The app seems problematic. It forced me to accept ranch instead of garlic sauce on my papadio, and I couldn't order garlic sauce or a bag of ice. Adding a tip was impossible despite being prompted to do so. I couldn't find a local number to address these issues. The app also repeatedly required me to enter my credit card information. I suggest remedies such as a complimentary bag of ice and dessert, correcting the order by adding garlic sauce, and compensating for the inconvenience. Additionally, a bottle of Chianti and the presence of Brad Pitt and his first wife would be appreciated. Please keep me updated on the resolution.

Hello, last night, I attempted to order your PJ50 special online for the first time. However, I encountered issues with applying the promo code. Despite spending an hour customizing the pizza and trying to input the code repeatedly, the order did not go through. After calling the store and not finding the help line, I reached out to the chat service and was left on hold, feeling frustrated. Eventually, I gave up, and we went to bed hungry as it was already late. This experience has left me disappointed as this would have been my fourth order from your company, intending to switch from Pizza Pizza. Unfortunately, my first online delivery order was unsuccessful, and I hope this issue can be resolved. Thank you.

Yesterday, I visited a friend's house to watch football and have dinner. We ordered pizza, but encountered an unpleasant experience with the delivery driver. She was rude, demanding a tip, and even dropped a marijuana pipe in the driveway. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied and will pursue this complaint seriously to ensure this individual is held accountable. I am willing to escalate this matter as far as needed, including legal action if necessary. This situation will not be ignored, and I am prepared to take the appropriate steps to address it. This is the second time in 2 or 3 years or more that I have placed an order online and it didn't go through. I attempted to contact Papa John's in Lincoln Village, Ohio, but no one answered the phone when I arrived to pick up my online order, and they claimed they had no information about it. The employees were unhelpful, and I was disappointed with the service. I will be avoiding that location in the future. On a positive note, I have had better experiences with Donatos and Joseph's, where the online ordering process is efficient, and they are attentive when you call. From now on, I will be patronizing those establishments instead. Papa John's at Lincoln Village has lost my business due to their poor customer service and lack of concern for their customers.

On Friday, February 12, [redacted], I experienced a difficult situation at work with Derrick, the general manager from Garden City, Kansas. He accused me of breaking the label machine, which I firmly denied. I explained that another associate, Nick, was responsible for the damage. Despite my explanation, Derrick publicly yelled at me in front of the entire crew, insisting it was my fault. Feeling humiliated by the situation, I was then asked to leave and pick up my check this Friday. As a suggestion, I believe Derrick should work on his management approach by addressing issues privately rather than resorting to public confrontation. It was a distressing experience for me and I hope in the future such matters can be handled more professionally and respectfully.

I placed an order for delivery on the app, but it mistakenly set the delivery address in Pensacola, Florida, which is two and a half hours away from me. Even though I tried to switch the address immediately after ordering, there was no option to cancel the order and reorder from a store near me. I attempted to call the Pensacola store to cancel, but I have been on hold for a while now. I feel frustrated because I am unable to correct the address and will end up losing $30 and $10 in papa dough. I reached out to live chat, but they just directed me to leave feedback. All I wanted was to cancel the order to place it correctly near my location, but the current situation is making it impossible, resulting in a loss of $30.

My name is Shayla S. and we placed an order tonight for an epic pepperoni pizza from Papa Delia without onions and a Sierra Mist. The driver arrived just before midnight, even though I ordered at around 9 p.m., which was a frustratingly long wait that happens frequently from the McDonough, GA location. Unfortunately, the driver did not have our Sierra Mist, although I was charged for it. I request a full refund and expect a follow-up tomorrow, the 29th. Also, I have experienced being charged for extra sauces in the past without receiving them, and the deliveries have been consistently late. We are considering no longer using this service unless there is an improvement in customer service and delivery efficiency.

Recently, our orders from Papa John's have been disappointing. This has happened a few times in a row. The first incident was a few weeks ago when my custom pizza was missing the ham I had ordered. Despite it clearly stating ham in my online order, it was not included. The following order also consisted of a custom pizza with toppings that were skimpy and barely present. I would expect more than three or four toppings on a medium pizza, especially when paying for extra. Yesterday, we decided to try one of the specials on the menu, the Hawaii chicken BBQ, and it arrived without the BBQ sauce. It's frustrating as we've been loyal customers of Papa John's. Considering these repeated errors, we may have to explore other pizza options, which is disappointing for us.

I placed an order online and received the confirmation email at 7:06 pm with an estimated 39-minute delivery window. Currently, it is 8:37 pm and my order has not arrived. Despite calling the store three times, I have not been able to reach anyone. The online tracker indicates a delay, showing my order as "on the way" for over 40 minutes. I live 15 minutes away from the store, and it has been over 1.5 hours since placing the order. As a parent with three children awaiting dinner before bedtime, this situation is unacceptable. Communication is lacking, and a simple phone call updating on the delay and estimated delivery time would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, I cannot even modify my order to pickup since I can't reach the store. Improved service is necessary.

