I have purchased * ice makers from sams club, the first one I had an extended warranty on. But when I took it back to the store, they had to order me a replacement online and ship it to my house. I refused to pay another warranty premium for an item I had only had for less than a year. The item is supposed to have a manufacturer"s warranty for one year. However, I cannot find the receipt for the second ice maker. After talking to the manufacturer, they said Sam's club should be able to give a copy of my original receipt via my account. However, we switched the account from one business to another, and the information is not the same. I cannot remember the email account I had for the account. Can you help me get this resolved?
