Get samsung to fix my problem ... I have a samsung galaxy s* i bought it * mos ago, the issue is i cannot send texts, i can receive texts , i can get online,everything but send texts. Also my caller id doesnt work while im on the phone, my call waiting works but not the caller id while im on the phone whn it.beeps for a call it wont show the number, nor will it show that there was a missed call, but it works whn im.not on a call. First i thought the problem was straight talk, they tried to fix the problem for * mos, i factory reset my phone * times. Finally they told me that the problem was that verizon had not fully unlocked the phone an i would have to call verizon, which i did, Verizon told me the phone was completely unlocked an that wasnt the problem. I asked them to switch my service to Verizon, they did well the exact same problem happened even when i switched to verizon, they ran all kinds of tests, did in depth researching an determined that there is an actual glitch in the phone! Which now makes it Samsungs problem, i bought an paid for this phone, i need a new phone an samsung needs to be the ones to replace my phone with one that does work.
Everyone just either passes me off to someone else or simply dont return.my phone calls
Replacing my defective brand phone with a brand new phone that does work
I have had samsung phones since hetting my first cell phone several yrs ago i will only use samsung phones
I have done all steps to get it made right, i have factory reset my nrand new phone * times, i have switched carriers, now i need a new phone since verizon determined that there is an actual glitch in the phone
