According to Sprint they said that the issues I'm (along with anybody else that purchased one from Sprint) having with my new S*** is not gonna get fixed til Samsung fixes*updates some sort of code. I've had this brand new S*** that I have not been able to get the right connections

Considering I paid almost $**** for a product that isn't working I need either Samsung to get me a new phone that works with my carrier or refund my money to my cell phone carrier so I can get an iPhone or any other phone that will work ... I have been a long time customer with Sprint and Samsung phones but recently have been very disappointed with my new Galaxy s** plus that I purchased over a month ago. My new phone has been in and out of connectivity and is always on roaming. I've taken phone back several times to the sprint store I had purchased it from and they said there was nothing they could do for me because it was an issue with the Samsung product and not actual carrier service. Please get back to me asap on regarding how I can get a phone that works.**Somalila Sok
