I have frequented my local Popeyes for the past 2 weeks, specifically for their boneless wings. Unfortunately, whenever I try to order them, they are always unavailable. On October 17 at 8:30 PM, I went in to place an order as usual, but once again, they had no boneless wings. When I mentioned that I have been coming consistently, the cashier inappropriately suggested I come during the day when they have them, despite my work schedule. The manager present did not intervene. Feeling dismissed, I left and went to Captain D's next door, where I have resorted to eating for the past couple of weeks. This Popeyes location on Dunn Ave in Jacksonville, FL, has been very disappointing, especially after my car was stolen, and I had to walk there only to be turned away. This experience was truly frustrating.

I experienced a disturbing incident at a Popeyes in which an employee struck me with a metal pipe, and my elderly mother was mistreated on Thanksgiving Day. Despite reaching out to upper management multiple times since November [redacted], we have not received any response or resolution for the injuries we sustained. The physical damage from the pipe has caused severe nerve and tissue issues for me, while my mother, who is over 60 and a respected artist and poet, has also been affected due to her recent health issues. The lack of communication and compensation from Popeyes for this unacceptable treatment is incredibly disappointing. We have been waiting for the insurance company's information to proceed with our claim, but neither Popeyes nor the company involved are willing to provide it. It is distressing that paying customers like us are forced to endure such treatment. If anyone can offer assistance, please reach out to Mr. Barbee and my mother at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]. Thank you.

A couple of months ago, I ordered a chicken family meal from Popeyes. During our meal, my 16-year-old found a fly cooked within the chicken between the skin and the meat. After notifying Popeyes, I was asked to bring the chicken piece back. Despite living 30 minutes away, I brought the portion back the next day. However, Popeyes only offered me half a refund as I hadn't brought all of the chicken back. I contacted corporate and lodged a complaint, but after speaking with them twice, I still haven't received any response. I'm disappointed that no one has reached out to me or offered a full refund in this situation.

I used to work at your W. Sunset store in Springdale, Arkansas. The store manager neglected to submit the payroll correctly, resulting in myself and other employees receiving only half of our wages. After several discussions with the Store Manager assuring me that the issue would be fixed and my pay would be available within two days, the payment was still delayed. Following up again, I was told it would take an additional two days to process. Expressing my discontent, I mentioned looking for another job, which led to my employment being terminated. This experience indicates a lack of consideration for employees and their families within the corporation. I intend to report these concerns to the Better Business Bureau, the labor board, and the health department due to noncompliance with ServSafe policies and improper handling of products in your store.

I have had two disappointing experiences at the Popeye’s location near 119th and Black Bob in Olathe, KS in the last two weeks. Upon arrival tonight, I noticed a long line and plenty of cooked chicken, but was told there was a 40-minute wait for a to go order. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the orders were not being filled correctly. This is unacceptable. During my last visit, none of my three two-piece chicken combos were correct. I hope that Popeye’s corporate will address these issues and ensure proper management at this location to avoid further customer dissatisfaction and lost revenue. It is evident they could benefit from running the business more efficiently. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.

I visited two store locations, [redacted] Euclid Ave. and [redacted] Euclid, and had issues with redeeming a coupon for a 14-piece meal, 2 large sides, and 7 biscuits that should have cost $22.99. Unfortunately, both locations tried to sell me a more expensive $36 meal instead. The coupon was valid until 12/2/18. Additionally, at the [redacted] Euclid Ave. location, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing hairnets, which was concerning. It was disappointing that the second location also did not honor the coupon and tried to upsell me a pricier deal. I believe that honoring advertised deals and following hygiene regulations are important aspects of customer service.

I have recently started working at Popeyes on [redacted] E Tucson Marketplace Blvd, Tucson, AZ [redacted] within the past two weeks. Unfortunately, I've noticed some awkward behavior from some managers and employees towards me. When I try to communicate with them, they initially ignore me and I've overheard indirect insults. Feeling isolated and distracted, I believe it's affecting my work performance. Although the general manager has advised me not to be intimidated, I feel these behaviors are emotionally stressful. I wish an executive or someone from Popeyes Corporate could remind them that such behaviors are not acceptable in the workplace. I'm hesitant to address this directly with them. If the situation persists, I may consider seeking employment elsewhere despite enjoying the job. I am concerned about potential consequences for speaking up, but I hope for a resolution. Thank you for your understanding.

