We are fond of your chicken strips, but every visit to one of your stores results in poor service, cold food, and questionable cleanliness. It's not an occasional issue; it happens every time. After avoiding one location for over a year, my husband reluctantly returned for a shrimp basket, only to find the front inactive, the place dirty, his food cold, and the missing French fries. This experience, with young, indifferent staff, has deterred us from ever patronizing that location again. We appreciate the food but not the standards at: [redacted] Lone Tree Way, Antioch, CA [redacted] Thank you, Tami K. Antioch, CA

Recently, after my visit to the Popeyes store in Fraser on May 28, [redacted], I felt compelled to reach out to the corporate office regarding the consistently poor service at that location. Upon placing my order, I was asked to pull over and wait for what turned out to be an extended period. After encountering further delays and confusion inside, I was disappointed with both the service and the quality of my tenders order. As someone who works in the food industry, I believe that the staff's lack of training and understanding of their roles and customer interaction is evident. Despite enjoying the chicken pieces in the past, this experience has deterred me from returning. I hope that Popeyes corporate will address these ongoing issues for better customer satisfaction at this store.

Today around 1:10 pm (06/02/19) at the drive-thru of Popeyes on Gillespie St in Fayetteville, NC, my husband and I stopped for lunch. After waiting approximately 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, a rude girl finally told us to proceed with our order. Despite my husband ordering three times, she rudely replied that we could just sit there. Shocked by her behavior, we, as owners of a local company, found this treatment unacceptable. We have decided never to return to Popeyes and will ensure our friends and family avoid this location. The disrespectful incident at the drive-thru needs to be addressed by identifying the employee at that time and date. Thank you.

On Sunday, July 2, [redacted], I visited Popeyes store #[redacted] at [redacted] Livingston Rd, Oxon Hill, MD [redacted] around 6:00 PM. When I entered, I noticed a long line of customers waiting to be served. After talking to other customers, I learned there was only one line. I asked a cashier if there were multiple lines, but she rudely mentioned she should have already left. I waited in line for about 23 minutes as the manager and two employees only used one register, slowing down the process. One employee took orders while the other prepared them, and the manager was not as active. This situation was unacceptable and showed a lack of respect for customers' time.

I visited Popeyes last Sunday and made a purchase for $13.28. The cashier informed me that my card had declined, so I used another card. However, when I checked my balance, I saw that both payments had gone through. I went back to Popeyes today to address the issue, but they dismissed me, demanding bank statements as proof. When I tried to show them the payments on my phone, they refused to look. I feel frustrated as I essentially paid twice for my order, which was also prepared incorrectly – my son received a regular chicken sandwich instead of a spicy one, and my tenders weren't prepared as I requested with honey.

At 9:35pm, when we arrived at the Popeyes drive-thru, the staff member seemed to mumble the menu options. After politely asking for clarification, we were asked to wait. Understandably, it took a few minutes. When he returned, I inquired about the chicken special, only to be told they were out of the required chicken. Despite the late hour, I settled on a 4-piece combo with red beans and rice, accompanied by a red Fanta since fries were unavailable. Placing the first order had some hiccups but was eventually sorted out. However, the second order was more challenging. The employee, who seemed inexperienced, used confusing language and appeared inconvenienced by our order close to closing time. As I tried to help with the second order from the passenger seat, he abruptly told me to stop speaking loudly, which I found off-putting. Despite my anticipation for Popeyes, I decided to cancel the order due to the rude behavior. I value customer service greatly and feel disappointed by this experience. I won't return to that location and intend to share my experience on social media. Conversely, Chipotle went above and beyond to make up for the poor treatment at Popeyes. Quality customer service should be maintained regardless of the time.

I frequently visit the Popeyes located at [redacted] W. National in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. However, I have noticed a lack of efficient customer service and training among the staff. During my recent visit on 5/31/19 at 8:41pm, the drive-thru and lobby were busy, yet the employees were moving slowly without any urgency. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, while two other customers who arrived after me were served first. Additionally, I observed that some employees were not wearing hairnets or gloves while handling food, and were seen scratching their heads and noses. Customers who were in a hurry were being ignored by the rude staff members. Despite my love for Popeyes, I will have to find another location to visit in the future due to this disappointing experience.

