My air fryer oven AFO [redacted] was delivered to the wrong address. Even though I paid in full with my credit card, I am now receiving bills totaling $[redacted].28 from Brylane Home - Full Beauty Brands. They claim the product is theirs and remain unpaid due to a declined credit card number, which is not mine. I have informed them of the error, but I am concerned about my credit. Six months ago, everything changed with the sudden death of my fiancé's son, Steven. Struggling with the emotional burden, I took on the responsibility of handling all the funeral arrangements and financial obligations. Due to our limited income from my fiancé's Social Security benefits, I organized fundraisers to cover the costs. I purchased a pair of Apple EarPods on June 22, [redacted], from OrderFly for $[redacted].99. Unfortunately, one of the pods has stopped functioning. Despite the one-year warranty, Apple informed me that the serial number provided is invalid. They suggested the serial number may have been altered or the product was previously serviced. I bought these EarPods believing they were new since the ad did not mention them being open box or used. eBay informed me the seller is no longer registered, and as it's been over 90 days, they can't assist. I am seeking a full refund, warranty repair, or exchange as the pod's malfunction is not due to any fault of mine, and it is covered under the one-year warranty.

I am having trouble logging into my account due to the two-step verification process. The phone number associated with my account, ending in [redacted], is no longer accessible to me. In addition, I have received emails regarding failed transactions due to insufficient funds, even though I did not authorize these transactions. Despite having sufficient funds at the time, the money was still deducted from my account. I have attempted to contact customer service through phone calls and messages, but I have not been able to speak with a representative who could assist me effectively. While agents have suggested resetting my password, the issue lies with the 2nd security step and not my password. I need to regain access to my account, as I rely on it for direct deposits.

I received a package by mistake and do not wish to keep the items. I've attempted to reach customer service with no luck - five unanswered phone calls and two unresponded emails. I was eventually provided with a return address, but the postal service deemed it incorrect as the PO box number didn't match the zip code. I'm looking to halt payment for these two items from Blissy, one priced at $[redacted].90 and the other at $49.47. I have other valid orders from Blissy that I intend to keep and pay for. I will return these mistaken items once I receive the correct return address.

I placed an order worth almost $[redacted] with a German company, Dr. Reinwald Healthcare, on October 29, [redacted]. The order hasn't appeared in my Paypal account yet, and as of November 27, [redacted], the package hasn't arrived either. I've contacted DHL, the shipping company, to locate the package. Since it's taking so long and I've found the product in the USA for a lower price, I want to cancel the order with Dr. Reinwald Healthcare. However, the process has been challenging. Can we ask Paypal not to pay Dr. Reinwald Healthcare if the order turns up eventually? If it arrives at my USA address, I may have to accept it. But I'd prefer to cancel, as I've found the product locally for a better price. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently bought a bag on eBay, and when it arrived two days ago, I discovered that it was not as described and faulty - it couldn't open or expand properly. The seller closed my refund request, so I reached out to eBay, who provided me with the seller ID and transaction details and advised me to contact PayPal for a refund. However, I've been struggling to reach PayPal via email and cannot get through to anyone on the phone, and their virtual assistance is unresponsive. I feel frustrated and angry about being deceived in this manner and not receiving assistance from eBay or PayPal to stop or refund the transaction. I tried to cancel the transaction on PayPal, but the purchase doesn't show up on my summary. Now, I'm stuck with a purchase that serves me no purpose. Can someone please help me resolve this issue and get a refund?

On 10/21/20, I placed an order on eBay for 6 Men's Big & Tall USA Classic Design Boxer Briefs, Black, Size XXXX-Large Glry (item #[redacted]87). Due to unfortunate circumstances involving Covid-related family losses, I was unable to address this matter promptly with eBay until 11/24/[redacted]. After contacting eBay and the seller, pairmysole, the case was initially closed on 11/24/[redacted] but reopened upon my explanation of the delay due to personal challenges such as my elderly and disabled status, limited computer and phone skills, and family COVID tragedies. Despite numerous attempts with assistance from the Staples office manager, I have faced challenges printing the return label provided by eBay for the product exchange covering shipping costs. My communications with eBay and the seller have been met with automated responses, offering limited options, including a refund. I have made it clear that I do not seek a refund but simply require a return address to send back the unopened item, willing to cover shipping both ways. Receiving assistance from a live person has proven to be exceedingly difficult during this cycle of automation. Despite suggesting a Louisville, KY address from the package, my inquiries yield the same automated responses. I have communicated my phone number [redacted] and email for further assistance. My preference for contact does not include Facebook, and I am a member of PayPal. Thank you for any help provided.

