I am unsure about the whereabouts of my tickets for Friday's Islanders vs. Penguins game 2 at the Nassau Coliseum. I cannot seem to locate them. Additionally, I am interested in exploring the option of selling these tickets as we are unable to attend since the game was rescheduled to a Friday. Kindly assist me in receiving the tickets and providing guidance on the resale process. I can be reached at [redacted]; however, my son Jonathan, whose email is [redacted], will be managing this matter. Thank you for your help.

I attempted to buy tickets for the Saints vs. Seahawks game, but encountered an issue with my address. After retrying, I have two charges of $[redacted].50 on my card for the same tickets. Despite calling my credit card company, these charges went through. We also tried to purchase tickets for the Seahawks at Cardinals game, but are facing address acceptance issues preventing the purchase. My husband, D., made the purchases but due to his busy work schedule, he requested me to resolve this. Please contact me to address this promptly.

I received an email from Seatgeek today stating that I hadn't responded to previous emails regarding my ticket update for The [redacted]. The email mentioned that due to an issue with the seller, my ticket might be canceled. However, I never received any prior emails regarding this matter, so I couldn't have responded. When I reached out to Seatgeek, they informed me that I couldn't be provided a replacement GA ticket as they had exceeded the replacement value. I couldn't find any information on their website about this limit. I am disappointed as I have already invested a lot in the original ticket, as well as accommodations and travel. This situation has also affected another person who was supposed to join me. I believe I should be entitled to a replacement GA ticket, especially considering the proximity of the concert and the total investment I've made.

Hello, I placed an order for Diana Ross tickets last night, 4/21/19, with order number 6P2-JMP4G6Q. After realizing the seats were not as close as they appeared, I attempted to sell the tickets but couldn't. I reached out to live chat and was informed that the tickets will only be available on 6/17/19, four days before the event on 6/22/19 at Foxwoods in Connecticut. I believe this policy is unfair as it does not allow me to resell the tickets promptly. I am kindly requesting a full refund of $[redacted].70 to my credit card due to this misrepresented selling policy. While I understand your return policy, I am specifically concerned about the selling process, which was not clearly communicated. Please contact me via email or phone at 1-[redacted]. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

Hello SeatGeek, I am Esther. I purchased four tickets for Row N, seats 8, 9, 10, and 11, intending to buy five but missed it was only four. I don't want one person in my group to sit alone, and this is for my sister's early birthday. Being all women, safety is vital, and we prefer to sit together. I noticed Row L tickets at $75, and I bought Row N at $68. I'm willing to pay the difference for us to be close. Kindly exchange the tickets; I request a one-time courtesy. Feel free to find similar seats within that price range. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you.

I purchased two tickets for Nitro Circus, but had an emergency and cannot attend. I bought the tickets on Thursday, May 30th for the show on Friday, May 31st via iPhone. I need a refund but was told by SeatGeek customer service that I cannot get one. This is concerning, especially given my current financial situation. I paid $[redacted].28 for the tickets. I am reaching out to see if there are any options available for a refund. Thank you. -A.N. Order number: 6P2-Z2Q9EMY, Section D Row L. Phone: [redacted], Email: [redacted]

Yesterday, I bought 3 tickets for the Cubs vs. Sox baseball game through SeatGeek. The authorized seller asked me to pick them up at a nearby bar close to the stadium on the day of the game, which was a bit strange. Despite this, my two companions and I picked up the tickets and entered the stadium without any issues. However, during the 2nd inning of the game, another group of people claimed to have the same seats as us. Upon comparing our tickets, we realized they were identical. Their tickets were bought from MLB.com, making theirs more "official," so unfortunately, we had to leave the stadium. I am extremely embarrassed by this situation and now I am seeking a full refund of the $[redacted] I spent on the tickets as soon as possible.

I bought Shawn Mendes concert tickets in May, but I have yet to receive them. When I reached out to Seat Geek, they informed me that the seller mentioned the tickets were held back by the Sprint Center in Kansas City. After contacting the venue, they stated the tickets have been available for a while. However, when I attempted to follow up with Seat Geek, their contact number disappeared from my phone, and I haven't been able to locate it online since. This happened a couple of weeks ago, and the concert is nearing on July 19th. The stress of possibly not having the tickets is getting to me. The order number is #6P2-9KK24ZJ, and the Seat Geek App confirms the order, stating the tickets will come through a third-party app. I am eager to find out when I can expect these tickets. Thank you.

Hello, I am Matthew Fauntleroy, the owner of Mega-Matt Studios, a small YouTube channel. Our team is a group of friends aimed at creating content and filming for a global audience. We have noticed your support for content creators in the past, helping them buy items like cars and other costly things. We are currently planning a significant trip to New York to create a fun movie before the end of summer. Our objective is to maximize our experiences during this trip and we are reaching out to see if you could support our mission for this movie. While we understand that being smaller YouTube channels may limit our options, we hope that with your help, we can surprise our friends with the trip of a lifetime, providing full credit to SeatGeek. We are aware that as emerging creators, the chances of securing a partnership might be slim, but we believe that our content and film could attract more attention to your platform and help us grow. Thank you for your time. For further contact, you can reach me at [redacted] Best regards, Matthew Fauntleroy.

