I attempted to contact customer service for an answer but disconnected after a 40-minute hold. Recently, I was approved for a Q card and made a purchase to avail the $50 credit promotion expiring on December 31st. I understand it may take 6 to 8 weeks for the credit to appear. How can I ensure I receive this credit for my December 31st purchase? Many customers have reported challenges in receiving this promised credit, and I hope not to face the same issue. Customer service didn't assist, and I'm disappointed with the lack of support for existing customers. As a new customer, I'm concerned about the level of service I may receive from QVC in the future. I am incredibly frustrated! I have been waiting for my return label from QVC for over a month now, and I am still waiting! What is happening with QVC and this return label process? I am upset and frustrated. I do not want to be charged for this product and I cannot wait much longer. This is a poor way of conducting business. I have never had an issue like this with Amazon. This situation is absurd. All I keep hearing is that they will send the return label, but I never receive it. What's going on?

Dear members of the forum, I need assistance with a recent situation regarding my late mother, Hazel Toole. I was informed that I could return her purchases, including cookies and popcorn. However, when I sent them back, they were returned to me. I was advised that sending her death certificate would waive her payments. I faxed the document to Cindy at 1-[redacted]. Unfortunately, her credit card bill arrived with over $[redacted] in charges, many incurred after her passing. I have been on hold with customer service for over 2 hours, experiencing an extensive playlist of songs. We settled last month's bill, which included over $[redacted] of charges. My mother, H.T., passed away on 11/28/[redacted]. Upon contacting your company, I was informed that by faxing her death certificate to 1-[redacted], her future $[redacted].00 installments would be canceled, and I could return any upcoming deliveries even food. Despite returning cookies and popcorn, they were not credited and instead returned to her home. I faxed the death certificate last week. We settled a credit card bill of over $[redacted].00 last month, yet we just received a new bill with over $[redacted] of charges, some incurred posthumously. Kindly provide a list of her purchases so we can understand her expenses, as she might not have been conscious of them.

I am seeking a refund from QVC. The customer service representative informed me that the corporate team attempted to refund me, but my PayPal account supposedly declined it. I have been patiently waiting for over a week to resolve this issue, as I needed to cancel or adjust authorizations due to a website error. I unknowingly ended up being charged multiple times for two items. This situation is frustrating. QVC needs to resolve this immediately, or I am considering legal action for fraud and theft by deception. My daughter's Christmas is at stake here, and I won't stand for it. Please process my refund promptly, or I will have to take further steps. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having trouble placing an order for attachments for my contoured face machine. When I called [redacted], I spoke to a customer service representative who was not able to assist me properly. It seemed suspicious when she insisted on getting my credit card number for shipping charges for a gift card. I declined the request as it felt like a scam. I requested to speak to someone else to help me with my order, but she refused and continued to talk. This is not the level of customer service I expect from QVC. I've attempted multiple times to log into my account, but I keep receiving an error stating that my password is incorrect. I've followed the steps to reset my password by accessing my email for instructions, but when I click on the email icon, it takes me back to the sign-in page instead of to my email. This loop has now locked me out of my account. Despite trying everything I can think of, I have not been successful in resolving this on my own. I'm feeling very frustrated as I have not been able to reach out to anyone for assistance. I urgently need to speak with a customer service representative. I've been a loyal customer of QVC for many years and never encountered this issue before. I recently discovered unusual activity on my Capital One card related to QVC purchases in April and May. There are repeated charges of $5.39 in April and one charge in May that I did not authorize. I cleared my card balance in early April, so these charges are unexpected. Additionally, I find it strange that QVC would charge the same amount three times in one month. The late fees from Capital One now total over $80 due to these unauthorized charges. I am uncertain about the nature of these charges as I usually pay my balance in full or select a higher monthly payment plan. This situation is alarming, and I am concerned about potential fraud on my Capital One card. I have a dispute ongoing with QVC and my credit card company regarding order #[redacted] for a gold bracelet #J366052, which I never received. Despite returning the wrong item that was sent to me, the charge of $[redacted].81 is still showing on my credit card statement as of Oct 27, [redacted]. I urge for this matter to be resolved promptly with the charge removed as previously confirmed by QVC.

I ordered a 7ft Bethlehem lighted tree on 11/18/20 (item H224828), expecting delivery by 11/27/20. After not receiving it, I contacted customer service multiple times, speaking with Aida, Jordan, Jennifer, and supervisor Sherri on 11/28/20. Despite their assurances, I did not receive any helpful information. Eventually, on 12/1/20, I received an email saying the item was not available for immediate shipment. It seems like my in-stock tree was given to someone else. This situation has left me very frustrated, especially as a loyal customer. I am now a dissatisfied customer without the tree I ordered. We really need that tree exactly as described.

I purchased a few sets of Cooks Essential cookware with a lifetime warranty. Some of the pots have flaking non-stick coating on the bottom. I'd like to have the 7-quart dutch oven replaced under the warranty. I have multiple order numbers from when I bought the 10-piece or 8-piece sets. When I called to order the 13-inch MacBook Air, the customer service representative assured me it was the latest model with new software. However, upon checking the serial number after receiving it, I discovered it was from mid-[redacted]. I will be returning the laptop and request a full refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your company. I ordered a MacBook Air and was assured over the phone that it was the latest model available. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered through the serial number that it was manufactured in mid-[redacted]. I am now attempting to return the unopened device but have been unable to reach a representative for assistance or to obtain a shipping label. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it by involving the Better Business Bureau and pursuing legal action through small claims court.

I am having difficulty sending emails to QVC as all addresses appear to be incorrect, resulting in failure notifications. Despite my valid credit card, QVC claims my payments are being denied, even though my bank confirmed the card is in proper standing. I tried using another valid card, but for the past four days, the system has been pending. My bank reassured me that the issue lies with QVC's system, not my card accounts. I am receiving harassing emails about a delinquent account, while my Mastercard works flawlessly with HSN and other merchants. QVC representatives have abruptly hung up on me, and supervisors are not returning my calls despite my persistent efforts over the past two months. I have been unable to obtain the corporate phone number and a valid email address to escalate this issue. It is crucial for QVC to address these problems promptly and rectify the billing issue. Customer relations need improvement.
