I have a Samsung galaxy s* there is a lock feature on the phone Samsung said that they could only unlock it so I sent it back this happened November ** they then said it was my mother board that was bad and wanted me to pay almost *** hundred dollars I said no that my phone never had issues with mother board and I just wanted it unlocked they sent phone back still not fixed! Again called Samsung they started that I needed to send phone back again and they ensured me they fix the problem and my phone would come back fix, well after a month and a half dealing with Samsung they still send my phone back not fixed! I have been without my phone now for over a month and paying on a phone I can't even use do to Samsung and there service department, I then called back after receiving my phone still not fixed talked to a supervisor named Jonathan who was completely rude and nasty and tried to tell me that they need me to send my phone back again i then stated no, that samsung had my phone for a month and still hadn't fixed it, he then proceeded to tell me I had no other option and that is what I had to do! I stated I wanted to talk to a higher position supervisor, he put me on hold for ** mintues came back online and tried to pretend he was a higher supervisor which he through his self under bus when he gave me his name again this is unacceptable customer service that Samsung has provided me! I did everything Samsung had asked and you still haven't resolved my problem! I'm disappointed in your customer service, your product and they way your customer service representative has handled my problem! So now I have a phone that can't be used cause your department can't seem to fix the issue. I would like someone to contact me back and I will be getting hold of the better business bureau to fill a complaint against Samsung I also have all invoices, tracking numbers and pictures of phone and paper work Samsung had requested before they would fix my phone. This is unacceptable and I want Samsung to make this right!
