I have received another letter regarding my entries, and unfortunately, I have been experiencing issues sending them in. This is perplexing as I have consistently sent back my entries for the past few years. I like to joke with my family that one day I will win, just like my mother used to do. Additionally, there have been a couple of orders that I placed but never received. Before mailing, I double-check that the number is visible, the stamp is in place, and my return address is included. There was one instance where I was informed to expect a specific envelope soon, but I only received it several weeks later. If anyone has any suggestions on how to ensure my entries are properly received, I would greatly appreciate it. Elaine L. [redacted] Oxbow Trail Cincinnati, OH [redacted]

I recently purchased the Spice Gripper and was excited to organize my spices on the door. Unfortunately, some of the spices fell and broke because of the tile floor. I cannot afford to order another one, and when I inquired about returning it without paying for the return, I was told to either throw it away or keep it. I wanted to let you know about my experience and ask if others have faced similar issues with this product. I have been ordering products by mail for 40 years, hoping to win, but haven't been lucky yet. I followed all instructions, cleaned the door, but the accident still occurred at night, scaring me as I live alone. I'm hesitant to receive a replacement in case the same thing happens. Thank you for your attention.

I received an email claiming I won US$[redacted],[redacted]. They asked for my personal details and provided TICKET NO: TN [redacted]3UK/[redacted] as proof. I requested to receive the money in April or May before leaving overseas on June 3rd, returning on August 20, [redacted]. I need a reliable phone number for PCH customer service to avoid the frustrating automated system and speak to a person to claim my prize. Please contact me at [redacted] if I don't answer, leave your details and speak clearly. Thank you, Munzer M. Ismail.

My name is Woodrow Wilson, and today I was contacted by Danielle Lam who claimed to be authorized by Goldburg of Publisher's Clearinghouse, stating that I had won a grand prize of $1,[redacted],[redacted]. On today's date, 3/28/[redacted], at 3:54 PM, she mentioned that a person named Tim Reed would further explain how to collect the winnings. Tim advised me to provide my state ID card for identification and instructed me to pay a processing fee of $[redacted] by purchasing iTunes gift cards of $[redacted] each. The deadline given was 4 PM tomorrow with the promise of the winnings being delivered by Saturday. I captured the conversation with them on Hangouts via Google apps. Despite being directed by Tim to open an online account with a store requiring bank account and SSI numbers, I recognized this as a scam and decided to report it. Feel free to reach me at [redacted] if you need screenshots of the conversation. Thank you.

I keep receiving late bill notices for bills I've already paid months ago. I believe the issue lies with PCH having different variations of my name on file - Karen Reepen, Karen Telloreepen, and Karen Tello. I consistently pay the full balance due within a week of product delivery by sending a check via mail directly at the post office. This year alone, I have received 5 late payment notices, and last year I received 3-4 similar notices. After speaking with 4 agents this morning, I was placed on hold for 45 minutes, and the last agent, 'Ash,' hung up on me. I am frustrated with the billing department's repeated errors and am considering keeping these notices for potential legal action.

I have been experiencing an issue with accessing specific games on the pch.games website starting yesterday, April 6, [redacted], Pacific Standard Time. When I try to play games like solitaire or other options such as mahjongg, the game interface does not appear. Additionally, today I noticed a problem with playing sweepstakes for $7,[redacted]. When I click on the email link, I cannot find the option to continue to the next page of the entry without making a purchase. It seems like my requests are being sent, but I receive incomplete responses, hindering my ability to interact with both the games and sweepstakes sections. I believe I am logged in correctly to pch.games. Carol H.

PCH Auto's auto attendant indicated a bill was due for April [redacted] amounting to $[redacted]. I paid $[redacted] for April as per agreement, with May's payment not being due yet. The auto attendant verified the April payment. My commitment to making timely payments was evident even during a medical emergency that led to my hospitalization due to Congestive Heart Failure. Despite this, I contacted PCH to assure them of my intention to fulfill my financial obligations once my health situation was clarified. The PCH representative acknowledged my call and agreed to wait for my payment until I was discharged. I upheld my promise and settled the due amount. I kindly ask that my account accurately reflects that my next payment of $[redacted] is scheduled for May [redacted]. Would appreciate confirmation of this message via email at [redacted] Thank you for your understanding and my longstanding loyalty to PCH for over 22 years. -Gerri Valentin-Cruz

Hello, I attempted to respond to a PCH email and a message appeared stating my account has been disabled (3 times already), mentioning I can't have multiple accounts which I didn't realize I had created. The notification after my level upgrade stated, "Yes, you're doing everything right!" I was under the impression I should engage in activities to increase my chances of winning, such as playing, searching, entering, and ordering. I never imagined that being led to a form offering another entry to win $7,[redacted] (or $14,[redacted]) a week for life multiple times would lead to disqualification. The form did not prompt me to create a password; it seemed like an additional chance to enter. I am confused why this happened or how it is ethically fair. I feel disappointed that following your guidance has resulted in my exclusion. Does this mean all my entries are now void? Has all the time, effort, and orders been wasted? Paul E. Murray.

