I stayed at a quality inn on **** for one night in Chandler, AZ. I have never had a worse experience than I had at this hotel. Every employee was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other guest's. The pool was ice cold, not heated like the website stated. At one point upon returning to our room, we walked through the lobby and the employee was relaxing on the couch watching TV (with no acknowledgement by her at all). What if we had been there to check in? I also had requested extra pillows and was told, that is not something they offer. When I asked for a * hour later check out because I was there to take a test for my esthetician license, I was rudely told no. I was required to be at the testing facility by *:**am and I had no idea if i would make it back in time to check out (this was the only reason for me having to stay at this Chandler location). When I asked about a one hour later check out she reluctantly agreed. By the way, I narrowly made it back in time for the later check out. When I went to the front desk to check out and turn in my room keys, I was ignored for quite a long time because the desk clerk was too busy humiliating, belittling and bullying a guest about his * puppies they discovered in his room* demanding that he give her $***.** CASH or she would not allow him back into his room to retrieve his belongings or the puppies. When she was finished with her rant she proceeded to pace back and forth as if I was invisible. I asked if I could please check out and she rudely replied* well check out then, I held out my room keys and asked her how do I check out?, she responded with, you're checked out, you can just go. I informed her that there was a heated argument going on in the room next to me (because I thought this was something that needed addressing) she replied by saying* oh great I guess I'll have to go take care of this now. I am not used to being treated as an irritant instead of a valued guest and really hope that the gentleman did not pay her the $***.** CASH extortion. The only resolution I feel is even remotely acceptable is a full refund of the money I paid to stay here.
