Help with my Optus - Faults issue

hello: I was told by optus , must connect to nbn, I did and lost the internet and land line, I rang every day for the past * days and they put me from one department to another, now I have internet but no land line, they keep telling me that there is a fault on the line they will investigate and maybe send a technician, i'm paying for a service that don't have,i'm a very sick person need a land line, now not in a month o two, did not have any problem with adsl, I don't know what else to do, help please, thank you
