Phone doesn't work. I had to borrow a phone to get in touch with you. Has been giving me a problems for a long time now. *Can't connect to the internet with it. Will not say charged long enough to make a call with it. Sometimes even though it is fully charged, it will not turn on. *Would like to have this phone replaced with a new one. *I'm disabled and I need a phone in case of any emergencies.
