I recently bought a Panasonic KX TGD513B cordless landline phone. I've set it up and turned off the Panasonic answering system to use Verizon's Voicemail. However, when I dial Verizon's voicemail from the Panasonic and enter the pin, I keep getting an "invalid pin" message. Occasionally, when I dial a number, I reach a different number than the one I dialed. For instance, dialing [redacted] connects me to [redacted]. This issue resolves after redialing the number. The main concern is that Verizon often doesn't recognize the voicemail pin entered from the Panasonic. It takes multiple attempts before it accepts the pin. Interestingly, I don't encounter this problem when using my iPhone to access Verizon's voicemail. It seems like the Panasonic may have trouble transmitting the dialed numbers correctly to Verizon.

I have a cell phone, and when trying to call my landline, I recently began to get a message that says the party I am trying to reach is currently not accepting calls from my cell number. I am able to call other people, and my number is not blocked. I emailed you to try and get this resolved, and all I was told was to make sure my cell number is not blocked. It is not, as I checked on that. Other people can call and get through on their phones, so there must be something wrong with the landline phones. I also tried to pair my cell phone with the landline phones without success. Please contact me about this as soon as possible with a solution. The model number of the landline phones is: KX-TGD560, and they are Link2Cell Cordless Telephones with a Digital Answering Machine. Thank you for your time and efforts. Sincerely, Elise M. Eckenrode

I recently contacted your customer support line but found the recording quality to be extremely poor and difficult to understand. I urge you to replace it with a clearer recording at [redacted]. My issue is that one of my two cordless phones stopped working on 10/19/[redacted], leaving me with only one working handset. Given my reliance on the phone for support calls as an 84-year-old living alone during the pandemic, I struggle with the battery constantly running low and needing recharging while I still require phone access. Though I have an old cell phone for emergencies, it's not my primary choice. The history of my Panasonic devices includes ordering the first units from Panasonic for pickup at Best Buy in NYC on 12/29/18. The model is KX-TGD532W, Serial #: 8KBXA347575. One receiver charged while the other did not. Following a handset failure on 11/18/19, Panasonic provided a replacement at no cost due to it failing within a year of purchase. Although I kept the base unit for receiving messages, I had to send back the faulty unit. Now, less than a year later, the replacement phone has also failed. The working phone is also a KX-TGD532W model. Please assist me in resolving and replacing the defective unit, considering my limited income as a senior. I value the previous quality and features of the product. Thank you - Marian L.

While trying to install an app on my Amazon Firestick, I was prompted to replace my previous internet provider [Verizon Hotspot] with my new one, ATMC. Since the switch, my TV won't connect properly. Now, when scrolling through HDMI options, HDMI 1 is connected to DirecTV, HDMI 2 is empty, and HDMI 3 is my Amazon Firestick. When I select the Firestick on HDMI 3, it loads with the background sound of DirecTV, creating interference with the Firestick apps.

On December 24, [redacted], I received an unexpected call on Messenger online and thought it was from a friend named Michael. I later realized the message was sent on November 2. Despite my suspicions, I replied to the message. The person claimed I had won money and insisted on contacting them. When I tried to reach my friend, I discovered that the call was actually from another number. The caller seemed to be impersonating someone. I was alarmed when they asked for personal information and felt uneasy throughout the conversation. I eventually contacted the authorities and learned it was a scam. I have since taken steps to safeguard my information and warn others about similar scams.

As a long-time satisfied customer seeking product information, I am on the hunt for replacement phones similar to my beloved KX-TG6641 model. After countless years of excellent service, my trusty phones began to falter. Following a visit to Best Buy for a replacement, I was steered towards the KX-TGE640 set of five. Disappointingly, this Panasonic model did not live up to my sound quality expectations despite excelling at blocking scam calls and message recording. My ideal replacement would prioritize call sound quality akin to my previous model without unnecessary features like Bluetooth connectivity. While blocking calls is a bonus, the main focus is on superior sound performance. Unfortunately, the KX-TGE640 did not meet the mark, though I refrained from posting negative feedback online.

I am having trouble adjusting the volume on my base ringer for the Model KX-TG833SK. When I press the vol + or - key on the base unit while receiving incoming calls, there is no response. I have checked the Operating Instructions manual, however, the instructions on "Operating the system during playback" do not address adjusting the initial ringing volume when Caller ID is in use. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, D.W.

I am looking to purchase two replacement ni-cad rechargeable batteries for a cordless power drill from Inventek. The current batteries are around ten years old and were possibly made by Panasonic, as they have no distinct markings. The charger specifies the use of Panasonic Ni-Cad eighteen volt 1.7 ah batteries. The batteries themselves show they were made in China with a rating of [redacted] mah x 15, and a four-digit number [redacted]. I have been unsuccessful in finding these exact replacements. If new batteries are unavailable, I am interested in alternative batteries compatible with the original charger or a battery rebuilding service to restore the old ones.

I recently purchased three Panasonic handsets to add to my existing three. I was initially informed that I could connect three more to my base unit. I had assistance from a tech person at the local library, but we were unable to set them up. After a few days, I attempted to connect them myself and managed to set up two. However, the third handset, which is the one I use the most, has not been working properly. Despite following the instructions in the manual, it displayed a message stating that the base unit had no power. I tried different troubleshooting methods, including directly plugging it into the wall, but the issue persisted. Another tech person came by today and encountered the same problem, leading us to believe that the handset itself is faulty. I would appreciate it if you could kindly send a replacement handset to resolve this issue. Nancy S. Rung [redacted] Green Road Ashtabula, Ohio [redacted]

I waited for two hours for a phone call from your customer service and now I am writing about another issue. I purchased the HomeHawk security camera system, but the battery charger cover for the front door camera is broken. Panasonic provided me with a case number, [redacted]1, and instructed me to mail it back to them for repairs. However, I am unable to remove the battery as the housing case is sealed for waterproofing. I tried reaching out to peamericas.com/contacthtml two weeks ago but have not received a response. I bought the camera in October [redacted] and would like it repaired under warranty. Additionally, my stepson sent his front door camera for repair of the mounting attachment to the wall bracket a month ago, with no updates on the status. His case number is [redacted]2. I need assistance resolving these issues as my attempts to contact Panasonic US have been unsuccessful.

