I called to book a flight and was quoted a price of $***.** and during the booking process I got cut off. I called back immediately to finish my booking and the next agent is trying to charge me over $*** for the exact same flight literally less than a minute later. Definitely not right! Especially when I’ve been through **** already trying to book my son on the same flight that I am going on which is leaving * am tomorrow morning. This is not right, and will mean my son can’t take part in our family trip. Very upsetting.
