Due to delay in my flight (AC ***) from Chicago to Toronto, and then a delay of * hours in receiving my luggage from them, I missed my flight with your airline (Porter confirmation number - XD*TMK, Toronto to Thunder Bay). I am ** years old and I was traveling alone, so searching for my luggage everywhere at YYZ airport was quite a challenge for me. I didn't want to miss my flight, so I kept calling you at the customer care number, since I couldn't even come to YTZ airport without getting my luggage first (I wasn't informed that my luggage was coming in late at that time).*Due to poor communication, I missed my flight and was stranded at the airport for the night. I was sick and had nobody in Toronto who I could ask for help. The next day, I had to get a new booking from Air Canada at $*** CAD.**I am quite disappointed with your customer care services, as I had to bear many losses.
