PayPal's errors have endangered a disabled senior citizen, causing immense stress and the urgent need for medical attention. Despite removing a bank from my PayPal wallet, I was unjustly charged by OceanFirstBank in Toms River, NJ, for $[redacted].16, after switching to my PayPal Debt Card. PayPal representatives assured me this issue wouldn't arise with the funding source change. Unfortunately, a male staff member in the disputes department was unhelpful and disrespectful to a loyal customer, failing to acknowledge their mistake. This treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful to a customer with a strong credit history, leading to immense distress. I recently spoke with PayPal about "unlocking" my account. When I attempt to log in, I encounter a screen prompting me to change my login information due to an unspecified issue. Although I changed the login details, every time I input them, it gets stuck on "processing" indefinitely. After a lengthy wait on hold, I followed their instructions and managed to access my account. However, upon trying to log in again, I faced the same issue. This repetitive process is frustrating, and I hope to have my account permanently unlocked without further login changes. I rely on consistent login details for numerous apps, so altering them creates complications. I request prompt assistance in resolving this matter.

I have attempted to join the waiting list around 45 times in the last 50 hours. Despite following the rules and guides meticulously, I have not had any success. I need to speak with a customer service representative as soon as possible. My children are in need of food and diapers, and I have gone without eating for three days as all my funds are in my PayPal account. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. I purchased an item listed as new with a 1-year warranty from a seller located in Ohio. However, during our communication, I was informed the item was actually a remanufactured product with a 6-month warranty, built with German parts, and the seller was in Florida. Upon installation, two different individuals have deemed the item faulty. The seller initially agreed to cover the return, repair, and re-delivery costs but later changed his mind. I am now skeptical about the seller's intentions and would like your assistance in resolving this issue. Your intervention is greatly appreciated.

I canceled my subscription with incrediblemail.com last year but have been unable to reach the seller for a refund. Despite an email confirming a refund would be issued, I never received it. Now, I see another charge for $24.95. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times without success. It's frustrating to see charges on my PayPal account for a service I no longer use. I previously filed a dispute and received an email approving a refund, but it was never credited. This situation is unacceptable, and I request refunds for both charges. PayPal only handles disputes through filing, not over the phone. This ongoing issue is concerning and must be resolved promptly.

I am extremely frustrated with my attempts to contact PayPal for several days now. I have received no response and no assistance whatsoever. I feel like my money is being taken without any explanation, and it seems like PayPal is behaving dishonestly. I'm considering taking legal action or escalating this further because the lack of support is unacceptable. I have made multiple attempts to seek help, but no one has responded to me.

I received an email about three $[redacted] transactions sent to an unknown recipient. I acted by disputing the transactions with PayPal, changing all my passwords, and placing holds on the transactions at my bank. To prevent future incidents, I want to remove my bank account from PayPal and close my account, especially as there are pending transactions. I'm worried after reading about similar situations where transactions were not stopped. I'd like to cancel my account immediately to avoid any risk. Apologies if my message sounds upset, but unauthorized transactions almost emptied my bank account.

On August 6, I made a purchase online and suspect the seller may be fraudulent based on the item I received being drop shipped from Lowe’s instead of from the original seller. The invoice from Lowe’s indicates that a credit card from a cardiology practice in Alabama was used for the purchase, which seems highly unusual. Furthermore, the seller's name and email address linked to the PayPal transaction belong to someone from a different country, raising more red flags. I have reached out to the seller via email but have not received a response yet. In addition, I contacted the cardiology practice using the phone number on the receipt to address the situation.

The company is reviewing my case, but they haven't given me a specific date for a response as they usually do. I am extremely frustrated as I believe I have been scammed. I've provided them with substantial evidence, yet there has been no resolution. I am on a very tight budget and every dollar counts. Receiving $[redacted] CAD back may not seem significant to some, but for me, it is crucial as I live on $[redacted] a month. Additionally, facing medical complications that have caused hair loss has been distressing and has confined me to my home.

