I have a question regarding the message deletion on my PS5 or PS4. Currently, when I delete messages, they only disappear for me and not the other person. Is there a way to fix this issue? If not, are you planning to release an update in the future that would allow the deletion of messages on both sides? I am looking to change my PSN ID and remain anonymous, but I'm concerned that people I have messaged will be able to tell it's me based on the ID change visible in our conversations. Do you have a solution to this, or could you consider implementing a feature to delete messages and pictures sent to others to maintain privacy? I am willing to pay to ensure this is addressed.

Dear Playstation Store, I am writing to kindly request a refund for my recent purchase of the FIFA 22 standard edition. Regrettably, I did not carefully read the details before the release and bought the standard edition instead of the one that would allow me to play with my friends who still have a PS4 console. I am sincerely asking for the FIFA 22 PS5 Ultimate Edition to be substituted for the standard edition. If possible, please charge the difference to my credit card. Despite filling out the refund form online a week ago, I have not received any response yet. I manage a GTA community where around 20% of our members struggle with anger issues or have mental disabilities, including myself who is autistic. We understand that in games like GTA, encountering toxic individuals is common. Recently, a new member in our group chat has been excessively reporting minor issues, leading to 6 bans being issued. One member with low functioning autism received a permanent suspension due to alleged hate speech, despite lacking the capacity for such behavior. Our inclusive community encourages open dialogue to support members with mental disabilities and LGBTQ+ individuals. We believe this new member is unjustly targeting and discriminating against us. We urge PlayStation and related parties to investigate these bans, as most were acceptable but the permanent suspension for a first-time offense by a special needs member seems extreme. We hope this drastic action was a mistake by the PSN system and seek clarification on why it occurred. Our community values fairness and believes in standing up for our vulnerable members.

I bought the disc version of RUST PREORDER SKINS PACK with future weapons skins. Later, I upgraded to the digital Ultimate version to access the testing branch. However, whenever I try to download the testing branch, I get an error message that conflicts with the product I already own, RUST PREORDER SKINS PACK. This issue occurs every time I attempt to download the testing branch on my PS5. It only happens with the testing branch download. I have tried reinstalling the game and licenses without success. I have reached out to PlayStation support four times, but they keep asking for more information. I need the PlayStation store to either ignore my previous purchase of the preorder skins pack or delete it. I hope someone here can assist me with this frustrating situation.

I purchased a PS4 for my adult son who is no longer with us, and the console was stolen over a year ago. Unfortunately, my bank account number is still linked to the device, resulting in unauthorized charges. Despite updating my card number, I continue to be charged, with the total now amounting to about $[redacted]. I urgently need assistance removing my bank information from the PS4. Since I am not able to access my son's account details, I believe the account is under either his or my name. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have been unable to reach a representative. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

While playing NBA 2K22 with my friends, we encountered two players who used a lag switch to disrupt the game. After winning the first game, they resorted to cheating by lagging out my friend and resorting to name-calling. Despite their actions, they continued to cheat in subsequent games even when the score was close. I have video evidence to support my claims. Although I expressed frustration and retaliated verbally, I believe I should be considered for an unban as a response to their unfair gameplay tactics.

Yesterday, I got banned from PlayStation Plus while playing Warzone. My friends were spamming the chat and got mad at me for not playing Minecraft. I explained that I prefer Warzone and need to focus on making money. Despite being younger, one friend was disrespectful and made fun of me. I remained calm, advising him to be more mature. In the past, I have been banned for using inappropriate language. This time, I didn't say anything wrong, but he reported me for cyberbullying. I don't understand how politely standing up for myself is seen as harassment. It's frustrating that Sony doesn't see the whole picture and justifies the ban. I dealt with a suspension recently for defending someone else. I feel unfairly treated and need help understanding why I was banned for a situation where I acted respectfully.

More than a year ago, I encountered a gamer named Gentry McPherson who started harassing me in GT Sport rooms. I created a car livery featuring fully dressed women in bikinis (without explicit content) and the character Quagmire from Family Guy. After sharing it in a friend's GT Sport group, Gentry reported it for being inappropriate, leading to my ban. I haven't been able to access my games for the past four years. Despite repurchasing GT Sport, I still face harassment from Gentry. I have saved messages proving her deliberate actions. I want the ban lifted, especially since other games on PSN are more explicit than my car design. It has been a challenging time.