I am reaching out again regarding my HomeHawk security camera issue. I purchased it in October [redacted], and the front camera battery cover is broken. Panasonic provided me with case number [redacted]1 for repairs. They instructed me to remove the battery before shipping it, but I am unable to open the sealed camera housing for waterproofing. I contacted peamericas.com/contacthtml two weeks ago but have not received a response. I seek guidance on resolving the battery problem. Additionally, my stepson faces a similar issue with his camera. The front door camera does not attach to the wall mounted housing. He obtained case number [redacted]2 and shipped it for repairs a month ago but has not received any updates. We both are eager to have our cameras fixed promptly. Thank you, W. Fujihara

I have a wireless home phone system with 4 phones that has been working well until I switched to Hughes Net for my landline service. Previously, I could switch users on the phone easily, but now with Hughes Net, I get a busy signal and it says the line is busy when I try to switch phones. I've tried working with Hughes Net tech support, but we haven't been able to solve the issue. This is causing inconvenience for me as I take care of my [redacted]-year-old mother-in-law and disabled wife. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this problem. Thank you for your help. - Big Al

I purchased the NN-SN974W microwave on 8/25/21, but unfortunately, it is unusable due to a significant gap between the front panel and the door measuring 8.5 inches. I have a photo to show this issue. During operation, there is a noticeable draft coming through the gap, which is concerning, especially as my mother, who has a pacemaker, could feel its effects when the microwave was in use. For safety reasons, we have unplugged the microwave. I am kindly requesting a replacement microwave, and if it needs to be returned, a prepaid shipping label would be appreciated. I tried to find a repair shop within a [redacted]-mile radius, but with no success. If sending it for repairs is necessary, we would need a prepaid shipping label for that as well.

I own a Panasonic DMP-BDT180EB unit and it's not playing my 4K discs. A message pops up on the screen saying the disc is incompatible. The discs are new from the UK, and I've been told they should work on this player. My JVC LT40C890 Smart 4K Ultra TV should also be compatible. Everything seems plugged in correctly, including the 4K Ultra HDMI cable. The player works fine with regular Blu-ray discs but not the 4K ones. I tried adjusting picture settings following the manual and watching a YouTube video, but it didn't help. I can't locate my purchase receipt from a couple of months ago, and Tesco won't assist without it. I'm unsure what to do next.

I have a Panasonic Viera HDTV. While watching TV, the screen suddenly went black with the bottom left light blinking. Even after Infinity confirmed no issues on their end, my TV screen remained blank. I contacted Panasonic Support at 1-[redacted] after a 20-minute wait time and a $9.95 charge. Unfortunately, accessing the chat option on my computer was unproductive. Need advice on resolving this issue.

Hello, I have been the owner of my Lumix FZ300 camera for 6 months now, capturing some wonderful images and enjoying experimenting with it every day. Despite having downloaded and printed the [redacted]-page manual, I am struggling to understand all the abbreviations used throughout. As a newcomer to photography, I am finding it challenging to comprehend the manual due to the extensive use of abbreviations. I can see the incredible potential in adjusting the settings, and I appreciate the effort put into the software. It would greatly benefit me if a list of abbreviation meanings could be provided for reference and learning so I can fully utilize the camera's capabilities. Thank you

I own a Panasonic Cordless Phone system with 5 handsets. The model number on the answering machine is KX-TGE270, and the handsets are labeled KX-TGEA. I need to replace the batteries in 2 of the handsets, which are green and marked 400mAh BK40AAABU. While searching for replacements online, I found batteries with different colors and capacities such as 550mAh HHR-55AAABU and 750mAh HHR-75AAA/B. I'm unsure if these are compatible with my phone system. Can someone please confirm if any of these batteries will work for my cordless phones? Thank you. - Christine M.

When inserting a new DVD+RW into the DMR ES 35 V video-DVD combination/recorder, the device switched to self-test mode. The screen shows "Self-test not completed" repeatedly. After turning it on again, the device displays error U61. What can I do to fix this error on my own, or do I need to take it to a repair shop? Unfortunately, I no longer have the user manual. I have an older Panasonic Cordless Link2Cell Phone system with amber message waiting lamps on each phone, signaling when there's a voicemail. I'm looking to upgrade to a new system with additional features but need the same message waiting light. Could you confirm if any of your current systems include this lamp on each phone? If there are multiple systems with this feature, a list would be greatly appreciated.

Issue: Blu-ray Player Not Functioning Properly I am experiencing difficulties with my Panasonic 4K Blu-ray player, model DP-UB820, as it fails to display the usual start screen when I select "Blu-ray" on the Denon AVR remote. Additionally, the player does not recognize inserted discs. The Denon AVR-S750H correctly displays "Panasonic" on its screen but does not show the expected start screen and instead displays what appears to be a browser screen saver. My setup includes an Optima P2 UST projector, DVD player, Roku, and Xfinity cable all connected to the AVR HDMI 1. This issue arose after using the projector's browser for the first time last week. I have contacted Optima technical support, who suggested that this could be related to the Panasonic player. I am looking for a step-by-step solution or workaround to resolve this issue and be able to enjoy watching movies as intended. If anyone has the contact information for Panasonic technical support, please share it with me. Thank you, Fred F.