I bought a total of 4 tac visors, 2 for my husband and 2 for myself. Unfortunately, when I gave my husband his for his birthday, he found that the visor was peeling and formed bubbles in the film when he tried to push it down to block the sun. I tested one of mine, and it had the same issue. I am very disappointed with the product's quality and am unsure how to proceed. Can you please advise me on how to return these for a full refund? My order numbers are [redacted][redacted] and [redacted]95. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

As a PCH VIP member, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to potentially win the weekly prize of $14,[redacted] along with a $50,[redacted] bonus promised to me for April 26th. The details provided about where the PCH team would be, and the thought of receiving balloons and roses on the way to my home in Mukilteo were exciting. Unfortunately, no winner was announced, but I was informed that ticketing had been arranged on my behalf. Despite waiting with my wife, none of the promised events occurred. As a [redacted]% disabled veteran residing at Harbor Pointe Senior Center with my wife, who is recovering from a stroke and broken hip, our financial situation is challenging. Our rent increases annually, and we support two adult children with disabilities. One child sustained a birth injury and the other recently suffered a fractured neck. The prize money would greatly assist us in providing for our family's future. I feel that the $14,[redacted] weekly prize and $50,[redacted] bonus should be rightfully awarded to me as a loyal VIP member. Thank you, Philip S. D. Email: [redacted]

Hello, I have contacted customer service twice regarding an issue with entering a contest. Despite my efforts, I have not received a clear answer and instead have felt misunderstood and questioned. I received two envelopes with tear-off entry forms but could not find instructions on how to enter without making a purchase. I kindly request the following improvements: a) Provide clear entry instructions to avoid confusion; b) Allow more time to return entries; c) Train customer service representatives to offer assistance without unnecessary questioning; d) Improve accessibility to customer service for consistent support. I believe enhancing customer service training and processes would greatly benefit all customers. Thank you and have a wonderful day. - L.G.

I have continued to receive charges for items I have not yet received, some of which I do not recall ordering. As a single mother, I can't afford these costly items with ridiculous shipping charges. The website stated I could get items with 5 easy payments, but instead, I am being billed the full amount plus excessive shipping costs. I recently received a bill for $40.89 for something I never received and am now being threatened with a late fee. This situation is causing me unnecessary stress and financial strain. I initially ordered hoping to win something, but now it seems like Publishers Clearing House is only interested in taking my money. I refuse to pay for items I haven't received, and I demand that this issue be resolved promptly.

I have tried to contact you via email to inform you that I am returning some items I purchased due to the recent storms in Texas. Severe weather caused damage to a historic red oak tree on my property and roof damage to my home. I'm unable to make payments for the merchandise as I am using my funds to repair the storm damages. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to resuming ordering once my situation improves. I will be sending back the items I ordered, but please know that this decision is based on my current circumstances and not a reflection of the quality of your products, which I enjoy. Thank you for your consideration. Carolyn Wilson at [redacted] Wilson Road, Harleton, Texas, [redacted].

I was advised by a friend to contact a number, so I reached out to [redacted]. The man there said he needed to check if I was in their PCH system. Subsequently, he confirmed my status and provided me with an AIM #, a Reference #, and a Batch #. He then instructed me to purchase a $[redacted].00 card from Walgreens and share the details with him. Due to financial constraints, I offered $[redacted].00 instead, which he agreed to. Sensing a possible scam, I opted not to go through with the purchase. When I requested to speak with his supervisor, he provided another phone number, [redacted], and upon texting, I was again asked for $[redacted].00. I am deeply concerned about the legitimacy of this situation and urge for an investigation to protect your company's reputation. Thank you. Sincerely, Cheryl Barnes. My contact number is [redacted].

I am frustrated with the customer service. Despite having a ruby level account with 38,[redacted],[redacted] tokens, I keep getting told incorrect information such as 21 million tokens. There seems to be a mix-up as I have not used or redeemed 17 million tokens. My laptop displays the correct data while my phone shows inaccurate deduction numbers for items I didn't order. I am working towards achieving the red diamond level and not looking to redeem tokens I already possess. I have never redeemed millions of tokens; the most I've redeemed is in the thousands. Suddenly, my phone started displaying the wrong token count. I need this issue resolved promptly. Please contact me from a verified Publisher’s Clearing House number to rectify this mistake. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent plant purchases that did not thrive as expected. I acquired a Blueberry Astilbe for $28.62 in April and a Tomato Rocket in January, planted in the spring, which also failed to produce at $20.12. I kindly request a credit adjustment on my open balance for these two unproductive items. Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to your response.

I recently entered a sweepstakes on 9/11 and completed all the required steps, including placing an order in the final step. Afterwards, I selected a phone as my immediate prize and filled out a survey. I was then awarded a men's watch and paid $1 on my debit card. However, I encountered an issue when an unwanted ad from LoveBiss closed my PCH screen. I am concerned about receiving the phone and watch as promised. If I do not hear back regarding my prizes, I will reach out to the FBI scam website and my local CBS TV investigative department. I received a notice stating that my registration wasn't complete and asking me to order something besides the griddle I originally ordered, with my debit card being charged the $1. My name is E. Edwards, located at [redacted] N Gold Drive, #4, Apache Junction, AZ [redacted]. You can contact me at [redacted].

I am concerned about the ads labeled as Promoted Content on your site. I have previously raised issues about the conspiracy theories, misinformation, and false information being displayed. Some ads, including those from Trump, falsely claim to be official surveys. It seems these ads are all targeting Democrats with misleading information. Truth in advertising laws should be adhered to, and if political ads are promoting falsehoods, it should be reported to the FCC. Neglecting to verify the accuracy of advertisers, similar to what happened with Facebook and Russia, can lead to problems. Despite my attempts to reach out, your new system does not allow for direct communication. I have warned others both in person and on Facebook to be cautious of the ads on your platform.

Hello, I'm Victoria Montgomery and I have a question. The Bible says, "ask and you shall receive." I am a VIP member on the PCH app, and my birthday is this month on September 24. I have never been ready for it because I just want my kids to have their own rooms. I am trying my best not to cry talking about this. My question is, since birthdays only come once a year and you can only be a VIP member once in a lifetime with PCH, can you make an exception for me by sending me a check? I live with my mother whom I love, but we don't get along. I am a single mother of three, self-employed as a singer, songwriter, composer, and motivational speaker, waiting for a miracle. The real miracle is God's people living in divine order by being a blessing to one another. Thank you for your time.
