We had to cancel a flight with Orbitz due to the Corona Virus in April ****. We received the credit that was ready to use on August **, ****. My grand-daughter, who was the traveler, was already back in college by that time. We were told it was only good until the last day of ****. We need to ask that you extend it through a year of the scheduled flight which would be March **, ****. I believe that is a fair and honest request, particularly since there were nearly five months that we did not have the official credit to use. Please let us hear. Thank you so much.