Yesterday, July 11th, I went to the Dan + Shay and Florida Georgia Line concert at the PNC Banks Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ. I had been looking forward to this concert for weeks. Unfortunately, when we arrived, it started thunderstorming, and the staff advised us to leave the venue and go back to our cars. As we were heading back to the bus we had rented for the concert, we asked several workers if the show was going to be canceled. They repeatedly said it would be canceled and asked us to leave. We waited in our bus for a few minutes just in case but eventually left. About an hour later, my friends received an email from PNC informing them that the show would resume at 10pm. Regrettably, I did not get this email, and I am heartbroken that I missed seeing my favorite band after spending $[redacted] on a ticket for just one opening song before getting kicked out.

Hello, I'm Richard B. I purchased two tickets from SeatGeek for the Mary J. Blige and Nas concert in Syracuse, New York on August 30, [redacted]. However, even though the concert is in one week, I have not received any confirmation or ticket information. I paid almost $[redacted] and want to attend the show without losing my money. I've already reached out to my credit union and have proof of payment, but I still need help getting my tickets. This is my first time buying tickets online, and I'd appreciate assistance from a live representative. Thank you in advance.

I am experiencing issues with SeatGeek. I purchased tickets for the Carrie Underwood show in Salt Lake City this Saturday night but have not received them. Despite multiple attempts since May to contact SeatGeek and promises from a representative named Rain that the tickets would be delivered, I am still without them as of the expected date. I reached out multiple times last Friday, but no one could assist with the issue. I urgently need the tickets to reserve a hotel in Salt Lake City. Please send the tickets to my email promptly. If not resolved, I will seek a refund and compensation for the non-refundable hotel reservation. The customer service I have received has been subpar, and the pricing strategy appears misleading. My experience with SeatGeek has been highly disappointing, and I hope for a swift resolution.

My friend Ken Bates kindly sent me two tickets to tonight's Lou FC game at 7 pm in Louisville. Upon accepting the tickets, I followed the steps to access them through the app. However, all I can see is an image of the Lou FC players, along with the time and weather forecast. Despite clicking through as advised to find the tickets, they are not showing up. My friend and I have attempted to access the tickets on different phones at various times during the day, but unfortunately, we are encountering the same issue. As the game is fast approaching and we are eager to attend, we are sincerely hoping for a swift resolution to this matter. The tickets were sent to [redacted], though my initial account was set up under [redacted] before I made the necessary adjustment to prevent any issues. Your assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated!

Hi SeatGeek Team, I am reaching out in the hopes that you might be able to assist me. I am Hannah West, a 17-year-old from Apollo Bay, Australia, along the Great Ocean Road. I have a strong interest in film making, photography, and creative pursuits. Unfortunately, earlier this year, I experienced a traumatic event that has affected me deeply. As a result, I had to leave my job and have been facing financial difficulties ever since. Despite these challenges, I am determined to share my story creatively and help others in similar situations. I have collaborated with environmental organizations and bands in the past, and my goal is to start a YouTube channel to support others through creative content. I would be honored to work with SeatGeek, promoting your brand through my videos. I am located near popular tourist spots like the Twelve Apostles and split my time between Apollo Bay and Melbourne. It may be a long shot, but it would mean a lot to me. Thank you for your consideration, Hannah West Contact: Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Instagram: hannnah_west

Hello, Iā€™m Angelina Lim, a 13-year-old from Leander, TX. My family owns a donut shop called Donuts 4U in Austin. We work tirelessly to make and sell donuts every day. Recently, my mother and brother's car broke down, making it challenging for them to commute. We cannot afford a Tesla despite our desire for one. My father works three jobs to support us. While I understand the financial constraints, I am kindly asking if there is a possibility of receiving a Tesla like David Dobrik. Although I know this is unlikely, it would greatly benefit us in transporting goods for the shop, as we have no employees besides family managing and working there. Your support would mean the world to us during these tough times.

I purchased two tickets for the Lions game on December 27. I now need to send those tickets to another person, and I can't figure out how to do it. I've been trying to work on it for three days. Can you help me before I lose my mind? The email I'm trying to send it to is [email redacted]. Please make this easy for me by sending these two pricey tickets to my son or help me understand how to do it myself. Any help will be appreciated. Donna S. šŸ™

I bought two tickets on Saturday, October 5th, for the Carrie Underwood concert at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia. The tickets were supposed to include access to a Luxury Suite with a buffet, drinks, including alcohol, and a server. However, upon arrival, there was no buffet, no drinks, and no server in our suite. It was disappointing because I would have opted for club box seats with a cash bar instead. Not having the promised food and drinks and having to leave the suite to get drinks at the bar was not what I expected. The tickets were misleadingly advertised, and I am a dissatisfied customer of SeatGeek. Best, Christine L.

I am attempting to purchase tickets for a handicapped individual. I have a gentleman who wishes to attend a concert but requires a nurse or skilled provider to accompany him for medical reasons. The nurse is necessary for seizure precautions, emergency medication administration, and maintaining a medical implant. The gentleman has orders that specify the need for nursing or attendant services continuously. I am inquiring if the nurse can enter the event without purchasing a ticket since her presence is essential due to his medical condition. I believe denying accommodations related to a disability is not permissible. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone at SeatGeek to clarify this matter, causing difficulty in determining the appropriate number of tickets needed.

I was considering purchasing tickets for the twenty one pilots concert. I filled in all my details and was hoping to confirm if multiple payment methods were accepted. Unfortunately, while I was inquiring about this, I accidentally placed the order. I prefer to pay in installments over several months and would like to know if a refund is possible since I didn't intend to purchase the tickets just yet.