I work as a delivery driver for UberEats in Springfield, Missouri. The location on South Glenstone consistently lacks prepared food during busy hours, causing delays. Instead of preparing in advance during slow periods, the staff seem to be chatting. This affects my ratings and earnings. Insufficient preparation hinders my work. If employees can't ensure enough food is ready, this location should be closed. Customers, including myself, experienced long waits, even up to 45 minutes to an hour. They even ran out of sides, biscuits, and chicken, which is concerning since it's a core product. The store's inefficiency is pushing away customers and impacting delivery partners financially. Urgent attention is needed at this location to avoid further losses.

I ordered a kids' meal, a $5 box, and a po' boy meal with a coleslaw side at the drive-thru at the [redacted] Prospect Ave location in Kansas City, MO. I was the only customer at the drive-thru, and when I asked at the window if everything was in the bag, they assured me it was. However, once I got home, I realized there was no coleslaw side with the po' boy, which defeats the purpose of ordering the meal. This has happened multiple times, with missing drinks, sides, or both. Despite being the only customer, it seems like ensuring the accuracy of orders isn't a priority. At this point, I'm frustrated and don't see the point in returning if my orders are consistently incorrect. It's disappointing that the staff doesn't seem to care about getting orders right, even when it's not busy.

I experienced extreme waiting times at the drive-thru today, spending a total of 25 minutes. Additionally, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes in the parking lot as our order was not ready when we reached the window. We ordered two combos: one with spicy chicken (two-piece dark with fries and a Coke) and the other with three-piece chicken (two breasts, one leg, fries, and a Coke). Upon reaching home and inspecting our order, we received chicken strips with red beans and rice instead of what we ordered. This recurring mistake is unacceptable, and I am incredibly frustrated. I regret to say that I will not be returning to this establishment. I kindly request a full refund for this order.

I was forced to resign due to discrimination for being Spanish. I was informed to quit because I am not welcomed here. My name is Richard Singh. I was employed under circumstances where I did not fit in. I was trained by a Spanish-speaking worker, which caused tension among workers, GM Jessica Brittle, and Crystal, the supervisor. I lost my job for reasons unrelated to my job performance, solely based on being a Spanish-speaking man. I was repeatedly told not to return because "your kind is not welcome." The disrespectful behavior towards me and another employee needs to be addressed by the general manager, who failed to take responsibility for her team leader's actions and her own.

I have visited your Popeyes several times, but I have stopped going due to the consistent lack of chicken and spicy regular wings. Every time I try to order, they are unable to fulfill my request, resulting in canceled orders or incorrect items. The wait time is also unreasonable, and the quality of the food is subpar - flat sodas, missing gravy on mashed potatoes, and inadequate portions. Despite my family's love for your food, I am considering switching back to KFC unless improvements are made. I believe those in charge, Marcus and Katie, need to ensure the availability of chicken at all times to prevent customers from leaving empty-handed. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope for a better dining experience in the future. Thank you.

Yesterday, I witnessed a disturbing incident at a Popeyes establishment in Prairieville, Louisiana involving a manager mistreating an older employee named Sherry. The manager was disrespectful, rude, and discriminatory towards her based on her age, stating that he did not want to work with her and even taking her off the schedule. I was shocked by his behavior and felt compelled to share this experience. The manager's actions were unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable. I hope the proper authorities address this issue promptly. I'm willing to provide a formal statement to help resolve this matter. The employee did not deserve to be treated in such a cruel manner, and I urge for action to be taken against this manager for his behavior. It's important to stand against discrimination and mistreatment in the workplace.

I was charged $4.00 for a $1.79 order. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, she was rude to another customer in front of me and refused to speak with me. Upon returning the next day, she continued to be dismissive, claiming I had the wrong receipt. I politely asked for a refund of the overcharge as I only purchased the special with no additional items. I suggested checking the security cameras to confirm my purchase. I remained calm and reasonable throughout, expressing my concern over being treated poorly as an overcharged customer. This level of rudeness from a manager is unacceptable; good customer service should prevail, especially over minor discrepancies. I simply seek a resolution to this issue and hope for better treatment in the future. Please reach out to address this matter.

