I RECENTLY PURCHASED * PANASONIC KX-TGE** cordless phone handsets to replace my **-year old Panasonic cordless handsets. I have the phones all programmed. But there are * problems -- (*) the saved phone book in the base Panasonic will not transfer into the phones, and (*) I cannot manually store or block phone numbers even though I have tried all of the menu code numbers.

GetHuman6088810 did not yet indicate what Panasonic should do to make this right.
