I have Panasonic multi-media Blu-ray disc player DMP-BD**V which worked fine for a while, but now whenever I put in Blu Ray disc, it reads the disc for a short while and comes out with reply DISC IS INCOMPATIBLE. I tried a number of discs that played before but they do not play now. The player plays DVDs without any problem. What might be the problem with BluRay? I studied the Operating Instructions, but could not find an answer. I have hearing disabillity, and it is easier for me to communicate via email. Many thanks.*Ludmilla Hopkins