I recently visited the store on 56th & Lancaster Ave in Philadelphia, PA. About an hour ago, I bought 4 pieces of chicken and a soda using my credit card. When I requested change of $10, an Iranian employee served me in a rude manner, refusing to give me the change. Feeling upset, I expressed my dissatisfaction. The employee then insulted me and eventually returned the money through his coworker. Despite my ability to spend money elsewhere, I found his behavior rude and condescending. This experience has made me decide never to purchase anything from Popeyes again, even though I used to buy lunch there twice a week. I had not encountered this employee before, and such disrespectful behavior towards customers should not be tolerated. I will now be seeking another place to support with my business.

I visited your Monroeville PA store two days ago and ordered a large red beans and rice along with the three-piece wings. Despite usually asking for mild wings, I was informed they only had spicy wings available, a common experience for me at this location. After requesting a manager, I waited for about ten minutes at the drive-thru until the manager, later identified, did not address the situation. The salesperson then advised a ten-minute wait for the wings she was preparing to drop, offering an extra wing as an apology for the inconvenience. I declined due to the previous customer potentially ordering a large quantity. Disappointed with the service, I will not return to this store and will not recommend it to others. Additionally, upon checking my bank account, I noticed I was charged $4.59 for the red beans and rice erroneously. I seek a refund for this charge and a gift card for a three-piece wing order.

Hello, my name is Amanda. Recently, my mother, my child, and I visited your Cleveland, Ohio location on 150th Street next to the closed Kmart. While at the Popeyes there, I inadvertently served my elderly mother raw chicken and spoiled coleslaw. Upon realizing the mistake at home, I called the manager Crystal who asked me to return the food. When I arrived, an employee directed me to the drive-thru despite the icy conditions, despite my pregnancy and high-risk status. Manager Crystal displayed unprofessional behavior, refused to replace the food, and behaved rudely. Despite requesting a refund, I was offered a replacement instead. The employees acknowledged the issue but were overruled by Crystal. This experience was unacceptable, and I have documented proof of the raw food served. I am awaiting a refund and had to seek food elsewhere for my son due to this incident.

Today, December 8, [redacted], at 9:50 p.m., I visited the drive-thru to purchase two spicy breasts and two biscuits totaling $6.01. Initially given the wrong order of chicken wings, I returned to exchange. Despite being short $0.01 and offering to purchase the wings at a discount, they refused. Upon reaching home, I discovered I received a regular breast and a thigh instead of the spicier options. Despite calling multiple times without an answer, I am disappointed with the poor service at Popeyes in Sierra Lakes, Fontana. Each time I visit, there is an error, making this experience particularly frustrating. I aim to receive a complimentary offer of two spicy breasts and two biscuits due to the multiple mistakes encountered during this visit. Thank you.

I visited the Popeyes location in Cookeville, TN around 1:10pm on 12/9/18. I went through the drive-thru, and despite being the only customer, I faced issues with my order. The lady at the window handed me my food with the sauces on top and the lids of the boxes slightly open. When I asked for a bag, she seemed unhelpful and the bag later split, causing my boxes to spill. Despite my struggles, I didn't receive much assistance. Upon reaching home, I noticed I was missing straws. It's important for the employees to handle orders more carefully to prevent such incidents, especially for a newly opened location facing potential reputation damage. This matter should be brought to the attention of the managers for improvement.

I visited a Popeyes on 9/14/18 at [redacted] Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA to purchase food for our church picnic. I was surprised to find out that sodas were extra, and after buying them, I overheard an employee making discriminatory remarks. Despite filing a complaint on 10/17/18, I have not received any response. I have tried reaching out to Popeyes at [redacted] multiple times but have not been able to get any resolution. I believe that the lack of action from Popeyes regarding this incident shows a tolerance for racism among its employees. To address this, I am pursuing legal action and will inform other customers about my experience in this particular store.
