I recently (******) purchased an Oppo A** mobile phone from Harvey Norman, Morayfield Queensland. I was assured that I would get good reception on Bribie Island which is where I live. WRONG!! I can only get one bar at the best of times and phone calls are almost impossible as they keep dropping out. I am very disappointed to say the least. Having been with Telstra for many years I thought I would give Optus a go. I am considering changing back to Telstra. Is there any help from your end?

Optus shop were not helpful and suggested I go back to the store from which I bought the phone. Problem solved by boosting signal from my internet provider.