While playing Warzone, my friend got upset because I was spending too much time on it. Despite me explaining that I was trying to manage my schedule, he started yelling and being disrespectful. I stayed calm and mentioned my upcoming responsibilities as a senior in high school. He even tried to turn our friends against me, leading to a heated confrontation where I ended up in tears. I admit I called him a name, but he falsely accused me of making racist and bullying remarks. I have witnesses from the party who can support that I did not engage in that behavior. I had recently been suspended for standing up against cyberbullying, and now facing another suspension could impact my income from playing. I hope to be given a second chance as I just wanted to enjoy my game peacefully.

Last night when returning from work, I discovered my account was suspended for 60 days due to a violation. My nephews often use my account to play games with their friends, and it seems they may have sent inappropriate messages without my knowledge. I value my PlayStation account and have invested a lot of money into it over the years. Gaming has been a source of joy for me since my teenage years and has helped me cope with my depression and anxiety. It's disheartening to face this suspension as gaming is a significant part of my life. I was not home to address the issue immediately, and I feel unjustly penalized for actions I did not commit. I hope to resolve this situation as soon as possible to regain access to my account and continue finding solace in gaming after work.

I apologize for the issue. It wasn't my intention, usually, I don't respond to people who like to provoke, but the moment I did, I was unfairly banned. I reported the individual, but they remain unaffected on the Ps4 while I face consequences on the Ps5. This disparity has resulted in me being unable to access games purchased through the PlayStation store. Kindly reinstate my account. I am willing to change my username, remove all content, and block messages to prevent such situations in the future.

During quarantine, I was away for a few months and allowed my younger sister to use my PS4. Unfortunately, I received emails notifying me that my PSN account was banned due to inappropriate behavior from my sister. Despite asking her to stop, the issue escalated, resulting in the permanent ban of my PS4. I have since informed her that she cannot use the console without my supervision. I am seeking advice on whether it is feasible to have my account unbanned given the circumstances.

I recently discovered that my account got hacked. When logging in today, 10/30/21, I found out that I was temporarily banned. I am eager to regain access to my account, especially because there is a Halloween event in a game that I do not want to miss. I am unsure about the reason for the ban or when it will be lifted. I just got back from work and wanted to play 2k, but I couldn't connect to the network. After checking my email, I realized I was banned. I'm unsure why this happened, but I'm disappointed. I have kids, and maybe they did something, but I've invested a lot of money in that account. I would really appreciate it if I could regain access.

I have reset the controller by pressing the button on the back to try to make the PlayStation button work and turn on the controller, but it's still not working. I tried plugging in a keyboard and deleting the wireless connection in the settings to reconnect, but the PlayStation button still won't turn on the controller. When I try to connect the controller, I have to hold down R2, X, and the PS5 button, but only the toggles work and the PlayStation doesn't turn on. I currently have to manually do everything and none of the other buttons work. I wonder if there is something I can do to get it working again. Thank you.

I allowed my 15-year-old brother to play my PlayStation 4 while I took a shower. Unfortunately, he messaged one of my friends using inappropriate language, resulting in a temporary ban on my account for 7 days. I have never violated PlayStation rules in the 6 or 7 years I've been playing, and I apologize for his behavior. I have since informed our mother and returned him to her care. I understand the severity of the situation and assure you that it will not happen again. I am requesting assistance in getting my account unbanned as gaming is a significant part of my life. My 8-year-old son has been bullied online for months, and unfortunately, he didn't tell me. On November 1, [redacted], he was banned from PlayStation for making inappropriate comments to the person bullying him. His screen name is crispyFN, and my son's is localsavage97. My oldest son, 18, who created the account, can be reached at [redacted] with the password rise1193. He reached out to crispyFN to ask him to stop bullying an 8-year-old. I understand PlayStation's code of conduct, but I kindly request the reinstatement of my son's account. He is 8 years old and homeschooled due to COVID. I, Tamara Pierce, his mother, can set up any necessary parental restrictions. Considering the time and money invested in PlayStation, could you please review and reconsider unbanning my son? Around a month ago, I powered up my PS4 after a couple of months of being idle and discovered that I wasn't signed into the PlayStation Network. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I didn't receive any reset emails. Today, I tried using the support bot to tackle the issue but was directed to speak with a live representative. After inputting my details on the suggested page, I was surprised to find out that my account has been banned. I am perplexed by this ban as I rarely use my PS4. The last time I recall accessing my PSN account was in May this year, and since then, I believe I have not violated any terms and conditions. My PSN Sign-in ID is [redacted] and my PSN Online ID is Bodluh.