My recent visit to our local Popeyes was disappointing. Unfortunately, upon arriving, we had to wait over 15 minutes before being able to place an order. To our dismay, at 6:15 pm, we were informed that they were out of fries and even the spicy chicken sandwiches my husband desired. The overall cleanliness and apparent understaffing only added to the frustration. This has not been the first time we have encountered such issues at this location. Although I typically do not complain, I felt compelled to share this experience. To address this recurring problem, I would appreciate receiving some complimentary coupons. After being loyal customers for a considerable time, it is disheartening to consistently face these shortages and service lapses.

There are several issues at the Popeyes on Island Ave. in Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. My daughter works there, and I recently bought chicken that had fallen on the floor and was put back on the spinner. Additionally, I found a rock in my cole slaw that had also fallen on the floor. I'm concerned for my daughter's safety as the store is supposed to close at 11 pm but has been open past midnight with unlocked doors, making her walk home late. She does various tasks, and the manager, Jeff, has been disrespectful and negligent. This has led to her quitting her job due to concerns for her child's health. The situation with the manager, safety issues, and theft incidents have been unacceptable. It's a relief that nothing worse happened, prompting my daughter to leave today.

On Friday, June 7, [redacted], my family and I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen located at [redacted] NW 23rd St, Oklahoma City, OK [redacted] around 2:00 pm for lunch. Unfortunately, the bathrooms presented issues as one was out of order, and the other was occupied for an extended period while the crew members seemed indifferent. Subsequently, we opted to go to Burger King across the parking lot. Upon our return, we observed the female manager and another female exiting the bathroom and proceeding to handle food without apparent hygiene practices, which was concerning. Furthermore, a former employee came in to collect his final check, and the manager engaged with him before returning to food preparation without following hygiene protocols. As a military member stationed at Fort Bragg, NC, with 29 years of service, I have frequented various Popeyes locations and found this experience to be exceptionally disappointing. The staff's behavior, including providing free food to acquaintances, made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We respectfully request a visit from a senior executive to assess the situation.

During our visit to the Laurel location in Maryland, my wife, my child, and I experienced a delay in getting our order. Despite being asked to wait in a parking spot, no one came with our food after 15 minutes. I entered the store and the young male manager was helpful and courteous in preparing our order. I requested a change from a 12-piece mild meal to a half and half 12-piece meal, which the manager accommodated easily. However, I was shocked when an employee in the back called me a derogatory term in Spanish. Despite addressing her, she did not apologize. The manager apologized on her behalf, but I was understandably upset by the incident and the lack of acknowledgment from the employee. Such behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

I started working at Popeye's on May 27, [redacted], after being hired on May 13, [redacted]. Since the first day, I did not receive the employee handbook regarding rules and attire, nor did I sign any paperwork. Despite being given a hat and a shirt, I did not receive an apron and was only tasked with washing dishes. My working hours were supposed to be from 5 pm to 11 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. However, I consistently had to leave early at 9 pm during that week. The behavior of the counter girls was disrespectful towards customers as they often used their phones and were rude. When I was no longer required to come in, I received a text instructing me not to return. The environment during the chat sessions was unprofessional, discussing inappropriate topics like sex and engaging in inappropriate behavior among employees. This behavior is not suitable for any new employee entering the workplace.

During my recent visit to Popeyes located at [redacted] N Broadway, Baltimore MD [redacted], I encountered disrespectful staff members. Despite being polite, I received the wrong order, faced rudeness, and even had extra charges imposed by a staff member who falsely claimed to be the manager. I work at a renowned hospital and believe in treating others with respect, expecting the same level of service. It was disappointing to witness other customers facing similar issues and even resorting to cursing. Despite my efforts to remain calm and respectful, one staff member continued to be unresponsive and rude until the actual manager intervened.

