I recently ordered two Chevy pickup truck handles, but I believe there might have been a mix-up with the part numbers. I provided all my information during the ordering process and created an account with a password. I received an invoice notification, but I can't locate it on my phone. When I try to sign in to my account, it keeps asking for a passcode. I am confused about a charge related to a Kirk subscription of $25 a month, which I did not authorize. I was surprised to see an additional $5 charge from the customer service representative even though I declined it. If I am required to pay to track my order, this experience might lead me to avoid purchasing from Rock Auto in the future. I want to clarify the correct part I ordered as I may have made an error. I hope to resolve this issue without any additional charges and just want to locate my invoice without needing a number.

I am contacting regarding my order#[redacted]72, sent to [redacted] Hennings Dr Macomb Mi 48[redacted]. Upon receiving my wheel bearing & hub, I noticed the original box marked #H513236HW. The box appeared damaged and resealed multiple times with a significant amount of tape. The bearing received, labeled #MB[redacted]0GEN 3, should have had 6 studs, but it only had 5 studs. I began filling out the return form but encountered an issue with printing. I tried to retrieve another form but the computer wasn't recognizing it. I have placed a new order hoping it will be correct this time. I am in need of assistance in obtaining a return form. Thank you.

Order number #[redacted]69: I have encountered an issue with my FEDEX delivery. The front and rear brake kit I ordered for my Genesis seems to have gone missing. The package I received only contained one brake rotor in a taped box, significantly lighter than the 92lbs stated on the invoice. After contacting FEDEX to file a claim, I was informed that Rock Auto needs to be the one to initiate the process. However, I am unable to reach Rock Auto for assistance. Despite being a loyal customer for a decade, the lack of communication and support in this situation has been extremely frustrating. I have followed the instructions on their website but have yet to receive any response. My attempts to contact their corporate office have been unsuccessful as well, leaving me feeling out of options and out $[redacted].

I ordered $[redacted] CAD and was scammed for my mother's gift. I was informed by DHL that my rotors were lost during shipping. As a disabled person, this gift meant a lot for my 78-year-old mother on Mother's Day. I feel the need to speak up and investigate this matter further, as it seems suspicious for a bonded mail carrier. I suggest using Gateway to help locate the missing parts. It's disappointing to have to buy the gift again due to DHL's mistake. I will not be using or recommending DHL in the future.

I bought a brand new REMY GOLD alternator, part number [redacted], from rockauto.com on 5/22/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the alternator stopped working on 5/14/[redacted]. At the time of purchase, it had a limited lifetime warranty, which influenced my decision. However, when I checked my original order on rockauto.com to claim the warranty, it indicates that the part no longer has a valid warranty.

I recently received an email notification from Rockauto about the part I needed being in stock. After adding the item to my cart, I proceeded to fill out the shipping details and entered my credit card information to complete the purchase. However, I have yet to receive a confirmation for my order, and the item still appears in my cart. The item I purchased is a [redacted] Thunderbird front left window regulator and motor assembly with part number [redacted], sourced from the ACE company.

I received an email notification from Rockauto stating that they received the part I ordered for my car. Subsequently, I noticed the item in my cart and went ahead to finalize the purchase by providing all the required details, such as the shipping address, method, and entering my credit card information. I successfully placed the order for an ACI #[redacted] front left window regulator and motor assembly for a [redacted] Ford Thunderbird. Unfortunately, I did not receive any confirmation email or further communication regarding the acceptance of my order.

I recently purchased a part for my [redacted] Chevy [redacted] fuel pump through Rock Auto, order # [redacted]30. However, I am unable to find the order or reference online. I followed the website's recommendation for part # [redacted]AB, which led to my vehicle stalling after installation and requiring towing to a Chevy dealer. The dealer indicated that the part was incorrect based on different fuel pump assemblies for various truck models and provided the correct Mopar part # [redacted]1AA. I am requesting an RA# to return the incorrect part for a full refund due to the $3,[redacted] expenses incurred. I can provide further documentation if needed.

In March 20, [redacted], I ordered a set of shocks for my daughter's car with order number [redacted]27. However, I realized later that I had already ordered shocks for it a few weeks before, making this order unnecessary. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency shortly after receiving the order, requiring surgery, which made me unavailable to address the return for two months. When I recently attempted to return the shocks for a refund, I discovered that I had exceeded the return policy deadline by a couple of days. I am experiencing issues with the timing chain kit I bought on September 21, [redacted], with order number [redacted][redacted]6. I have replaced all 4 VVT solenoids, but now the VVT sprockets and secondary tensioners are not working properly after driving less than [redacted] miles since the replacement. I am not pleased with having to purchase new parts again and incur shipping costs. I have invested a significant amount of money with your company and hope to resolve this promptly. The time and effort needed to replace these parts are substantial. I am requesting a new timing set to be sent to me, and I will return the original parts once the truck is reassembled.

