Good evening, I placed an order online and received the confirmation email at ***pm. The estimated time for delivery was ** minutes. It is now *** and my order still has not been delivered. I have attempted to call the store three times now and no one has picked up. When checking the online tracker I get the message that “we are delayed”. It shows my order is “on the way” and has been saying that for more than ** minutes. I live ** minutes from the store. It has now been more than an hr and a half since I placed my order. I have * kids who need dinner before bedtime. This is completely unacceptable, no matter how short handed they may be. After working in customer service for **years I feel like the LEAST they could do is give customers who have been waiting so long a phone call telling them of the delay with a new estimated time, instead of keeping us waiting. I cannot even contact the store to change my order to pickup. You all need to do better. Order number *********.