I am seeking assistance to remove restrictions from my account. When I contacted PayPal to dispute a transaction, my account was locked, and I haven't been able to access it since. I've submitted all requested documents, including my state identification card, proof of residency, and account details, but have not received any resolution. Three direct deposits from the Oregon Unemployment Department are inaccessible, which is causing significant frustration as it is my family's sole income. I do not seek a refund; rather, I require an address to exchange my 4X for a 6X or 5X size. I am willing to cover all shipping costs as this specific size is challenging to locate. I regret the multiple attempts to reach out to you, Ebay, and PayPal. Although it was time-consuming to reach this point, I solely need guidance on where to send the unopened package for an exchange, covering shipping both ways. I recently made a purchase from a merchant that turned out to be a scam. Their contact information on the PayPal receipt is invalid, and attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. I utilized the 30-day satisfaction guarantee they provide on their website after finding the $99 documentary unsatisfactory. Despite skipping through most of it, I was disappointed with the content. However, the email listed on the PayPal receipt for their company bounced back as undeliverable. As the product is digital with nothing physical to return, I am simply seeking my refund as promised. Even though the company assured me of a full refund in the last email, they have been unresponsive to any phone calls. I have attached the receipt and screenshots of their satisfaction guarantee below, emphasizing my request for a refund. I recently used my PayPal cash card so friends could send me money during the current situation. It was a convenient method for them, but my account was unexpectedly permanently limited, holding $2,[redacted] for six months. I haven't sold anything, so I'm puzzled by this restriction. I need assistance accessing my PayPal account. It was set up on my late wife's computer, and all the relevant email and password details were saved there. I don't have access to her computer anymore as she has passed away. I am concerned about any financial issues that may arise since you are still debiting my bank account for this account. Unfortunately, I am unable to retrieve her email or password information as some of her email addresses are obsolete now. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email titled "Payment Info PayPal" from an email address [redacted] The email stated that my order was received, and my purchase would be delivered soon. It mentioned a Transaction ID: [redacted]GV42 and a phone number [redacted]. The content of the email was dated November 30, [redacted], at 7:33 AM. The email detailed a Bitcoin exchange charge of $[redacted].95 and advised contacting within 24 hours to dispute any issues with the transaction. I contacted the provided phone number and spoke with someone I found difficult to understand, who requested access to my computer. Feeling suspicious, I disconnected the call, assuming it was a scam. I want to report this as fraudulent as I do not have a PayPal account and did not make any Bitcoin transactions. Being an older individual, this situation is concerning. Could you kindly confirm if my actions were appropriate? Thank you.

Unfortunately, despite the expected delivery date passing over two months ago, I have not received the puppies, and my attempts to contact anyone have been unsuccessful. I am deeply disappointed and concerned that this might be a scam. I have tried to email and call but have received no response. I demand a refund of $73.97, and if this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take my business elsewhere. A phone call from a representative is necessary to address this matter and rectify the situation promptly.

I have an ongoing dispute case regarding a product I received that does not match the description. The toy dogs were meant to be animated but look like cheap Dollar Tree toys. One is extremely hard and the other is miniature. Many others seem to have issues with this company too based on the PayPal comments page. The Post Office advised me to request a return label from PayPal to send the items back for a refund.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties logging into my PayPal account. The error message says, 'Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it.' Additionally, when I attempt to use the 'Having Trouble Logging In?' feature and enter my email, it responds with 'Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again.' Unfortunately, the help section on the website has not been useful in resolving this issue. I attempted to send a message through the 'message me' feature, but it requires me to log in, which I am unable to do. I have also tried calling different numbers but have not been successful in reaching a PayPal representative. I have spent hours on hold on multiple occasions. I find myself locked out of my account and frustrated by the inability to contact PayPal for assistance.
