Hello Roblox team, I recently purchased the "Purple Bat Wings" today and encountered an issue upon equipping them. A message appeared stating that the item is no longer available, despite being able to purchase it initially. I used $5 for [redacted] Robux to buy these wings. This same problem occurred with the "Black Techwear Waist Strap (3.0)" which cost 50 Robux. After buying it some time ago, I now receive the same message about it not being available. Both items are from the UGC collection. I am inquiring about the possibility of receiving a refund for these items. Last night while playing deathrun with a friend, I encountered a player who started insulting me because I took longer to kill the murderer. The situation escalated when the player started spreading rumors about me cheating and then falsely claimed that his mother had passed away, using it as a form of blackmail. He threatened to hack my Roblox account, which has now been disabled. I am unable to access any games, and it seems like my account was compromised. I am seeking assistance to restore my account to its previous state before this unfair and selfish player interfered with it.

My account was banned due to a refund from my friend's cousin, let's call him Malboy. In July of this year, Malboy acquired a Google Play account and offered to purchase Robux for us. When I inquired about how he obtained the account, he initially mentioned creating one overseas or in the USA. Upon asking again the following month, he claimed he received it from a friend. Despite my curiosity, I didn't press further. Another month went by, resulting in all of us being banned. Malboy later confessed that he had stolen the account. I suspect the original owner reclaimed the Google account along with the Play Points. I seek assistance as Roblox's responses feel repetitive and automated like they are from bots.

On the Roblox website, it is stated that there are display errors regarding the purchase amount. For example, if it shows 99.99€, it actually amounts to 0.99€. Based on this information, my son made several purchases via PayPal with my permission, as I believed the information on your website was accurate. Now, I am shocked that you have debited 99.99€ multiple times from my bank account. Can you please quickly clarify this for me? In short, I was falsely accused of hacking on a Discord server by two moderators. Despite my efforts to prove my identity through screen sharing and other secure means, they accused me of being an impostor and demanded account information I refused to provide. I am enrolled in the 2SV Beta program, making it even more challenging to breach my account. Distressed by the accusation and fearing potential damage to my reputation as a developer, I reluctantly complied with their demands. Unfortunately, I was cookie-logged, resulting in the loss of my limited resources and all the Robux I had intended for DevEx.

My friend has been banned from Roblox for 7 days. I believe this ban is unjust. He explained to me that he had an argument with a player named CheemsRobloxBacon, who exhibited toxic behavior. My friend, unfortunately, responded with toxic behavior as well in the heat of the moment. He later realized his mistake but it was too late. I'm reaching out to request a second chance for him. Despite his actions being a result of anger, he did not do anything inherently wrong. CheemsRobloxBacon was the instigator, discriminating against my friend for his appearance and provoking him. I kindly ask Roblox to reconsider and provide my friend with the justice he deserves as he is a devoted player.

I recently discovered that my Roblox account was unfairly terminated on 8/13/[redacted]. I always prioritize the security of my account by regularly clearing my cookies, utilizing two-step verification, and primarily communicating on Discord instead of Roblox. However, on the morning of 8/13/[redacted], I noticed unusual activity on my account, such as unknown individuals removing my friends and engaging in suspicious chats. To my dismay, my account was unexpectedly terminated for allegedly being involved in scams, despite my consistent adherence to the terms of service and my commitment to never engage in any fraudulent activities on Roblox. I promptly appealed the decision through the www.roblox.com/support portal, only to receive a response affirming the correctness of the termination, which greatly concerns me. My friends can attest to my integrity and confirm that I have never participated in any deceitful practices on Roblox. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly as my account, under the username Army0perator, was unjustly terminated.

My daughter's Apple tablet, linked to her valuable information and Roblox account, was stolen recently. Unauthorized usage and billing occurred on her tablet, leading to disputed charges. Despite deleting her account in the process, she still has access to her Robux account. I'm frustrated with the Roblox community. After creating a new main account 3 days ago, I was unexpectedly banned for 7 days. The ban was unjust, as it stemmed from a harmless comment I made about a headband, expressing my concern about potential judgment. I am deeply disappointed by this unfair treatment and demand that my account be reinstated immediately. The arbitrary ban for a minor comment is completely unwarranted, and I urge Roblox to rectify this situation promptly.

I recently shared my password with a friend and in return, he changed some of my account information without my knowledge. Despite promising to give back access, he altered my birthdate to March 1, [redacted], when my actual birthdate is July 5, [redacted]. He claimed to have logged out when returning the account but didn't do so. Later, he changed the permissions on the account, including the password, and then claimed he couldn't recall the new password he set. He also removed my phone number and email address, replacing them with his own. Desperate to regain control, I reached out, but he delayed before admitting he couldn't remember the password. This whole situation has left me frustrated and disappointed in him. My Roblox account username is llyricxx with two lowercase L's. I'm seeking assistance from Roblox to rectify this issue promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out because like many others, I have also fallen victim to hacking. Through my research, I discovered that the method used involves fake links on YouTube redirecting users to a fraudulent website resembling Roblox. When prompted to sign in, unsuspecting users like myself inadvertently give away their login credentials, enabling hackers to access their accounts. I have identified two YouTubers implicated in this scam, one of whom I suspect is the perpetrator who hacked my account. I am eager to help combat this issue by sharing the deceptive YouTube link for banning purposes if needed. I seek guidance on how these hackers operate and a solution to prevent further security breaches. However, my attempts to contact Adopt Me support have been thwarted due to ongoing hack investigations. Could you kindly provide me with an alternative email address to reach out to Adopt Me? My husband bought a $25 Roblox card for our daughter from CVS. When we tried to redeem the code on the back, it didn't work and said it was invalid. The CVS store said they activated it, but it didn't load on my daughter's account. They told us to contact Roblox for a refund. I have the card and the receipt from 9/19/[redacted]. Hello Support, I am reaching out regarding my 12-year-old son's account named loudestaussie. While he was playing on the platform, his account was unexpectedly deleted due to a breach of terms. I recently experienced a ban in Roblox that I believe was unjustified. While playing a game, another player was being discriminatory and using hurtful language, specifically targeting individuals based on their sexual orientation. In response, I questioned the correlation between being gay and watching anime. As a transgender and pansexual individual who is actively involved in the LGBTQ+ community, I am not homophobic in any way. However, upon returning to the game after a brief absence, I discovered that I had been banned for a week. I suspect that I was reported by the player I questioned. I am perplexed as to why I received this ban as I was simply seeking clarification on their offensive remarks. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and resolved promptly. One day, while playing with my friends and chatting on Discord, a friend offered help with my WWE intro on Roblox. I shared my information with her, and after she finished, I discovered I was logged out and suspected hacking. Despite her denial, I questioned whether sharing my details led to this issue. After persistent requests, another friend convinced her to return my account but found she changed the email and password recovery information. With a provided code, I changed the password, only to be logged out again days later. It seems she has a way to regain access even after password changes. I'm anxious to recover my account, having invested a lot in it. This is the third time she has done this. My Roblox account is zarizari88, and hers are adidas_xxcoolrich and LaylaAngel5godess (although she took the Layla account). Her main account is adidas_xxcoolrich.
