn't get a cash refund, and now a significant portion of the promo code funds is missing. I am disappointed with how this matter has been handled.
