I have a Samsung **-inch curved TV un **** series a Samsung radiant speaker and a Samsung curved soundbar HW Etc my issue is that I have to call to speak with a supervisor to sink my radiant and my curved Soundbar so that there isn't any lag last year it took me two and a half hours for a representative to remote access my TV to be able to do so I'm not sure how long it takes for them to fall out of sync but it happened again the multi-room Samsung app is pointless in regards to solving this issue recently I am spent a total of three and a half almost * hours on the phone speaking with a supervisor in the technical department to try and resolve my issue which I was unsuccessful all I buy is Samsung products I was considering buying the Samsung artpc pulse to connect to my TV also buying another Samsung radiant speaker to complete my home theater *audio and video recording studio but after having this issue I have reconsidered and I don't think I'm going to buy any more of these products this is my second attempt in trying to contact corporate in regards to my issue I first sent a email no response at this time I have spent almost $*, *** on Samsung products the only way that I would purchase the Samsung artpc pulse and an additional Samsung radiant speaker is if this issue was solved and I received a discount for the two additional products that I planned on buying for me to have to spend this amount of money and still be on satisfied is unlike Samsung the number you can reach me at is ***-***-**** if this issue can't be resolved I will no longer purchase any Samsung products and I have no choice but to tell family and friends about this issue because I am very unsatisfied and believe is your responsibility to satisfy me as a customer because I spent so much money with you guys thank you and have a good day.
