I stayed at the quality inn spokane airport on may * to * and pad in cash but of course left my cc.. so today i noticed they took ***. from my acct. I called them and was put on hold so i could hear conversations for over ** min and I explained what my issue was after another ** min he told me that the bed spread and linens were ruined in room ***, said I was not in ***, he said it was under my name, It was not, I had rooms *** and ***... he would not listen and hung up on me. His name TJ (or Cj) I am so upset over this.. We were not treated well by the manager when we were there and if not for family I would not have stayed there. PLEASE HELP ME , Jeanne Gross
