I am experiencing difficulties with my RE/MAX owner/broker and requested mediation through your legal department. I reached out to your complaint line and was informed via voicemail that I would receive a response within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I have not received a callback yet. It has been over 45 days since I requested to be released from my contract. This is the second RE/MAX agent in the past two years who has displayed questionable professionalism in real estate dealings. I urgently need a call back regarding this matter.