Dear Sirs, I placed an order on 03.10.[redacted], but it has not been delivered. The tracking system has not been updated, and I have been unable to reach the store. I called the next day and provided my details for a manager to call me back, but I have not received a response. I am disappointed that the order has not arrived, the tracking service is not working, and I am unable to speak to anyone about it. Being 8 months pregnant, disabled, and dealing with long-term health issues, it is very concerning not to have food, especially after waiting for over an hour. If there were any issues with my order, I should have been informed so I could make alternative arrangements. I have previously ordered delivery without any problems. This situation has left me extremely dissatisfied and feeling powerless. Where am I supposed to get food now? I expect immediate action to be taken as you have not fulfilled your part of the agreement, leaving a vulnerable individual without food or communication, worsening an already difficult health situation. I noticed two charges from my account for the same order on consecutive days. When I called to inquire, the manager was not only rude but also insinuated that I was lying and scoffed at the idea of contacting corporate. I have proof in the form of screenshots showing the transactions occurring two days in a row, but the charges do not match. One charge was on Oct 9th for $[redacted].72, and the other was on Oct 10th for $[redacted].61. These orders were for a birthday party, which we typically host at this establishment and always place our orders a few hours in advance. When I mentioned that we were the birthday party order, the manager responded with a sarcastic tone, saying, "oh, yeah... I remember THAT order," as if it was an inconvenience. The conversation only deteriorated from there, with the manager maintaining a consistently rude attitude while I attempted to explain the discrepancy in the charges.

On 09/12, I visited the shop on Bird Road and 67th Ave in Miami, FL [redacted]. An employee assisted me in ordering a $13.91 pizza through the app. However, there was an issue, and the order went to the wrong branch on Biscayne, which was too far away. Despite trying to cancel the order immediately at the Ludlam branch where I was, I couldn't reach the other branch by phone. My email to them went unanswered. I contacted customer service the same day, and they assured me that the $13.91 would be refunded to my credit card. Unfortunately, the refund was not processed. I expressed my concerns about the unhelpful manager at the Bird Road and 67th Ave location; they were quite rude. This incident left me without a pizza and ruined my Sunday. However, I encountered an issue as the online system did not allow me to customize and exclude the barbecue sauce. I contacted customer service and spoke with Andrew, who assured me that my request would be followed. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it had barbecue sauce both inside and outside. Despite providing photographic evidence, the subsequent call to rectify the error was unproductive as they were already closed and the representative was unhelpful, dismissive, and claimed nothing could be done. This situation greatly upset me, especially considering I had just returned home from the hospital after a family member's passing and was relying on this meal due to not feeling well enough to cook. The lack of empathy and professionalism displayed, coupled with what seems like a deliberate mistake, has left me very disappointed.

I contacted two locations, both claiming they can't deliver to me. They're bouncing me between each other. I live in Princeton, with zip code [redacted]. The Homestead branch used to deliver for over a year until now. I was directed to call the Cutler Bay branch, only to find out they don't deliver here either. Do I need to find a different company? This situation doesn't make sense. The assistant manager, Marco, was rude and abruptly ended the call, citing busyness. I reside in a sizable residential area; it's hard to believe that no Papa John's delivers here suddenly. I seek assistance to address this simple problem. Which branch can deliver to me? Also, there's room for better customer service; a manager disconnecting a call is unprofessional.

I had an unpleasant experience with the manager at your Collinsville store tonight. She refused to deliver to me once again, citing she is the general manager. Despite ordering regularly and never having issues with other staff, this particular manager consistently denies me service. This is unacceptable as I rely on these deliveries due to my disability and nighttime medication schedule. I feel frustrated and upset by this behavior. I am planning to reach out tomorrow during the day to ensure I receive my order. The previous time this happened, the next day the general manager made sure my food was delivered. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly, as I am a daily customer who values your service.

I recently went to the Papa John's store on Raeford Road in Fayetteville, NC on 12/26/21. I was surprised to learn that my coupons were only valid at a newly opened location and not at the store I visited. This restriction was not mentioned in the advertisement, and given the competitiveness of the pizza industry, I think this detail is quite important. What are your thoughts on this? I recently visited your franchise in Albemarle, NC for pizza two nights in a row. Despite the appealing advertisements, my experience was disappointing. The quality of the food has declined since Covid, making items like cheese sticks and stuffed crust pizza overcooked and lacking in taste. We order Papa John's at least once or twice a month. It seems that every time we order, something in our order gets messed up or left out. This time it was a 2-liter soda; we ordered 4 but only received 2. Last time, they attempted to substitute it with 20 oz sodas. When we called, they replaced it, but each time we order, the wait gets longer. This has been happening for the past five times. We've been courteous and chose not to complain, but now I feel we may have to stop being loyal Papa John's customers. We were disappointed this time because our 2-liter was forgotten, which has become a usual occurrence. Every time we order soda, it either doesn't arrive or is forgotten. Additionally, this time our breadsticks were tiny, cold, and lacked flavor. We were celebrating Valentine's Day with Papa John's to make it an easy night for our family of five, but it turned into another hassle, as it has been for the past several orders. When we mention the issues, they try to correct it somewhat, but no one has offered to discount our order, replace something for free next time, or give us a free soda. We always have to wait for the replacement or call the manager to get it fixed. Usually, when we order pizza, it's to make our evening easier with our three kids under 10. I'm unsure what's happening with Papa John's or why the service has been lacking recently. Before we decide to switch to Pizza Hut, I hope someone reaches out to rectify the situation. Being a parent is tough.