I recently purchased and installed new brake pads and rotors on my vehicle. Since the installation, I've been experiencing continuous squealing from the brakes and a wobbling/shaking sensation in the steering wheel when I apply the brakes. The sound of the pads rubbing against the rotors is persistent while driving. I brought my car to the auto mechanic shop this morning for a diagnosis. The mechanic informed me that at least one of the rotors is warped, possibly due to mishandling during shipping. They confirmed that all related suspension components are in good condition, ruling out any issues with brake pad clips or rotor shields. The problem appears to be with the parts themselves. The mechanic praised my installation skills and even jokingly offered me a job.

I had a problem with my recent order. I bought a starter for my [redacted] Dakota 6-cylinder, but the one I received was for a v8 and much larger, causing a lot of hassle and extra expenses for additional parts and tools. This made a usually one-hour job take over 7 hours. The order number is [redacted]00. The second issue was with part number [redacted]L, order number [redacted]39, for a strut and spring combo. Although it looked similar to the one I needed for my CRV, it was not the right fit, and I had to purchase a replacement from a local store for $[redacted].99. These problems have been inconvenient, causing me to lose time and extra money. I need to return the CRV part and the incorrect starter. I have been a long-time customer but these consecutive issues need to be resolved for me to continue my business with you. I am having trouble selecting the right wheel bearing/hub steering knuckle assembly for my [redacted] Toyota Corolla (VIN: 1NXBR12E[redacted]2, MODEL: ZZE11OL-DEPDKA) on the website. Recently, my car started making noise, so I went to Tire Kingdom, where they said the shocks were worn out. I had to replace them both for $[redacted]. Order Number [redacted]73: I paid $32.99 for FedEx Next Business Day Express delivery, expecting it on June 1st. However, my package did not arrive, and the tracking status claims a delivery attempt was made at 08:14 PM on the same day. Surprisingly, I have surveillance cameras at home that show FedEx didn't come at that time. The tracking location mentioned is Elmsford, NY, although I live in Greenwich CT. Furthermore, no signature was necessary for the delivery, indicating the driver chose not to deliver the package. Kindly process a refund for the shipping charges.

I have bought three fuel pumps recently. I received an Ultra Power fuel pump in one box and a plain wrapper box with the Motorcraft pump inside. The Motorcraft pump is working well! Rock Auto wants the defective pump returned in its original packaging. The issue I face is that the Ultra-Power box differs from the actual defective pump I need to return. Is the picture on the box just generic? The pump looks similar to one I bought for a GMC Sonoma previously, but I am unsure if that was also an "Ultra-Power" part. I only have these two boxes and I need assistance from a representative to ensure I can return the part correctly before the return deadline. Thank you.

I purchased a wheel hub and bearing for my [redacted] Nissan Pathfinder SE, intended for the left front wheel. However, the part number [redacted] displayed on your website and marked on the item did not fit my SUV. I am sending the item back for a refund, and a return label has been generated. I believe I should not have to cover the return shipping cost since the part was inaccurately listed in your catalog. The mechanic at Mavis confirmed that the part was actually for a rear wheel. I placed an order for steering parts on June 6, [redacted], through Rock Auto. Although the payment processed successfully, I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. When I tried to reorder the part the next day, it indicated that my order had already been shipped. However, upon checking the shipping details, I only saw my last order from a few years ago. After contacting my bank, I confirmed that the money was deducted for the order placed on the 6th, but I can't locate an order number. Despite the initial estimate stating I should receive the parts by June 15, [redacted], it appears that there is no record of my current order. I'm concerned about losing the $[redacted] spent as there is no indication of my recent purchase.

The cylinder head gasket from the last delivery doesn't fit. It should be [redacted].5 mm for a 6.1L Hemi model from [redacted] but is only 99.5 mm for a 5.7L Hemi! After installation, I noticed that the gasket included in the set is incorrect. The pistons are hitting the gasket! I kindly request you to check if you have the correct gaskets and send them to me. I can also send you pictures of the engine and the gaskets. I have purchased parts for over [redacted] Euros and now I can't finish the job for the customer! This is unacceptable. Please urgently investigate and provide a solution. Only the correct gaskets with a bore size of [redacted].5 mm. Thank you.