As a loyal Popeye's customer, I visited the drive-thru and ordered an 11-piece box of spicy chicken. Due to a shortage, I agreed to substitute some pieces but was given a mix of incorrect chicken parts. When I pointed out the mistake, the cashier was unhelpful. I was asked to wait for the manager, but when she arrived, she was dismissive and rude, closing the window in my face. Despite previous positive interactions with managers Lena and Sonia, today's experience was disappointing. The store's service has been consistently poor, with long waits and rude employees. I am hopeful for a swift resolution as my large family, extensive social media following, and frequent visits are a valuable customer base for Popeyes.

I have been employed at Popeyes in San Antonio, Texas, [redacted], located off Highway 37 and Fair Avenue. The district manager, Grace Cortez, is related to the GM, Janice Melendez, and many employees there are family members. A team leader named Dorothy is issuing refunds and attributing them to cashiers, causing us to lose money from our salaries. I believe this practice is unfair. I have expressed my concerns to the District Manager and GM, but no action has been taken despite this occurring for weeks. It now seems like they are targeting me for speaking up and may try to terminate my employment. I have always enjoyed working at Popeyes, and I hope my concerns are understood. My name is Ana Leticia Lazcon. Thank you.

I regret to report an issue with the consistency at your store located at [redacted] North Zaragoza, El Paso, Texas, [redacted]. I am a loyal customer and also work in the food industry. I had a conversation with the General Manager, Samuel, who has been excellent in handling past issues such as overcooked chicken, missing items, and serving old food. However, on June 14, [redacted], at 7:06 pm, I had a to-go order ([redacted]) managed by a female assistant who did not provide her name. Unfortunately, she did not show the same level of concern when I mentioned that my side of rice and beans was not filled to the top as expected. This is not about seeking compensation but rather hoping for improvement. As a chef with over 35 years of experience running my catering business, I understand the importance of addressing customer concerns promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and believe that staff training and a caring attitude towards customers can enhance the overall dining experience. Thank you for your time. I recently visited the store located at [redacted] Blvd 26 in North Richland Hills, [redacted] around noon. The food was good. Despite there being 8 people in the store, a girl in front of me had to wait over 3 minutes before being acknowledged despite placing an order through Uber 30 minutes prior. The team leader apologized for the oversight. I received my order before her, which seemed a bit unfair. Also, an elderly oriental gentleman waited for 3 minutes without any acknowledgement. With five employees working, I believe someone should have at least welcomed him. There seemed to be a lack of teamwork behind the counter. Overall, my food was hot and delicious. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On Thursday, June 13th at 5:31 pm, I placed an order for two 2-piece breast chicken meals, one spicy and the other regular, at the Sacramento, California store. I specifically requested not to be charged for drinks as I did not require them, but my total still came to $18.23, which seemed high. Upon reaching home, I noticed that I was indeed charged for the drinks, and both chicken pieces were regular instead of one being spicy as requested. Despite trying to contact the store for two hours, I received no response, leading me to call the corporate office. After speaking with a representative, I was informed that the store would contact me in 3 to 4 days. Frustratingly, when I followed up on June 18th, corporate claimed they had already called me and resolved the issue, which was not the case as I never received any such call. The situation escalated when I was told to wait another 3 to 4 days for a resolution, with no offer for further assistance. This level of service is below par, and I hope for a prompt resolution to the matter.

Hello, I'm a patient individual who works in the restaurant industry and values good customer service. Recently, I had a negative experience at store # [redacted] in Indianapolis, Indiana. After waiting 21 minutes at the drive-thru, I was surprised to be charged for sauces when I requested them with my order. Despite being a longtime customer who visits 2-3 times a week, I was told the sauces were only complimentary with tenders, which was new to me. When I offered to pay for the sauces anyway, the staff member closed the window and behaved rudely. The lack of respect and poor service I encountered was extremely disappointing and has led me to reconsider my patronage, along with that of my friends and family. I believe that good service and strong customer service skills are essential for any business to succeed. Thank you. Best, RC