I made a purchase on eBay, but it was charged to the wrong PayPal account, causing a bank shortage and an overdraft fee. After contacting the seller, I received a refund, but it went to the incorrect PayPal account. I will need to wait 3-5 business days to transfer it to the correct account. However, this does not resolve the $36 overdraft fee from the bank. The bank will not refund the fee and claims PayPal needs to issue the credit. I want PayPal to credit $36 to my PayPal account, [redacted], or directly to my bank account linked with BB&T.

I am concerned about three suspected PayPal accounts linked to my account ([redacted], [redacted], & [redacted]) that I do not recognize or have access to. I was informed by one of your phone representatives that clearing these accounts ([redacted]) would lift limitations on my account and close the other accounts. I am prepared to resolve this if what I was told is accurate. Could you provide in writing the balances due on those accounts and guidance on how to make payment since I cannot access them? Lastly, how soon after settling these accounts would my account restrictions be lifted? I await your swift response. Thank you, Andrew

I have received an email indicating a transaction I did not authorize. The email is from [redacted] The date seems to be for tomorrow rather than today and the charge is not valid. -Danny Ross

I am currently the treasurer of an organization and am facing difficulties restoring the organization's PayPal account. I am not the original account creator, and the individual who set up the account is no longer with the organization. PayPal has requested further verification, leading to account access issues. I have already uploaded my passport and driver's license, along with a voided check for local bank transfers. I have three additional documents ready for upload. Despite contacting PayPal via phone and not receiving a case ID, I am stuck in a loop. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I placed an order for a braided wig from a designer in Philadelphia, Lace Braid Wig, on July 22nd. The total cost with shipping was $26.84. However, when my package arrived on August 14th, it contained a curly weave instead. I immediately contacted them via email to inform them of the mistake. After sending a picture of the incorrect item and the one I actually ordered, I received a confusing response from Marian on August 16th. Despite my attempts to clarify, I have not received any further communication. I feel like I have been scammed and shouldn't have to pay for an item I didn't receive. I am looking for advice on how to get a refund for this mix-up.

I recently ordered a new PayPal Cash debit card because my roommate used the card for her Postmates account. However, I am unable to use my PayPal balance to transfer funds to another card to access my money. PayPal is where I keep all my money, and now I have no access to it because I can't transfer funds. I understand that the card doesn't work, but since no one had access to my online account, I don't understand why I can't send money.

There has been unauthorized use on my account. I contacted PayPal, and they restricted access so I cannot log in anymore. They are claiming I had an agreement with Microsoft for auto payments without proof. I signed up with Microsoft in March, canceled recurring payments immediately, and was not charged for April and May. Suddenly, they deducted money from my bank account without authorization. This situation is frustrating, and I want my bank account details removed from PayPal promptly. When I called Customer Service, I was informed of a wait time of 1 to 1 hour and 42 minutes. Assistance is needed to remove my bank account information from PayPal without delay.

I am extremely frustrated with the poor customer service experience I had tonight. After being on hold for nearly two hours, I was transferred to a closed office line. I attempted to add money from my bank to my PayPal account but kept receiving an error message prompting me to contact support. When I called, I was met with unhelpful representatives who put me on numerous long holds and repeated questions. Eventually, I was transferred to another closed office line without any notice. I am appalled by this treatment and demand an explanation for the issue on my account as I rely on its functionality. This level of service is unacceptable.

I had a frustrating experience trying to add information to a case and the system unexpectedly closed it. In my business, we offer website design training for beginners interested in learning how to design websites. Daniel M. was enthusiastic about working on websites and signed up for our WDC training program through the website thefreelanceuniversity.com. The payment of $[redacted].75 was authorized for the training he has already attended. Prior to the training, it was made clear that there would be no refunds as my time spent training cannot be recovered. Daniel M. acknowledged and agreed to these terms in a contract beforehand. I will provide evidence of his attendance and our signed agreement for this payment, which was entirely authorized.
